Nice and eclectic! We spent some time here at New Year's and the drink menu is definitely unique. After a quite heavy dinner we were in for some Amaro and the bartender showed us his array. Quite impressive. Next time we're in town we will be spending more time here as there is a nice menu available. Very promising and a place that's very much at home in Saint Augustine.

We stopped at Odd Birds Cafe next to the Marina/Yacht Club, in St Augustine,as we were leaving our boat tour. Anyway, we like local places and thought we would eat our lunch there. Rosmilys assisted us. She was AMAZING! She assisted us with choosing our food, drinks, and gave us info about the place. She quickly put our order in. The food was wonderful!! I had beef empanadas. The best I have ever had. They looked great and tasted even better than they looked. Which is difficult to do since they looked so good. Mark ordered a Cuban sandwich, which he thoroughly enjoyed. While ordering I had also ordered a peach/creamy muffin. It was exceptional. Mark had ordered a cranberry muffin. I have to admit my muffin looked so good, and was so warm, we devoured it before our meals came. The Cafe itself, was quaint, and fun. The staff were right on top of everything. Rosmilys even made the muffins from scratch herself.

This is the kind of place I imagined for our trip to St. Augustine. A friendly Mom and Pop type restaurant with personality and great food. I had the Cafe con leche and a Breakfast Cuban sandwich, they were both delicious. I love the family vibe in this Cafe. I'm sure we will stop in again on our next visit.

Found this cafe for brunch on our 1st day in St Augustine. We walked in, there is only 1 table of people there. The space is not big, just few tables. You will need to order food at the counter, pay, then the staff will bring it to you. But they only use one time use utensils. Guess they are lack of manpower

Disappointing experience. The guy at the cashier was a bit rude. The Quesadilla was okay. Needed more seasoning & spice, but the worst was the Chia Coconut pudding. It was so bad I had to throw it out and it was expensive. I wish I could have taken it back but they were closed. For the rest of the day into the night my stomach was upset. Won't be going back to this place.

This is a quick breakfast service with plenty of delicious options! I had the French toast with blueberries and a pastelito and it was so yummy! It was comforting and so was the cafe con leche. There's plenty of seating and parking as well! Would come back again

They seemed to be short staffed, so I will give this place another try. The bathrooms were disgusting, and I think bathrooms tell a lot about a place. Iced coffee was made wrong.... Waaayy too much cream I couldn't even taste the coffee. Grit bowl was decent, nothing special. Has potential!

    Criollo Breakfast

Mad at myself for not coming here sooner! Had a cold Coquito that was great...wound up getting a hot one too because it was so good! The Criollo Breakfast was delicious and I would get it again. Friendly service and nice (but small) inside. Only "complaint" is my black beans weren't as warm as I would like them.

1, 2, 3 let's go... Sunday vibes in Camachee Cove island, a hidden gem located at the base of the Vilano Bridge and yacht club. Headed to @oddbirdscafe post boat ride for delicious food, fun vibe, and amazing service. Hands down, one of the best cafes in St. Augustine. For the coffee aficionado in you, Odd Birds is a must experience! We had the Chai latte and Hazelnut coffee with oat milk to start From the menu we had Criollo Argentinian Breakfast and Burrito Bowl loaded with Rice, Black Beans, Sweet Plantain, Pico De Gallo, Avocado, and a side of Arepa! Don't miss it, perfect spot for all your breakfast and lunch needs.  Open 7 days a week from 8am til 3pm 121 Yacht Club Dr, St. Augustine, FL 32084

It was smooth, cozy, and somehow tasted like a hug but also woke me up like I had responsibilities. This was much needed after we landed from cold Chicago, like "hey girl"! Perfect balance of flavor and caffeine, not overly sweet, and actually tasted like real coffee (which is rare these days). If you're in St. Augustine, do yourself a favor and stop here, you'll leave caffeinated, happy, and maybe a little motivated as well!

Not only did I find delicious coffee and beautiful local art - which is what you'd expect and hope to find given the name - but fresh, homemade breakfast/lunch options and some of the most genuine, sweet people who remember their regulars and truly appreciate customer loyalty, which is far too rare in the service industry these days. In 3 years, I've had only great food and coffee here, but it's the warm, thoughtful, human element that has kept me coming back and will keep me coming for years to come. Thank you, Mike and the Sweetwater crew! *A note for my fellow wheeled peops: It's small, depending on the type of chair you have, and may require deft maneuvering but there is an accessible entrance in the back between Chase bank and the Villa Zorayda museum. If you need help getting in, call. They will all help, without hesitation. Don't miss out on an amazing experience.

We visited The Modern Rose for a morning date and we both loved it!…read more I started with the Rejuvenate Boba, which is a bursting dragonfruit with passionfruit tangerine tea and lemon. My wife had the Signature flight - Lavender Latte, Rose-iatto, Cinnamon Mocha and Caramel Macchiato. All great choices! For food, I went with the Mick Griddle Tower - 3 slices of brioche French toast, stacked with two eggs & 3 slices of bacon, all smothered with melted mozzarella, powdered sugar & maple syrup. And it was DELICIOUS. The restaurant was a bit busy while we were there, but it didn't take away from our experience. The staff were all amazing and we'd love to go back when we visit St. Augustine!

This place is truly something special. From the moment you walk in, the decor and atmosphere are absolutely charming--elegant, whimsical, and giving a fun Bridgerton vibe. The staff and owners were incredibly ,warm welcoming, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about the experience they create for every guest. Between the two of us over two visits, we shared several menu items, and every single one was exceptional. Every coffee we tried was phenomenal--the Lavender Latte, Chaga-ccino, Cinnamon Mocha Latte, and Churro Cold Brew were all beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious. I truly can't pick a favorite because every single one was that good. The food was just as outstanding, with generous portions and incredible flavor. We highly recommend the B.E.C.ky, the Better Than..., the Venetian, and the Tulum Sammie. My personal favorites were the Venetian and the Tulum Sammie--both were absolute perfection. It is rare to find a place where the food, coffee, service, and atmosphere all exceed expectations, but The Modern Rose does exactly that. I only wish we had something even half this good back home. They have only been open a little over a year, and I have a feeling that as more people discover just how wonderful this place is, reservations will become a must. This will absolutely be a must-visit for us every time we return to St. Augustine.
