We parked nearby and walked to Peace Pie which was so close to the main square where Nights of Lights is during the holidays (noted). There it was, a bright and colorful storefront situated amongst a group of aromatic formal dining restaurants. It just so happened to be buy-one-get-one night, which is only on Tuesdays! I got the cookies and cream, my friend got the praline flavor and they were both absolutely delicious! I loved how the ice cream had lots of mix-ins and was frozen hard enough to not melt in our hands immediately. They serve the sandwiches in a lined paper wrap so even if things do get melty, it was easy to stay neat. We made a new friend in Stephanie who was (wo)manning the counter that night.
