He was also very helpful when I called him for questions and gave me a lot of good advices. At the end, I was able to complete my build and boot up my system successfully. The new system runs very quiet and fast - all thanks to the components recommended by Paul. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to build a new PC to have an initial consultation with Paul, and even have him build a PC for you. Paul is very smart, intelligent, and knows a lot. He definitely is a passionate expert on the hardware stuff. Moreover, he cares about his clients and he wants each client to be successful on their computer stuff.

Instead of providing me quote for the simple repair, he tried selling me a used laptop that he claims he gets from businesses, which at first I thought was a good choice. II asked him for the specs to understand what he is offering and if the laptop is new or used/refurbished,, he sends a rude reply saying that he had intuition it's not going to work. This is not how you run a business where you get rude response just to understand what you are agreeing to buying. Will not recommend him.

This time I needed a home appointment to get printer hooked up to print from my iPhone and iPad and a 2d monitor and keyboard hooked up. 3 hours later keyboard and monitor working but was told something was wrong with the printer setup and didn't know how to fix it. PRICE $372 The next day I wasn't sure what to do so I started looking up what could be wrong. Took me a couple hours and I finally got everything working iPad and iPhone. Had it been fixed by the guy who came I would have said expensive but it's working. But $372 and not fixed I felt a little ripped off especially since I got it working and I'm not a computer person. I won't make that mistake again!

The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They were quick to get the job done and kept me informed throughout the process. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable, and it was clear they cared about doing the job right. If you need computer repair or service, I would definitely recommend Custom Computers.

Unfortunately, my computer began to slow down and became very unresponsive, which made me extremely anxious since I don't have an IT team to turn to. I found Acamar Computer Services on Yelp and decided to contact Evan based on his excellent reviews. Everything I read was accurate! After explaining the urgency of my situation, Evan was able to see me that afternoon. During the consultation, I mentioned that I was prepared to hear that I needed to buy a new computer, considering I had purchased mine in 2021. However, after just a few minutes, Evan informed me that my hardware was in good condition. He only needed to address the "software bloat" to get my computer back in order. He also assured me that once this was done, I would likely have another two years before needing to worry about replacing my computer. We spoke on a Friday, and he kindly asked if I needed my computer back over the weekend or if I was okay leaving it for him to start working on it the following Monday afternoon. I chose to wait until Monday so I could finish a few more tasks. I dropped off my computer on Monday evening and picked it up the next day. Evan took the time to explain in detail everything he had done and how each change improved my computer. Evan is extremely talented, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. His pricing is very competitive and well worth every dollar spent. His primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service, which is exactly what Acamar provides. I informed Evan that he is now part of "The Chrysalys Team" and will be my go-to IT professional for all my computer needs moving forward. I cannot recommend Acamar highly enough. Evan is a lifesaver!

I took it to a more savvy tech buddy of mine who upon opening it up discovered that the CPU and GPU still had the original liquid metal thermal paste. Two conclusions here, improper work, or dishonest work. In both cases very bad for the consumer.
