It seems their whole HRIS/General Ledger team has left the organization. I suppose our only recourse is legal or through the BBB at this point. They're expert marketers, and will reassure you of their expertise. They'll do a great job of capturing your needs, promising a solution and outlining a plan. They'll even sign a contract committing to specific deliverables. Just don't fall for it.

Just shortly thereafter, we received an email in LATE December they are letting us go along with 300+ other clients. Our accountant did not even have the respect to contact us directly to let us know, we had to learn of this through EMAIL! No thank you for 8 years of using them. In the end, we are relieved to leave BPM and to be working with another firm who values the business relationship and has integrity in looking after our companies financial needs.
