Everything seemed fine when my wife and I walked in, but we walked out before we even got our drinks as our server practiced less than acceptable personal hygiene, bending down to clean the floor and immediately serving food afterwards. If this is the standard, I can't recommend it for anyone. read more

We had read the reviews of Brunch, and they were not good overall. Because of the beautiful setting of the place, we decided to give it a shot anyway. We were able to get a seat with shade on the porch, and the view of the waterfront was quite beautiful and relaxing. Our overall experience at Brunch was very positive, but I will tell you...if you're looking for quick service, it is NOT going to happen here. Think "Italy". If you have time to relax and enjoy the scenery, then this is the place for you. Our server was great and friendly, but they are obviously understaffed. The grapefruit mimosa and Bloody Mary were both very good. My wife and one daughter had the Hotel Standard breakfast, I had a pork omelette, and the other daughter had biscuits and gravy. All were excellent. The jam which came with my wife's breakfast was possibly the best I've ever had. As I said, service was a little slow, but our experience overall was very good! read more

Thoroughly enjoyed our dining at this perfectly located spot with a view of the bay. Large portions, very tasty food, and excellent service. Will most definitely be returning on our next Florida trip. : ) read more

We were very disappointed with the server, she didn't write the order correctly and she was slow. We had to wait 30 minutes for tea. The manager brought it out to us. When our salads arrived the dressing was incorrect. When the bill came it was incorrect, almost double what we expected. The waitress fixed it and returned with the new bill. We asked to see the menu, because the bill was still not correct. The manager came out with the new bill telling us that this is an old menu and the registers were set to the new prices. The new menus would not be available until March 1st!!! The manager had to change our bill twice to get the prices to match the menu. AWFUL!!! read more

We visited this cozy really fun restaurant called brunch and we met Katie, she is just a spectacular person and she made our experience here so enjoyable. There was issues with the food and a Katie made sure it was rectified. Her outgoing personality and kindness is what is needed in serving people and she served above and beyond. We look forward to our next trip here and we are already telling others of Brunch and Katie. Thank you! read more

Rated 1 star this time around. Not sure if it's new management or what. I got the Italianish, and on the menu, it said roasted tomatoes. When the omelette came, it was whole raw tomatoes. I asked the server and she said, "I'm sorry, I should have told you". I cut open the omelette and had 1 bite. Told the manager about it and he gave me 50% off instead of taking the whole thing off. Unprofessional. Still gave the server a good tip considering. But to management, update your menu and educate your servers. read more

We were seated and sat there at least 15 minutes and nobody waited on us or even acknowledged us. Not a place I would go to again or recommend unless you like being shunned read more

Don't waste your time or money! Other than the atmosphere, this place was a disappointment. After being sat, it was 20 minutes before our server came to get our drink and food order. From the time we were sat, it took over an hour to get our food. There was very little follow-up from the server regarding the wait. We got the Casa Chicken and mushroom burger. The mushrooms were burnt and the chicken was dry and over cooked. One star is actually fairly generous. read more

Terrible service. Eggs Benedict were plain, hardly any sauce. Blueberry pancakes were good but had to wait a very long time for them to come. Waitress hardly visited the table. Wouldn't go back. read more

Stopped here one evening for a drink, since they only serve drinks after 3pm. Cocktail menu is limited to martinis, a few wines, few beers, and some cocktails. The service was slow, but that's expected since here were a lot of patrons. When we were first seated inside, my friend didn't like the smell, so we moved back outside. The drinks are well made and the server let us order drinks to-go. read more

Save time and go somewhere else. Took 20 minutes to get a table and it was all empty. They told us to wait 10 minutes and food was bad! Ordered beef and hash and it's not that great. We got pancakes and it's flat and was super sour!! Not coming back here again read more

Came here for breakfast at 1000. We were sat right away, but the waitress immediately said the kitchen told them to wait 5 minutes before putting in any orders. What server says that? Server appeared to not know their job. Menu was very limited. They do have a full bar, though. Really close proximity seating. Not worried about COVID but we were just really close to other customers. read more

Lousy lousy food. Brunch for the four of us and very undercooked for the most part. The biscuits and gravy is drentched with chicken base and that is all you taste with a nearly raw egg flopped on top if it. The gravy is not our tipical southern gravy...this is a dog orangeish color. The bacon was cooked hourrrrrs ago....greasy. read more

This place had mixed reviews but I decided to give it a shot because a lot of their poor reviews were from 6+ months ago. When I first went in to make about a table, the hostess - Kaycie as as rude as they come. she acted like I was inconveniencing her... Didn't even greet us or anything. We just got a very dry rude "oh many". Right off the bat... It's a bad impression- I was so put off ... I almost left. But true to being a real foodie, I wanted to taste the food! So we sat down. The waiter was efficient just also not personable... Not really sure what the deal was. I told my husband "maybe we smell or something ). Moving on the the food & drinks. I did try their spicy bloody Mary and it was good. I also ordered the cameras Benedict and my hubs got the "24" Benedict. Both if our meals were delicious, but we were still disappointed with the service and general attitude. There are SO many places to eat brunch in St. Augustine, I honestly don't think I would go back. read more

We stayed at the Casablanca and ate lunch and breakfast at Brunch. Scrumptious eggs and hash. Great burger and large enough to share. Service was great! I can't wait to come back! read more

The ambience of Brunch is really cute. The mimosas were great and cheap as well (I wish there was a mimosa special). The food was very satisfactory. There was nothing big about it. Pancakes were blah. Omelettes lacked flavor. This restaurant has the opportunity to be great once the kitchen improves. read more

The reviews on Yelp do not do this place justice! The breakfast was soooo good! The house fries are especially good especially with the aioli if you ask for it. We will definitely come back in the future when back in St. Augustine:) plus the service was fabulous too! read more

My husband and I tried Brunch for the first time today and were very disappointed. Our waitress was lovely and so was my $6 mimosa however our food was just so bad. I can't say it was cold but it wasn't even warm. I can't imagine this could be a one time thing... how could the kitchen let food go out like that? The plates weren't warm either so it's not like the food was sitting under the heat lamps waiting to be delivered to the table. I ordered the TABLE sandwich (tomato, avocado, bacon, lettuce, egg). I ordered my egg over medium and it seemed like they cooked it to death on just one side, instead of flipping the egg, so apart from being not hot, the egg was over cooked on the bottom but looked sunny side up from the top. My husband had eggs Benedict over a biscuit instead of an english muffin. His whole meal wasn't warm either. We were starving and didn't really want to complain (what good would it do to have them reheat our meals in a microwave) so we ate our food but it was just such a disappointment. I ended up telling the waitress that it just wasn't very good and she brought the manager over. They were both very nice about it and the manager offered us drinks and took 50% off our bill. So it was handled well but they really can't let food come out of the kitchen like that. I'm sure the restaurant will still do well solely based on tourists/their location but unfortunately my husband and I will not be trying it again, except maybe if we were just going to have drinks from the Tini Martini Bar portion of the restaurant. read more

In a word, the food is 'AWESOME!!!' I went with friends for lunch and had a pattymelt which came with French fries. The fries were the best I've EVER had....crispy and seasoned to perfection. The same with the pattymelt. I learned they grind the meat every day and it makes such a difference in the quality of the burger. While I would come back just for that, the menu has so many other great breakfast and lunch choices I want to try. There is a full bar with an array of martinis and reasonably priced wines by the glass. And then the location! Right across from the Bay in Historic St. Augustine. read more

This place is awful. I just went there for lunch and it took ten minutes to even order our drinks. The service was horrible and it took thirty minutes to get our food. I ordered the caprese Benedict and the English muffin cameout soggy, one egg yolk was busted already, the other extremely undercooked, stated that it was fresh mozzarella but it was shredded. As well as getting the pancakes that came out completely cold and lacked flavor and any fluff. Overall awful experience and if I could put zero stars I would. Would not ever recommend this place read more

I was giving this place a second chance and now I know for sure that I won't be back. The place has so much potential in such a great location but it really misses the mark. Slow service and the food was not good. I ordered biscuit and gravy with a scrambled egg. After 35-40 minutes I got the much anticipated food. It looked like it had sat for a bit and tasted that way, too. Biscuit was very dry and the bottom was burnt. The gravy had sat long enough to have the "please stir me" look and were gritty. The scrambled eggs were good but one egg looked like a half dozen. More is not always better. The server was fine but seemed annoyed by us so I didn't even bother complaining. I really want to like this place so very disappointed (twice). read more

Neros Waterfront Cafe - The bottom of my biscuit...no wonder it was so dry. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - St. Augustine, Florida

I went to Brunch for a last meal before heading back to south Florida from a weekend trip with my boyfriend. The service was amazing, and food was out quick and tasted delicious. I would def recommend to anyone looking for a fun spot by the water, prices were great as well. The menu was smaller than we expected which is the only reason I would give 4 stars read more

Great location. Food was disappointing. Poached eggs were not really poached they were fried-ish. Salmon was very salty on the benedict dish. They didnt have corned beef hash available. Ingredients do not seem very clean compared to neighboring restaurants. Again SO salty. Server tried his best but you can tell cooks were inexperienced on this day. read more

This place is one of the worst places to eat. Their service is horrendous and if the food ever gets to you, is horrible!!! Terrible place. Not recommended ever. Do stay away!!! You been warned. read more

We had brunch here around 1 on a Saturday and it was very easy to get a table! The host was friendly and accommodating, letting us choose our table. The restaurant boarders a main street with views of the bay across the road. The staff was pleasant, and we received our food quickly. We ordered an omelet, Eggs Benedict, shrimp and grits, and coffees. Everything was tasty! I always judge a breakfast spot by their coffee, and the coffee here was worth the stop. read more

My omelette was perfectly cooked and the pesto was bomb! Definitely coming back here again

My SIL went and said it was amazing! The view was awesome and the food was fantastic. Definitely as must if you're walking around downtown.

Sadly I can't remember my servers name, she had brownish hair and worked the front tables outside on 7/20 and 7/21. She was incredibly nice and amazing service even for being understaffed. Right after we left I got in a wreck right in front of the restaurant and she came out and brought us waters, cold rags as I was having a panic attack, and stayed to make sure we were okay. If that's not above and beyond service then I don't know what is. Give this place your money and make sure to tip well. read more

Amazing food with a great view. We came for brunch and it we got the French toast and Italian omelet with pesto.... HIGHLY recommend and great service. Also, it's attached to Tini Martini Bar so they have all the martinis and drinks from there as well! read more

Katie is a rock star! She is a wonderful server and we thoroughly enjoyed her personality and efficiency. Food was awesome, bloody Mary's were spectacular and the place is very charming. We had been there in the past to enjoy the Martini bar, but something had always been lacking! Not anymore! They have really stepped up the service and adding Restaurant Brunch was a great idea. We had eggs Benedict, crepe Suzette, omelette sand the best corned beef hash I have ever experienced! Way to go folks...you have raised the bar in St. Augustine! Highly recommended! read more

Such a lovely place to eat! Beautiful outdoor seating area with a nice view of the water. Food was very good, LOVED the hibiscus mimosa ;) Staff was friendly and attentive. Exactly what we were looking for to cap off our weekend. Would eat here again. read more

This is definitely our favorite place. The food is delicious and the service was the best. Arcadio remembered us from the day before and wasn't even our server yesterday. He took great care of us today too. He even went and got me a brochure so next time we can stay at the bed and breakfast here. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone we know. read more

The place looked pretty good. We were seated relatively fast after arriving but only because we were okay with sitting inside, which was no problem considering how hot it was outside. The problem was that we never got our food. Our waiter came out and told us that our food was almost out like 3 or 4 times. We waited more than our hour and eventually just walked out because the wait was so ridiculous. The last thing we heard from our waiter was that it was coming out piece by piece at the moment and was almost ready. We waited about 20 mins after that before we left and never saw the waiter again because he was obviously avoiding having to keep lying to us. read more

Amazing breakfast! Hubby said the BEST grits he has ever eaten and he is a country boy. Both kids loved their meals which for us is a win!

I ate like a king, absolutely amazing service, would recommend. Love this place, they treat you with total respect, deserves 5 stars.

Anyone who has given this place a negative review has either come when they're at their busiest possible time and not contain a single fiber of understanding & compassion in their body or you're got your head shoved so far up your own butt you're wearing yourself as a hat!!! This place was absolutely awesome!! From the decor, the atmosphere, the service, and last but certainly not least the food!! I ordered the French omelette and it is a decision I will soon not regret!!! The portions were huge and the taste was even bigger!! They really have a good thing going there and I can not wait to return for another visit!!! read more

Food was clean, service was horrible No manager to be found Host was horrible some young kid that had no idea what he was doing. There were many tables available and we plus other people waited for at least 45 min Had to go to the host stand 3 times just to get our waitress who never told us her name. Found out her name was Jazmine from the receipt She was the worst inexperienced waitress She had no clue at all.... Stay away from this place unless u wanna wait 2 hours for food. Plus the place is in shambles and dirty. read more

The stars are for the ambiance and the service. The food itself deserves one at best. Ordered scrambled eggs/sausage/toast. Apparently it's easy to mess up scrambled eggs because these were an overcooked mess resembling a pancake. If you're going for the sausage bc it's homemade, don't. It's also tasteless. Just pick bacon. Or some new place altogether. read more
