From the start, Nolan responded to our inquiry right away and set up a virtual walkthrough. The walkthrough via Facetime was so easy and quick - he was able to give us an estimate for packing & moving our 5 bedroom home. Price for both packing and moving was very fair. There were no hidden fees or extra cost for driving which we appreciated. It was also very easy to set up a date. For the size of our house, Nolan recommended 4 packers on one day and 6 movers to move in two trucks the following day. The crew came on time and ready to work. They packed everything so efficiently and provided boxes (separate fees for materials added at the end - fair pricing). I was most impressed by their work in my kitchen which was full of breakable things. Packing service was so great for us - we just got rid of a lot of unnecessary stuff leading up to it. They individually packed fragile things separately and labeled every box. Moving day was no different - the crew went to work right away and packed everything tightly into the trucks. There were no damages left. I was so impressed with how hard everyone worked, still with a smile on their faces. Once we moved to the new house, they unpacked even faster and assembled everything they had to take apart in the move. They only thing they did not do is mount the televisions which was made clear before I signed the contracts. Besides that, they even hung our clothes in the closets which was so incredibly helpful. Overall, I was very happy with this company. I don't know how we could have packed and moved in two days without their help. Stop clicking and swiping...I found a professional, honest, reasonably priced company for you: NF Moving. I've moved four times over the past five years and NF Moving made the competition look like a herd of water buffaloes tromping through tulips. I won't mention the OTHER movers by name, but one firm didn't pack my crystal lamp correctly and glass flowers fell off and shattered. They also nicked and dinged walls on the way to the truck AND charged more than NF moving. In comparison, Nolan and KC of NF moving took extraordinary care of all our possessions, ensuring outdoor items like rusty rebar and gardening items would not brush up against and stain our mattresses and couches. They worked hard the entire 9 hours, taking a 45 minute break for lunch and didn't charge us for their chow break. By the way, prior to the move, make sure you Nolan a video tour of what you're transporting and/or send him photos so he can give you an accurate projection of total costs. I value someone who communicates with me what their plan is and comes to me with challenges. Nolan's English is superb and his customer service skills are the best I've encountered in the Inland Empire Moving community. NF moving gives you a reasonable hourly quote and no hidden fees for distance, miles, or the truck. I received five different company quotes for my move. One mover offering me a flat rate then gushed he'd give me $1,000 off because I was a veteran. Sound great? Nope. Their price was still more than $700 more than NF moving charged me. Rest your fingers from clicking and swiping: pick NF Moving. PS we couldn't believe everything in our two-floor house fit into their truck for one load, on our 40-minute journey to our new home. Wow!!! Very impressed by their punctuality and quick response on the phone. I called for a very last-minute job of moving my belongings (boxes , drawers, clothing, miscellaneous, etc) from upstairs to downstairs and they came to the rescue within a few hours. The service was more than perfect and I appreciated the value. The price was very reasonable for this last-minute job. Anthony did a great job. Huge props to him. He was so nice, on time, professional, and very friendly. He did everything on his own and took very great care of all our belongings up and down the stairs. We had a great experience with NF Moving! We needed help moving our stuff out of our home in Redlands and into a container at a PODS storage facility in anticipation of an out-of-state move. Nolan was very helpful and transparent when I called for a quote and answered all my questions. I was getting ready to move, and this company had the most reasonable price. I had the change the date once, and the owner, Nolan was very accommodating. On the day of the move, two very friendly gentlemen showed up. I had asked they take a few items to one location, and drop off the majority of the things at my new home. The boxes I packed, and some of the furniture were really heavy. The location I moved to had a very sharp turn in a narrow staircase that made it difficult to get items upstairs. But they were able to complete the job. I do feel they were stalling a bit, but I also understand that it was really hot, and it was not an easy move at all. I would recommend them to others because they were friendly and were able to complete what I feel was a difficult job in extreme heat. read more

An update: Nolan reached out to us offering a refund for our move, and was very apologetic and kind. It feels like he tried to make it right. ---- Some pros: Nolan is very friendly, he responded quick about the moving and had a fair price for hourly move of a 2 bedroom apartment. They showed up earlier in the 8-10 am window on a Sunday which was great. We had a lot moved and packed already, so they did the big stuff we couldn't move. Phil, one of the movers, is really nice and efficient. They seemed to move quickly and had things handled with move out. Nolan was very communicative during the before moving out process, sending forms via email and confirming the move with a call/text. Cons: felt they were kind of careless with our furniture, even if it was just a local (and relatively close) in town move. Whenever I've moved, previous movers have always plastic wrapped dressers and furniture with blankets and made sure drawers didn't drop anything during a move. They turned one of my desks sideways and things spilled out of the drawer (I didn't take them out expecting they'd wrap the dresser). They didn't protect any furniture we had loaded. One of our desks had come apart (the drawer side had broken off the desk), we were able to get it back on the desk although now it's not as stable as it was. We felt they rushed even though there wasn't that much stuff and they had plenty of time, we didn't even hit the 3 hour minimum time limit. While moving, we warned them there's a low glass chandelier they could possibly hit while moving in. During the move, one of the movers hit chandelier in the new place and broke a glass piece and bent it sideways. Nolan told us that 'insurance won't cover that' and gave us 30 bucks off the move. I must have been the customer after Lucia G.'s moving experience 10/9/24. Several reasons I give this moving experience a 1 star: 1. Nolan, one of the owners, never smiled, wierd vibe, (was told by one of his employees he got screwed on a job recently) hawked me like I was a Thief, like I was not going to pay him. Real Bad - and sad, to treat a customer that way. 2. Was promised boxes would be marked into what room they go (I paid to have them pack, move and unpack). Today is over 3 weeks since I began the "adventure" with Nolan and crew. TODAY I FINALLY FOUND ALL OF MY KITCHEN ITEMS AND WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE UNPACK OF ONLY ONE ROOM!! As I looked into bedroom furniture and office furniture, I found that, instead of packing correctly, they would not use a box and put the kitchen towels, etc. INSIDE MY BEDROOOM ARMOIRE!!! I have no idea when I am going to find everything for our offices so that they will be useable and functional. 3. Damages Yep, I found on the top shelf of the master closet one of my marble tables in pieces and left there, not telling me...completely destroyed. Today as I was pulling kitchen stuff out of my bedroom armoire I looked up and a piece of the top trim of the custom-made furniture was gone - about 8" of it!!. No one told me. I expect it will take us at least 2 more months to find everything that is to go where it should go. 4. The 1 star is for 2 of his crew - warm, genuine kindness and care and nice sense of humor. Romeo and James. I hugged them both and gave them tips only. I interviewed 5 companies. My antennae was waaaay off on selecting this company. To the Owner's glib response after mine: I agreed to zelle NF moving at the end of EVERY SINGLE DAY - I was given an invoice and I paid it. ALL THE TIME ON TIME. Excellent customer service. I was able to text pictures of everything to save time for good faith estimate. Everyone on site was extremely friendly. Crew took the time to setup my two sink vanity in bathroom so my contractor had little work the following day. All boxes were labeled and crew placed everything in each room accordingly. Additionally, last minute the crew made one additional stop at my request to pickup a few more pieces of furniture that were not in my original plans. Highly recommend these guys !! read more
