OneClickFix are top-notch IT professionals that made a huge different in my client's business (read on...) As a business consultant, I recently referred one of my clients to OneClick. Client had gone through various "schmuck-in-a-truck" computer guys and questionable IT firms and had overall bad taste of IT companies. The OneClick team came in, fixed the obvious problems and keep things running on a continual basis. My financial services client couldn't be happier. I'll continue to recommend OneClickFix for any businesses needing professional computer support. read more

These guys are great! OneClick has been our managed IT provider for over 3 years now. They helped us build our office out and have been supporting our server, computers, and team members ever since. They are always super quick to respond to any problems and meet with us regularly to review our business objectives and suggest any tech improvements. Highly recommend OneClick. read more

My firewall went down at the office preventing my team from accessing the Internet, so basically shutting us down. I called OneClickFix and explained the problem. Within a couple of hours, Mark was in our office with a loaner firewall and got us back online quickly. To me this was above and beyond what I expect from anybody, especially as a first time customer. I highly recommend this company. read more

I didn't know what IT managed services were until our business contacted OneClickFix. Essentially, for a monthly fee (I think of it as insurance) you hand over the keys to your computer/network/server/printer and let them worry about things like backups, virus issues, network outages, etc. Most of the time they've fixed a problem before we were even aware of it. Great business model! read more

OneClick is has been providing IT support to our firm for several years and they do a great job. Our technician, Won, is responsive, knowledgable and very professional. Our experience has been top notch and I would not hesitate to provide a recommendation. read more

We had a great experience working with OneClickFix. We received very detailed and appropriate work with over delivery on support for a very reasonable fee. Mark is patient and thoughtful and does not try to oversell services. Even as an IT novice you should feel comfortable calling for a consult without feeling pressured. We will continue to use One Click Fix in the future. read more

Our company has been using OneClick for almost a year and we absolutely love working with them! Spencer is our primary IT professional and we could not ask for a more responsive, knowledgeable and solutions-oriented IT consultant. He makes himself available whenever we are experiencing any IT issues and has played a critical role in helping standardize our office equipment, transition to a new phone service and help with various projects that come with a growing company. I highly recommend using OneClick! read more

We are a K-8 Elementary Charter School located in East Oakland, CA. OneClickFix is our IT Team. They are more than vendors, they are members of our school community, i.e., partners. Over the past 4 years they have redesigned and rebuilt much of our computer system. The partnership has lead to a strong relationship. Their consultants support our teachers, students and staff. Our technology plan would not be as efficient as it is without their support. They make a difference. They are available by phone, and email, and work on site as well as remotely. You can feel comfortable knowing they are always available and ready to assist when needed. I highly recommend OneClickFix as your IT Team. They are winners! read more

I found One Click Fix while working at a previous job, they were amazing! Very professional, and have a highly skilled team. They always respond immediately to support requests, provide solutions that work best for you, and do top notch work. Mark and his team are wonderfully dependable and reliable. I'm now at a new company and One Click is our IT support here too. I don't think I could ever go with another IT firm. I absolutely recommend them, every time, 100%!! read more

This IT consulting firm is so good I almost hate to recommend them as they may become too big for our little 25 employee company. : ) We pulled in these guys after going through two other IT service businesses. It seems IT guys always start well but then the service begins to suffer - then you're lucky if they even show up at all. Our tech Spencer is always on-time and even visits when we didn't call just to check in and make sure everything ok. Though we do buy all our equipment and computers from them they are never pushy about insisting we always get new stuff. We usually sit down and talk about what is needed at the beginning of the year. Great company! read more

Super nice group of people. Our company has worked with OneClick for 5+ years. Great service and super friendly techs. Mark and his team are always l responsive and very helpful. A+! read more

I've had the pleasure of working with the OneClick Solutions team since I joined my organization approximately 7 months ago. I have nothing but glowing reviews for Chris and Spencer. I've dealt with and worked with a few other IT support providers in the past and can tell you Chris and Spencer are some of the best. They are extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. I have a modicum of technical skills and knowledge, enough to call out lies and misrepresentation. I've never once even come close to doubting the word or performance of Chris or Spencer. If you need IT support, I genuinely can not think of a better firm. We've had them respond to emergency situations within a few minutes and had them rush over for some minor problems that were causing anxiety and stress. If you want to rest assured your IT needs are met and that you're in good hands, give One Click Support a call. read more

OneClickFix has been supporting our company of more than 60 staffers - both locally at our San Francisco corporate office and remote sales reps around the US - since July of 2010 (I'm writing this in November 2011). They have provided us with support via email, telephone, and for extended intervals with full-time on-site staff, and even multiple on-site staff when needed. Support has included, well, everything...: Routine day to day issues such as "my monitor went blank", "I can't reach XYZ website", "my email doesn't seem to be going out". Slightly more involved tasks such as configuring a new staffer's phone and voice-mail, and setting up their new computer so they have all necessary access to company assets. Even more involved tasks such as wiping a departing staffer's laptop and re-imaging it with one of several standard setups for different departments and different hardware. Complex tasks such as setting up and walking a new user through first-time VPN access to reach inside assets from remote - all while the staffer really is remote. Very complex tasks such as migrating our internal email services from an Exchange hosting provider to a new non-Exchange provider, reconfiguring all staffer's email clients to work smoothly during the cut-over, without interruption in service or loss of inbound email; also working closely with a new Internet service provider for our office to ensure a similarly trouble-free cut-over to a faster connection. Over the top tasks (meaning well beyond the call of duty) such as replacing wonky keyboards on laptops; neatly organizing a formerly completely chaotic IT storage closet for easy access, and arranging for pickup of computer 'waste' for recycling; and even assisting a difficult to work with contractor/consultant who technically wasn't even covered by our support contract -- why? Because the OneClickFix staff are passionate about ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied, and are dedicated to the credo "under-promise, and over-deliver". I hope I've made myself clear. The service that OneClickFix provides is simply stellar. I have - after nearly a year and a half of continuous support service from them - NO complaints. None. I can't recall a single time that I've ever felt I was getting less than 100% of their effort while fixing even the most trivial of issues. I don't hand out compliments often. Poor service tends to be the norm these days. People tend to be grateful just to get merely adequate service. Exceptional service is a rarity. OneClickFix is exceptional. read more

We have a doctor's practice of 15 computers, server and printers. OneClickFix has been our IT services provider for 5 years. We hardly ever have any downtime and response times to problems are great. Thanks oneclickfix! read more

After doing some research on Yelp, we called OneClickFix looking for help to connect a new office computer to our server. After leaving a message with the office, Mark McGarvey called me back within 30 minutes and was able to walk us through all of the set up steps (over the phone and remote desktop) in a matter of minutes and had us up and running in no time. He was super knowledgeable and helpful and will for sure be our IT support guy in the future. Highly recommended for great friendly service. read more

I love OneClick's 15 minute call back pledge to their IT support customers in San Francisco. When we have technical trouble it means lost productivity, so we are glad that we can get them to respond quickly to our request for support! One of our companies seriously would not be able to function without the help of OneClick Fix. We are so thankful for Mark and his outstanding team! Our dedicated technician (Chris) is uber professional and provides us with a mind blowing response time. Chris has saved the day numerous times, his level of expertise is truly above average. We are so pleased that we pulled the trigger to switch over to OneClick Fix earlier this year. Our office in San Francisco has been extremely productive ever since! read more

At work, we first contacted Mark McGarvey at OneClickFix when our previous PC consultant decided to move out-of-state. We interviewed a number of candidates and chose OneClickFix based on several factors, including technical expertise for maintaining our network. We have been very happy with our choice. Response time for service calls has been very accomodating, and time spent on site has been quite reasonable, as our requests have been handled efficiently. A high level of customer service is maintained at all times. Our corporate headquarters IT staff in NY is able to coordinate their work with the local presence of OneClickFix, so we have the necessary teamwork to configure and maintain our network between SF and NY. read more

Beyond amazing. Mark and his team are so professional, so attentive and such a pleasure to work with. We have retained their services for more than three years and have never had a bad experience. In fact, our experience has been that these guys go above and beyond for us without our having to ask. They are hands down the best IT support group in the Bay Area. read more

We have used OneClickFix twice in the past year. First was to set up wireless for my company, which NO ONE else had been able to do, despite many attempts. They came and had the wireless connection working flawlessly to this day. The next time was after a very complicated virus infected the work computers. After 90 minutes, the entire problem was corrected and all computers are working GREAT and even much faster than before we got the virus. I think they're the absolute best, and the prices they charge are FAR LESS than other companies I've used, and they weren't able to fix my problems. A GREAT COMPANY and pleasure to call on. read more

Quick, expert help onsite in our SF office. Highly recommended.

Mark and his team have served as my firm's IT consultants for over 3 years and they are outstanding across the board: extremely capable, responsive (I usually hear from them within an hour of contacting them), never condescending (and with me that requires a good deal of patience!), and a real pleasure to work with. Competitive rates as well. I don't write much on Yelp but want to make an exception here -- highly recommended! read more

Our company decided to do away with a few of the local departments here in San Francisco and use consulting services instead. One Click Fix has become our IT gurus. I was apprehensive about them at first as I haven't had good experiences with outside IT consulting, but they have done a great job! Not only do they solve the IT issues quickly, they're good natured and helpful. I am quite comfortable with all of them now and sometimes forget that they don't actually work for my company. read more
