They offer choices of breads when was nice. The shaved ribeye was a unique offering and very tasty. Also had to try the grilled donut. not a huge menu but everything they serve is really good. Plan on trying the grilled cheese with prime rib shavings next time I go. You can go up the street to the diner, which will charge you double, and it has not a half an ounce of character that this place has. It's not so much that it's half the price for breakfast, but their coffee is better. There are seats for a dozen at most. Elbow to elbow. But it has definite character, characters, and their sign is too small. Up the street, you can get a bit of a manufactured feeling, served half cold, bless your heart. The bicuits are doughy, but not here. The chef knows his trade and does it well, again, for half the price and pretension. read more
