Located in St. Augustine's historic district, the establishment makes it easy to order a pick-me-up as you make the rounds, check out the stops, or head to a sightseeing attraction. Now, if it's busy, the queue- even if it's just a few people, it may take a few minutes to get your order ready once you give it, since there is usually only one person behind the counter, so make note of that. Amazing coffee and frozen drinks, which is what my fiancé and I came for tonight. Unfortunately, we found the doors closed about an hour before the posted closing time. We also witnessed a group being turned away rather abruptly. They may have been a little rowdy, but when we spoke with them, they seemed respectful and not disruptive. I understand emergencies or staffing issues can happen, but the way the situation was handled came across as unnecessarily rude. I also hope the difference in skin tone between the group who was turned away and the individuals who were served immediately beforehand with fresh full drinks was purely coincidental, as I would hate to think otherwise. Hopefully this was an isolated incident. Overall, don't think we will be back which is unfortunate because we had a very good experience the first time we came here. The second time we came, they were closed an hour and a half before posted closing. Came back here for a third time and left empty handed and with uncertainties. I loved the vibe of this coffee shop and how close it was to all of the must see spots in downtown St. Augustine. On one side it's a coffee shop and on the other a wine shop! The staff was very kind and made my drink very quickly. I ordered the beach bum, iced with almond milk. It was a salty coconut flavor and it was something I've never tried before in an iced latte. It was delicious. I was a little disappointed that almond milk was 1.50 extra and my drink ended up being $8.75 before tip. read more

We were in St Augustine on a cold Christmas Day (temps in the 30's) and not much was open and there was a line for the coffee shop. But they had a sign outside that they had a Rum Chatta Latte, and a spiced Egg Nog latte. I just had to have one. We waited online and my husband got a Coffee with Irish Cream and I told the barista to surprise me between the 2. She gave me the Rum Chatta Latte because thats her favorite. It was heavenly. The combo of the 2 on a cold Christmas day was just perfect. Luckily they have a Christmas tree right outside the store door and tables so we took our Christmas Selfie in front of the tree with our spiced coffees. This cute little coffee shop is hidden on a side ally on the north side of the historic district not too far from the visitors center. We stopped on a chilly morning for coffee and a snack. The shop is tiny and filled with the smells of coffee and lovely pastries. The staff is eager to serve, but the choices are overwhelming. The pastries run about $6 each and we selected a coffee crumb cake. The portion was generous and the cake was fresh, sweet and delicious. It was one of those cakes that you dream about later. The coffee was good too. Outside, there is seating in a little courtyard filled with flowers and surrounded by other interesting shops. The husband needed NEEDED iced coffee. So we stopped in for iced coffee for him and a mocha latte for me. YUM! He is hardly ever impressed with iced coffee while traveling, but this place left an impression on his taste buds. We went back for seconds, and even a third time before leaving St Augustine. That's not to say my mocha latte wasn't impressive either, because it was amazing. Just the right hint of chocolate mocha without losing the coffee flavor, and not so overwhelmingly sweet like a certain coffee chain. Loved it. We also got toasted bagels twice and they were delicious. The staff was friendly and very efficient with getting our orders. Highly recommend this place and look forward to their coffee when we come back to St Augustine. It is tucked into a little courtyard at the top end of George just by the old east gate. There is a water fountain, some chairs/tables, and a few other dining establishments in this courtyard. The only downside is it's right next to a cigar store, so there will be patrons smoking cigars nearby (forewarning to those who prefer a non-smoking environment). read more

We were viewing the "Night of Lights", stopped in this coffee house on the way to leave. Ordered a bagel and hot coffee. As we paid the bill, I did not tip, as we are standing in line to receive our coffee and was tip shamed by the employee cashing us out. He stated out loud to everyone, "I hope that we can improve our service since you decided not to tip". I have never had this experience before. It is not necessary to tip when you are the one standing in line to get your item handed it to you. The coffee was not hot and the experience was terrible. You get tipped when you provide exceptional service, bring something to a table where I am seated. This employee was rude and should be counseled on appropriate behavior. read more

I saw this coffee house on Instagram or Facebook days before my stay in St. Augustine at St. George Inn for a few days. I told them that I would pay them a visit. Low and behold, they were in the the same courtyard, across from our room!!! We went on our first night, but they closed early, maybe dues to the Corona Virus early hours. Ernie and I came back by on Saturday afternoon for some much needed rest and coffee. They had a lot of lovely looking baked goods there. I never had a chance to go back for baked goods. But, I will next time I visit. My coffee was delicious. They young lady took great care of us. If you visit, the back entrance is the entryway for now and exit out on the courtyard(front)side. TLDR - Beyond a coffee house What brought me in was the sign that said iced coffee, but what I actually got was a damn delicious frozen margarita. This tiny, semi-hidden shop has everything you want from a local coffeeshop, but adds to it craft beers, frozen alcoholic beverages, an assortment of small bites likes quiches and pastries, and on a hot summer day like the one I visited on, air conditioning.
