Since I consulted with Sasha Lee in 2015 for my parents' home, she mirrored a lot of my concerns about that house. We set up a plan of action then that got me results, so when I changed residence, I knew I needed to consult with her again. She brought Finola with her again (on a crazy rainy and windy day!!) and they analyzed my home...asked me what my goals were and what problems may occur...and gave suggestions. Listening to these wonderful ladies and their suggestions, kept my head busy as far as the short term and long term goals and plans. Don't get me wrong, there is no magic wand that can zap away life's issues. However, if there was some sort of insight you could receive in improving your life's circumstances, why not try feng shui? This company is one of THE most disorganized and unprofessional organizations I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They have NO time for their clients. They are only interested in woking with clients who need NO and I mean NO personal connection. And if you did want to have a meeting to discuss your taxes they would charge $750+ for a consult. They clearly do not have enough accountants to meet their client's needs. Much of their correspondence was confusing and redundant leaving you confused and distrusting of their business practices. Due to the poor service, late filings, and costly errors, we began looking for a new accounting firm. Just shortly thereafter, we received an email in LATE December they are letting us go along with 300+ other clients. Our accountant did not even have the respect to contact us directly to let us know, we had to learn of this through EMAIL! No thank you for 8 years of using them. In the end, we are relieved to leave BPM and to be working with another firm who values the business relationship and has integrity in looking after our companies financial needs.
