I had problems with the gutters at my home in Camarillo for a few years where the water doesn't flow thru qnd damaged my windows and front doors. I called so many contractors who either didn't show up or never respond to calls or messages!!! I came across Nick's contact info on yelp, contacted him, he was so professional and humble over the phone. He scheduled an appointment and showed up on time, cleaned up my gutters all around my house, took pictures when he went up their and showed me the debrees that caused the clogs, he even cleaned up my solar panels. In the last month, was the ultimate test to his job with the heavy rain in Southern California, all I can say is wowwww! Not even a single drop that wet my front door or windows!. You would think cleaning your windows yourself would be fine but when you actually see the difference in a professional clean, you'll think to yourself why haven't I done this sooner?!? I felt like I was looking to the outside in HD vision! He did such a thorough spectacular job! Such a good job that two people in a row walked right into my slider cause it was so clean they thought it was open haha I even walked into my laundry room and it was noticeably brighter cause the screen and window was cleaned properly! I was moving from Hollywood Beach and was in a tight scheduling bind. I wanted the windows to sparkle for the new owners. I called Nick and he was very busy, but he showed up the same day to do an estimate. His pricing was very reasonable and I hired him on the spot. He had a scheduling conflict and couldn't confirm until the coming Sunday - only a day away. He contacted me early Sunday and confirmed the cleaning for the coming Thursday at 8 am. He showed up on time and was ready to work. He did an amazing job - and worked under difficult conditions. I also had a cleaning crew working and the movers had not finished the day before as expected, so they were moving things from the house as Nick worked. Nothing seemed to phase him, he just kept doing what he was suppose to be doing. He vacuumed the window tracks and the windows gleamed when he was done. Over the years, I have had many different companies/people clean my windows. I had a 3 story house with difficult access on the sides due to the closeness of the neighbors, but Nick took everything in stride. Other companies always made issues with this access problem, but Nick never even mentioned it. As other reviews have mentioned, Nick take pride in his work and it shows. I wish I found him years ago.
