Review for NF Moving (Owner: Nolan Frank) I cannot say enough about how amazing NF Moving was during our move from Norco to Fallbrook. From start to finish, this team was professional, efficient, kind, and beyond capable. I had just completed a separate move the day before with another company, and this move was even more complex -- yet NF Moving made it look easy. The crew consisted of Phil (the lead), Bradley, and Cory -- and I truly cannot thank them enough. Phil was incredible -- a master at loading and spatial organization. Watching him fit furniture and antiques into the truck was like watching someone play real-life Tetris. His leadership, experience, and calm, focused energy gave me total peace of mind. He managed the entire process flawlessly. These guys moved delicate, intricate, and valuable antique pieces -- including a organic King mattress that was so heavy it could've injured someone -- and they did it with absolute care and precision. Not a single complaint. Just solutions. They even arrived before the clock started, alongside owner Nolan Frank, who personally showed up to make sure everything was off to a good start. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. When we got to the new home, I was amazed they were able to navigate the steep Fallbrook driveway and still unload everything with skill and ease. Throughout the entire day, all three movers were positive, respectful, upbeat, and genuinely kind people. They were highly responsive to every concern and clearly take pride in their work. Their professionalism, compassion, and great attitudes made a stressful day feel calm. And let's talk value -- the pricing was spot-on, very fair, and there were no hidden fees or surprise costs. Everything was transparent from start to finish, and considering the level of service and complexity of the move, it was an exceptional value. I've moved many times in my life, and this was one of the best moving experiences I've ever had. If you're considering hiring NF Moving -- do it. You will be so glad you did. Huge thanks to Phil, Bradley, Cory, and Nolan -- you made an incredibly difficult move feel easy and supported every step of the way.

Disappointed by Lack of Transparency and Professionalism I reached out to this moving company after receiving a quote through Yelp from a representative named Nolan P. The written quote (screenshot attached) clearly advertised "all-inclusive pricing" with no extra fees for gas, truck, or mileage, and stated that furniture disassembly & reassembly were included in every move. However, during our phone conversation, Nolan mentioned there would be an additional charge (around $100) but said he could "check with the owner to get it discounted." This was confusing since that fee is nowhere in the written quote. When I politely asked for clarification, his tone became defensive and short. Instead of addressing the concern clearly, he began explaining how moving works "since he's been a mover for four years," in a way that felt dismissive. He also spoke negatively about other companies, which I found unprofessional. I sent photos within 20 minutes as requested, but when he called back, he repeated earlier questions and gave an estimate that seemed unusually high compared to previous moves of similar size and distance. When I mentioned furniture disassembly, he said they "don't really do that," which directly contradicted the quote. When I pointed this out, he argued and backtracked rather than acknowledging the inconsistency. Throughout the call, I repeatedly apologized and tried to stay calm, explaining that I wasn't trying to argue--just to understand the pricing and terms. I even suggested that the company update their automated quote message to prevent future confusion. Unfortunately, he remained short and dismissive, eventually saying there were other companies I could contact. For context, I have only ever left one other review on Yelp--and it was positive. I don't take writing negative feedback lightly. I'm a disabled veteran with a pregnant fiancée and was hoping to find a trustworthy, transparent company to make our move easier. I was genuinely excited to hire this company based on their strong Yelp reputation, but after this experience, I didn't feel confident in their honesty or professionalism. My intention isn't to insult or attack anyone--only to share my honest experience and help future customers make informed decisions. I understand the company may choose to rebut this review or suggest I misunderstood, but that's not the case. I also expect they may post a generic, automated apology encouraging me to call them directly. My hope is that, instead, the owner takes this feedback seriously--to revise their written materials for clarity and to reinforce customer service etiquette and problem-resolution training within their team. Transparency, respect, and consistency in communication go a long way in earning trust. Response to NF Moving comment on my review: 10/16 @7:10pm Thank you for your response. You are correct that I did not hire your company -- as I clearly stated in my review. My feedback concerns the initial inquiry experience, which is just as important to potential customers as the service itself. While no move was completed, the way your representative handled my questions about pricing and communication directly influenced my decision not to proceed. The written quote advertised "all-inclusive pricing" with "no extra fees for gas, truck, or mileage," yet during our call I was told about an additional $100 charge that wasn't disclosed in the quote. When I asked about this discrepancy, I was met with defensiveness and condescension instead of clarity. My intention isn't to harm your business, but to provide an honest account of how your company presents itself to potential clients. The inquiry stage is still part of the customer experience, and professionalism and transparency should apply there as well. I understand it's standard to issue a templated response like this, but I hope management takes this as an opportunity to strengthen communication, ensure quotes align with what's discussed verbally, and train staff on better customer interaction. ______________________ Also, I do see that Nolan posted an initial response to my review accusing me of being a "competitor trying to sabotage their company" and also saying I was harassing them, I find it a little funny that, shortly after that initial response was then revised to the current one to try and sound more professional. I am not in the moving business so for him to accuse me of such a thing is petty and extremely unprofessional. I also find it curious that Nolan did not disclose he is in management and told me to "hold on while he checks with management if he could get me a discount". I encourage you to view how Nolan responds to all their 1 star comments to see I am not falsifying my review.

Best moving experience I've had ever. Nolen and his crew did above and beyond moving my stuff. I ran an hour late because interference in daycare, hospice, and home appliances. When I finally arrived Bill and his partner turned an empty room into a comfortable homey bedroom for my elderly mother. After getting zero help from the siblings living closest, I took the job. It was NF moving that saved the day. They also cost less with no double miles. Very impressive

This would be the first time for us to decide to use a moving company, as we have always done our own moving in the past. So I went ahead looked up a few business on Yelp. NF Moving was one of 4 that I had called. I spoke to Nolan, 1st call and briefly describe the locations and what was needing to be moved. He gave me an estimated amount and broke down how they charge and was polite. I confirmed I would call back. After calling a few places, I decided to to choose this place, after reviewing the reviews. I called back the following day and set up a moving date, confirmed time and location. Nolan forward the forms that needed to be sign, same day. The day of the move, I received a call to confirm they were on there way. They arrived around the time they provided, I walk the office and confirmed what was needing to go and once they were all set up with the moving truck, the guys went straight to work, they were all friendly and professional. They definitely hassled while still being careful. They loaded up the truck quicker than I estimated. When getting to the new location, same thing, they moved quickly and carefully and were very patient with us, as we were still undecided on where we wanted to have all the furniture, they moved thing around for us and at the end we decided to have them take some desk that we no longer wanted, which was very helpful. The amount we paid was pretty spot on to what we estimated, which was great. So overall, they did a great job. Definitely will be using them again in the future. read more

Selecting dudes with a trailer was easy setting up the move on the schedule was easy. The movers were on time loading and unloading was done professionally and safely during the time of mask wearing. The movers knew exactly how to situate everything that you had to go into storage perfectly with room to spare for sorting. Engaging in conversation was delightful I highly recommend using dudes with a trailer it was an experience that was well worth the money and the time. I recently had furniture arrive I thought was a "white glove delivery". Turns out this company only sent one delivery person when clearly two were needed (200+) up a slight in grade and 8 ft vertical. Reached out to Nolan and company. They responded within 1+00 and did all the heavy lifting, setup, and removal of all packaging. Truly satisfied with their service as price was negotiable. read more

ok, this is a long overdue review of the great moving company! i decided to hire Nolan, who transported some of my pieces of furniture (my couch set, dining chairs, dressers), moving boxes, and some miscellaneous items from southern to northern california last December. no regret at all, THUMBS UP! 1. fast responsive and ready to work with you 2. honesty and communicative 3. respectful #2 - Nolan informed me when my stuff almost reached the weight limit of the amount we agreed on, unlike some other movers that would charge for extra items without letting you know. i agreed to pay extra for the things i wanted/needed to add at the end of the day. #3. i wanted to add that i'm Deaf and i don't hear/speak, yet he was easy to work/talk with. that simply says a lot about him as a person ;) read more

Nolan and his team helped me in a BIND! My U-Haul was canceled the day before a big move and I reached out to these guys last minute. They were SO quick to respond and helped me with a same day move. I contacted Nolan on a Saturday morning regarding same day delivery and to my surprise, he was available to accommodate my request on such a short notice. I felt at ease when I spoke to him because he was very nice, professional and transparent. He provided me his website to confirm that he was licensed. He also notified me that he was insured in event that any damages occurred while in route or on site, which was reassuring to me. I requested for him to pick-up furniture from a store in the Inland Empire and deliver it to my mother's house located LA. He kept me informed every step of the way. Including when he picked-up the furniture from the location and when he arrived to the destination. He notified me via text of his arrival time at each stop, which was great!! In addition, he went above and beyond the call of duty by assembling the new sofa/loveseat and disposing the old sofa/loveseat (at a reasonable price) for my mother who is disabled. He showed compassion and kindness which is hard to find these days. I am a very HAPPY, SATISFIED customer. Nolan provided A1 Excellent Customer Service and he did it at a great price!! I informed him that I will definitely use his services in the future. If you are looking for someone with integrity, honesty, transparency and professionalism, then Nolan is definitely your guy! Nolan is amazing! He helped us move to Sacramento from Lake Elsinore and we couldn't be more thankful for his help. We called him last minute and he made time to help us. He was flexible with the start time as it was such a long drive and we had our two month old baby riding with us. His pricing was the best in the area and incredibly reasonable for how much work it was. He is super friendly and respectful even with the temperature being in the 100's in both locations. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to move, especially if you're moving long distance and want someone who takes extra good care of your belongings. We are so thankful we found him. I had Dude with a Trailer move furniture items and boxes into a storage unit. Since day one, the communication was great and Nolan explained the process so everything was clear! The pricing is clear and there are no extra fees! On moving day, Nolan and James showed up on time. They were really quick at disassembling the furniture, wrapping the pieces, and loading the trailer, while also handling the items with care! I was very happy with their service and speed. We didn't need a full move. We had a sofa bed that we wanted to move upstairs. Nate replied very fast. I sent photos to make sure they knew what we needed. Our stairs turn at a landing so I knew it would be a difficult task. I wasn't there but my husband was, but I wish I had been. He said they were amazing!! They were communicative, completely on time and fast. The sofa went upstairs like it was nothing! The hard part was fitting it into the room we wanted it in. But they worked, angling the sofa, lifting it on end, until they finally got it in! They had to remove the door but put it back perfectly. They took less than an hour!! Loved they showed up with mask as Covid safety is number one priority. Nolan and his team showed up on time and ready to work. They helped me move my refrigerator sofa, washer, dryer, beds, and all my household items in 6 hours. They are strong and super fast. They know how to dissemble and resemble my furnitures. I did not get any scratches or damaged to my walls or floors as they are super professional and careful with moving my furnitures. My experience with them was amazing. I requested a quote and got a quick response from Nolan. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. I was in a serious bind after another moving company no call, no showed me and Nolan "Dude With a Trailer" swooped in to save the day. He and his partner did an awesome job for a fair price especially last minute. They were on time, worked hard and got the job done well. In an industry that can be spotty with regards to quality of work, these guys were rock solid. I just moved out of state and I want to give kudos to Nolan who provided amazing service throughout this move. He communicated well based on pick up and arrival times which was tremendously helpful. When unloading my belongings at my new location he was more than helpful to get things where I needed them, everything arrived timely and all in one piece. He put all of my furniture together and placed everything exactly where I wanted it to go. Nolan made this extremely stressful move seem better as he was prompt with his arrival times, super clean and so polite! I would recommend NF Movers LLC to anyone looking to move in the near future. The team from NF Moving was friendly, however they took too long to move our stuff. We practically had 3 bedrooms to move and it took them 9 hours to do it without packing. In the middle of the job they told us they would charge time and a half after eight hours without disclosing this at front. They took apart several pieces of furniture unnecessarily causing them to take longer. They also broke two pieces of our refrigerator and gave us $25 for them. We bought insurance and we were told we were lucky we were getting $25 because the ins would probably pay 16 cents. read more

They were able to come on very short notice to move a heavy recliner from an upstairs bedroom that we were unable to move on our own. We had a deadline to move it downstairs before the freight company came the next day to pick it up. The movers were very polite and gave us numerous updates as to when they would arrive (heavy traffic). We are extremely satisfied. read more

Tia was my first point of contact and she was fantastic -- patient, understanding, and confident they could handle what others couldn't. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and she worked with me to make it fair. Suhrob and David showed up early and immediately got to work. They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. What impressed me most was that they took the time to explain how it comes apart for future moves. That's next-level professionalism. They also helped with a few extra heavy items without hesitation. This is how moving should be done. I'll be using them again this summer.

Other companies will quote you one price but after it is all done, will charge you more, and it is always more, they never surprise you with less. But this company always keeps to their word which i appreciate. I use them for my personal moves and for my business. BEWARE‼ DO NOT USE THIS MOVNG COMPANY…read more I was in contact with Ibrahim, the owner. He sounds nice, but don't be fooled. He is far from honest. He sent two inexperienced workers to help move my furniture. I have expensive furniture they completely damaged due to their carelessness and negligence (see attached pictures). They also did not hook up my washer and dryer properly. The gas nozzle that connects to the dryer was not tightened and caused a gas leak. Leading me to call the fire department to help assist me considering I have a small baby in my household. The water pipes connecting to the washer were not properly tightened as well, as when I turned the water on to use my washer water was sprayed all over my wash room. To add even more insult to injury I expressed my concerns to Ibrahim about the lack of experience his workers had in removing my door off the hinges to which he said was an "easy job" but when it came time to install the door back in place they were not able to do so. In addition, they do not have their own moving truck. They rent from U-Haul (undisclosed at the time I booked their services). They charge for the truck rental and per hour. What was supposed to be a 3 to possibly 4 hour job turned into an absolute nightmare ending in a 9 hour job. The movers got to my house without any wrap for my furniture. I had to ask them to buy wrap. The wrap they purchased was the cheapest wrap providing no protection for my furniture. They also did not have enough moving blankets to protect my big items from getting damaged in transit. I was in contact with Ibrahim from the beginning. I expressed my concerns to him and he kept assuring me they would take care of moving my furniture safely. That never happened. The movers arrived at 2 pm and did not finish the job until close to midnight. After telling Ibrahim of all the damages he said he would pay to get them repaired. He lied. The next day I called numerous times, also texted and he never responded. Days later, he still hasn't responded. Please think twice before using them to help you move. Response to owner (considering I've been blocked from adding another comment): Christina, Ibrahim Dababneh goes by Abe and is your husband. I Zelle'd him the deposit for this move. He's also on social media reflecting his full name and company name (see attached pictures). I did not get the wrong company. It is obvious your company does not want to take responsibility for the damages. Raul was one of the movers he sent to me along with Aaron. Raul is also mentioned in some of the reviews on yelp. It doesn't surprise me that you would lie and act like you did not work with me. It is a shame that you would use God's name in your response. Shame on you and your company. The company does not live up to its name. I would also like a refund for the deposit of $125.00. Please google this company. They are also on U-Hauls website as a listed moving company. Beware of this company they are liars and unethical.

Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! Very disappointing. This guy had no work and I gave him a job. It was simple work two small storage units moved one mile away to another storage unit. They freaking milked it and took forever. He turned a 3-hour job into a 6-hour job and charges me $750. Unbelievable! He brings two guys with him, and neither one of them wanted to work they complain the whole time, they would lay my furniture on the asphalt and concrete. They stacked finished wood tops up against the concrete walls. They don't put any protection on the furniture it's like they don't care because it doesn't belong to them. The guy gave me an attitude because I tried to explain to him that it was taking to long and I needed him to hurry up and finish. And that's when they just started to thrash my furniture. I hope this review hits home for everyone reading it, because nobody wants to be treated like crap and pay for it. I'm sure instead of admitting to the crappy service we will have a long winded response and I will get a phone call from him so he can harasse me and deny everything. JR As I predicted as soon as I posted my review the harassment begins with a phone call and text messages trying to gas light me into believing it was someone else that made him do a crappy job and how if only I would have picked a better mover prior to him then everything would have turned out differently. About a year ago, I used NF Moving for a short-distance move, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The crew showed up right on time, worked quickly, and handled everything with care and professionalism. You could tell they really knew what they were doing, they had everything wrapped, padded, and loaded faster than I expected, and still managed to keep everything perfectly organized. Wow can not say enough about Nolan and this company. Showed up on time and moved a 3 bedroom house. He assured us of the processes along the way and kept us in the loop with everything. We had some items that we wanted professional packed and Nolan assured us on the initial phone call that they are experienced in packing and would gladly provide that service. On move day, they came prepared with the proper packing materials to pack. Everything arrived safely at our new home. I moved from a two story to a single story home, 4 bedrooms. These guys handle your furniture and electronics with care. Nothing missing, everything they also do some packaging. Sam one of the movers was great, he told me about gas valves, and water hookups for washer and dryer. They did everything and taught me something.
