She was so sweet and accommodating, even at the very end of her shift. Above-and-Beyond Hospitality: The owner, Mike, is simply awesome. He came over to chat, found out we were celebrating my sister, and hooked her up with a free refill! But the magic didn't stop there. We mentioned we were having a party for my sister later, and Mike went out of his way to give us bagels and this marvelous butter-flavored cream cheese that was literally to die for! Since it's Halloween season, the shop was decorated with goblins, ghosts, and other fun spooky touches. The decorations were beautifully done and made the whole place feel festive and inviting.
