This guy drinks some serious Koolaid. He's arrogant, all knowing (much like that SNL IT guy skit)…read moreand downright wrong at times. Case in point? Lets have a direct quote from Dan himself: "I would never own a Dell, even if someone gave me one for FREE. We charge a 25% premium for working on them to most of our clients that buy them. We try to give them incentives not to buy them! If you try very very hard you might be able to find a cheaper made computer than a Dell but it would be difficult..." And the rant goes on... So Dan, huge, multinational companies like Daimler AG, Penske Automotive Group, eBay--nevermind countless university institutions, have all made massive errors in their IT decisions by going with Dell--when they should have called you. Perhaps, but highly doubtful. My two cents? If you want to be overcharged for your computer, and IT needs give him a call. Otherwise, steer clear of this Koolaid wreck.

Well versed in both MicroSoft as well as open source (Linux, Mozilla, Thunderbird) solutions Urizel is able to present solutions to both small to mid sized firms that not only meet their technological demand but their budgetary constraints. Having gone through two different IT support firms for various reasons, Urizel's fair billing practices, honest assessments, and breadth of knowledge have been an extremely nice change of pace. I have seen Urizel navigate clients who desired help with most basic of tasks to building a functional multi user server with ease and none of the sarcasm sometimes resident in IT techs. If you have a small to mid sized business or home office you should definitely give Urizel a call.

And we only have 8 or so computers on the network, with a robust server (again built to their recommendations) and thousands of dollars worth of upgrades over the last year. I'm no expert, but I just can't believe this is rocket science as most networks I've worked with operate trouble free for months if not years at a time. We are just about at the point of ditching them and starting all over with a new consultant.
