The fact that the donuts were on their side made them get smooshed and the frosting fall off. The only ones that stood out to us were the blueberry crumb and glazed. The apple cider donut was INCREDIBLY DRY. The apple filled was a solid meh. The strawberry frosting was barely strawberry flavored. I don't see the hype about this donut shop

The array of donut choices. They even have maple bacon donut.

I enjoy going to get donuts and iced coffee at Neil's. The workers are friendly and always smiling. The donuts are so yummy and many varieties to choose from. I got pistachio iced coffee today and it's so yummy. This is the only place I'd ever get donuts from.

I love coming to this location, but lately the people behind the counter continue to make my order, incorrect. I usually get an iced coffee black with NO ice. Every single time there is ice in my coffee. I understand it's a morning rush I also understand this is a hot commodity of a location, but being sold out of a majority of things an hour and a half hour after opening is a little disappointing

Box it came in

Neil's is a great donut spot. Next time I'll go right when they open--by 8:30 a.m. most of the donuts I wanted were already sold out :((

Best. Donuts. Around. Even on a busy Saturday morning they've got an efficient process to get customers in and out. Their donuts are always fresh and taste amazing.

Sloppy ripped bag with raw egg in it

Let me start by saying that my family and I visit this location often and normally I have no issue with service or food. This past Saturday just after noon we pulled into drive thru and was shockingly the only vehicle in line. Female on speaker asked for our order. I gave our order. Oreo donut. Black coffee medium. BEC sandwich on poppy bagel. SEC sandwich on an everything. I pulled up and waited for over 10 minutes while multiple cars pulled in behind me. The young lady at the window apologized after about 5 minutes saying there might be a wait. I answered, "no problem", and kept waiting. I watched thru the window as no one cooked sandwiches. There were people moving around apparently cleaning. I saw one male person carry a bag of food towards back of store. Another tall male was pretending to play basketball. After about 10-12 minutes the girl at window apologized again for the wait. Just afterwards I saw a young male walk slowly over to the grill and start cracking some eggs. He looked over and smiled and waved, clearly mocking the fact that we've been waiting for him apparently. I was relieved that someone was finally making our food that I've already paid for. He continued to wave and smile foolishly while he cooked. Eventually we received our order and we left. One of my sons pointed out that his BEC was a SEC. My SEC was a BEC (The difference was the bagel). There was raw egg all over the inside of the bag which was ripped. I've never received an order like this so I'm certain it was intentional. Normally I would assume that a mistake was made, but with the cooks ridiculous smiling and waving mixed with the sloppy egg covered ripped bag I doubt it was a mistake. Overall it took about 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. I drove home and after looking at the bag and contents myself I decided to call and complain. After a female answered, "Neil's Donuts", I stated that my sandwiches were delicious and that I wanted to leave the grill cooks name in a review. No response. She just stopped talking. I repeated "hello. Are you there?", while listening to the background noise, for two minutes until I knew they wouldn't respond. I hung up then I called 2 more times in the next 10 minutes. Both calls went straight to voicemail. My girlfriend called and a female answered. She put it on speakerphone so I could listen or talk. The person we were speaking to was pleasant enough. My gf asked for the manager. The female stated that there was no manager atm but she was the closest thing. Gf asked for managers name and number. The stated that she couldn't give out their numbers but gave me 2 Managers names. Fair enough. I thanked her. She asked if we wanted to speak with the owner. I replied "sure". She asked for my name and contact number. I told her my name and gave my number. She said that she'd let someone know right after the call and that someone would get back to me most likely in the morning. That was a week ago. No call. After several days of waiting for a callback I sent an email. No response. I guess no one there really does care if employees intentionally mistreat a customer. Also worth noting, I went back the next day and it took 4 minutes to place and receive my order and leave the drive thru. 20 minutes one day because of a clown. 4 minutes the next morning when the team is working together.

Always great donuts and bagels here. My favorite are the Boston cream and everything bagel. The Staff here is fast and friendly. Plenty of parking and they also have a drive thru too.

Top star donut shop. The food here is downright amazing, can't be beat. The service is also outstanding with amazing workers. The ambiance makes it feel right at home with seating indoor and outdoor. Come to Neil's, it's a great location!

Chocolate Buttercream, Vanilla Buttercream, Maple, Key Lime, Bavarian, French Toast, it was a pastry experience!

I found Neil's Donuts by accident, my sister was mourning the loss of the vanilla buttercream that Dunkin no longer has, and I went to look for something new. I couldn't be happier, Neil's Donuts are amazing, fresh and full of flavor, I wouldn't have known they were vegan if I hadn't read it on their site. They have such an array of different flavors and so far each one has been a delight. Nothing is skimped on, the cream donuts are filled with cream, the iced donuts have a nice, generous coating, I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to chain donut restaurants after this. The packaging is so careful to keep everything separate and in perfect condition, the 6 pack I ordered came looking like something out of an advertisement despite me living roughly 40 minutes away from the restaurant, and yes the wait was more than worth it.

The lady who waited on us was so very helpful. We arrived about 15 minutes before they closed, so we weren't able to try coffee roll, which is what they're known for. We did try 6 donuts tho: glazed, chocolate glazed, blueberry glazed, Boston Cream, Reese's and S'mores. The selection was amazing, even at the end of the day. We will be back as we were told that the donuts taste different bc it has been so humid. We really liked the glazed donut so far. Haven't gotten into the Boston cream or the S'mores.

The front of the store

When you find a place that has vegan donuts, you have to stop. They had a variety of vegan donuts. Most places just have one or two but not Neil's - they had over five different varieties. And let me tell you the key lime vegan donut is absolutely a must have.

I usually love Neil's but I ordered an egg and cheese that was made with tons of eggshells. It was disgusting and I couldn't eat it.

Decent donuts, nice local shop, good staff…read more Came to this location for another bakery, but hours were wrong so I had time to burn. Decided to hunt down a few different locations and this one popped up in the hunt. Location is a small space in a little plaza. Staff was friendly, recommended the strawberry donut. Price was 2 bucks a donut, so towards the higher side. Donut was fresh, dense with a heavy sugar shell and a strong artificial strawberry flavor. Not bad, but I prefer the lighter yeasty style donuts than the denser, sugar laden ones. As a local donut shop, it's good. The quality is there, but the donuts are not my style. They are good classic dunker style doughnuts though.

My BF got an iced coffee, which he thoroughly enjoyed. We grabbed an assortment of donuts to try, since it was our first time here. Their cinnamon rolls are huge, and it was nice and cinnamon-ey which I love. I also got the cruller to enjoy later. Now, to me, a cruller is nice and airy with a hint of crispness in the edges and a moist center. This was more like an old fashioned donut made into a twist, and it is probably one of the best old fashioned donut I have had ever! Nicely glazed, but that dough ... chef's kiss! We also grabbed their chocolate frosted and a Boston cream to share with our son. The employees are super nice and helpful. Only downside is they only serve coffee - iced or hot. I wish they had an espresso machine for lattes and cappuccinos. 4.5 stars!

Good donuts, needs tlc…read more I've been to this place before, and I appreciated the location despite it being an event. So being in the area, decided to come here and pick up some donuts for the ride home. We got here late in the day, and they were out of almost everything when I got there. I managed to get a churro and matcha donut. I then saw they did a Dubai chocolate strawberry cup, and had to give that a try as well ( they only do the cup on the weekends) The donuts were very fresh, light and chewy. They are high in price but much better in quality compared to other places I've tried. The Dubai strawberry cup had a kind of weak chocolate sauce over them. Not the cheapest stuff on the market, but not strong or mellow like the expensive chocolates. The strawberries were fresh, and the Dubai part needed a little salt to counteract the sweet and enhance the earthy. Inside is well decorated but dirty. All the tables were dirty, there's lots of dust and other ditritus when I was waiting for my dessert. It was end of day, so I get why they would not be fully clean. But there's some repairs that need to get done and there's cracks in the facade. Despite the lack of donuts, the quality was good and the Dubai strawberries were a nice sweet treat. This is a good place to get some interesting food items or sweet treats. Not a trek worthy spot, but good if you're around

Once it was our turn to order we were devastated to find out that they were out of the K-dog batter and could no longer make any so we decided to get extra sweets instead. Overall the deserts were absolutely delicious especially the mochi donuts I would recommend the ones that we tried but of course I'm sure the others taste delicious as well. Our least favorite was probably the crepe cake but that doesn't mean it wasn't also good me and my friend just thought the batter could use a little more flavor. My friend bought the coconut cake and when she first tried it she didn't like it all that much but she said that once she put it in the fridge the texture and flavor of the cake was much better and rated it an 8/10. Aside from the pastries I ordered a mango fruit tea with passion fruit popping boba and I was a bit underwhelmed. The flavor of the fruit tea is lacking a bit but I feel my taste buds were a bit altered after so many sweet treats. I will definitely be back again to give the boba another shot and finally get my hands on those k-dogs!
