NDA has a lot of potential. Had brunch on a Saturday morning 11am, it's not busy. The vibe inside is very old money NY, leather sofas and overall nice! We sat on the patio, because of the good weather. Tried to order two different juices, both were out. I ordered my eggs (that are supposed to be any way) over easy and they were fully cooked. The server was somewhat awkward, which is fine but by the end we had to ask another waiter for the split up check because our waiter was MIA The manager brings back the check, not split. But fixes it quickly after we asked again. Overall, menu is small yet still out of items on prime time Saturday, service is subpar but location is good so it can survive with some adjustments. Chalk it up to newly opened.

Had an interesting experience here on a Tuesday. The place was nearly empty, but that meant we had no service issues. We got two appetizers and shared two entrees - the hand pulled noodle of the day, with shrimp and the Texas dry aged steak. The ricotta whip cheese was delicious, but nothing too crazy and very fruity. Their sushi deviled eggs had a little roe on top, and were very good as well. The shrimp scampi dish was superb, just so well seasoned and light despite being a cream sauce. The dry aged steak was good but coming from the land of steakhouses, I would expect nothing less. However it was a really perfect amount to share between three folks. The drinks were good, but I expected a little more for how expensive they are. $15-$16 cocktails. The Marshall was a solid lemon twist martini but I tried a twist on a tequila spicy marg first and it was heartburn city. The Cease and Desist was delicious but a typical old fashioned. The ambiance, the ambiance...it's beautifully decorated but feels a bit like a hotel restaurant. It is in the Haynes Boone building, and everything is thematically with law termed names. It felt like it should have been a little less weird of an experience...no others in the dining room for a 6 pm reservation...made it a little weird. Worth trying out - cute a law themed with all its drink. I want to go back and try the fancy meat loaf! Maybe at the bar though.

The ambiance was very nice. Felt like a very proper fine dining atmosphere. Came here for brunch with a friend and unfortunately my friend while waiting had water spilled on and received coffee that wasn't so great. I ordered the sweet potato has which was okay. I would be interested to see how the dinner menu and atmosphere could be.

Vibes are nice. Gives like an old school feel. Food wasn't bad. I liked my steak frites except the fries were cold. Steak was delicious though! My friend got this sweet potato brunch item and she said it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. The coffee I would not recommend. I got a latte and it wasn't good, but they were nice enough to switch it out for an iced macchiato which still wasn't good. It was my mistake because I should've just stuck to the coffee shop down the street which I ended up getting after the lunch lol I did however thoroughly enjoy the cinnamon roll! It was nice and warm and the right amount of filling. Overall, I think this place is nice for drinks and a hangout but I'm not sold on the food.

Please serve chilled water or ice water vs luke warm. This is Texas. 3 tables full at noon. Good service minus maybe some confusion of what we were ordering/asking for. Server listened, kitchen was flexible, and food was good. The food tasted "clean" and not sodium filled. Menu is a little everywhere. Perfect blackened chicken. Cute patio

Atmosphere was very nice, great for intimate dining. Service was helpful! Dislike kitchen timing. Starter dish arrived with entree and food was almost room temp. Juices were amazing, loved the C-G-T juice as well as the blood orange ashwagandha juice.

Not too many bars in Dallas know how to make a good Hemingway daiquiri so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw one here. With that being said, I will probably only return for Happy Hour as I enjoyed the selection in the apps menu over the entrees. The entree selections were limited. The service started whole but the manager noticed and came over to accommodate which is always appreciated. I do like the vibes of NDA but it is a smaller restaurant so I do recommend making reservations

I stopped by this hidden gem on Tuesday, Nov. 19th for a comforting and delicious meal. The meatloaf was rich and savory, served with a perfect size of whipped potatoes. The "noodle of the day" was a hearty bolognese, which looked almost as good as it tasted topped with a dehydrated tomato and herbs. The service was excellent and my server was great at helping me decide on the chocolate lava cake for dessert. The ambience is very relaxed and the lighting is wonderful. I would recommend for dates, small groups, and really anyone looking for valuable upscale comfort food!

Church was good so should brunch. Nothing beats a Sunday brunch . NDA was selected because it was new had no wait time. We were able to make a same day reservation. The menu had great selections, but I decided to keep it simple and go with breakfast. The weather was nice so we ate outside. I ordered the French toast with a side of hash browns and sausage. It was good but not as hot as I wanted. Our waiter Dru was nice and provided great service. I will most definitely be back I want to try the lobster roll.

The restaurant was decorated with a lot of greenery. It's like if a person with a green thumb was allowed an endless budget. The back patio is where my party sat for a late lunch. My son sat at another table with his teammates and ordered the pizza. He loved it and ate the whole thing! Crazy but after a couple water polo matches I am not too shocked. Don't ask someone what they want if you can't make it happen. She took the appetizer away. She asked if we wanted a manager. We said yes and had to ask twice for him. He finally shows up and tries to explain the kitchen was behind but didn't resolve our concern or what happened. He showed up annoyed and DISMISSIVE. Then.. they CHARGED us for the appetizer that was late and they TOOK AWAY.

It's a lunch spot with sandwiches and a glass of wine or a cocktail. It's the perfect place to work on your laptop or read a book, but also to take a casual date or your family for breakfast. They have a gluten free bread option (woohoo) and I've had both their avocado toast and the fried egg breakfast sandwich (with added avocado haha). Both are sooo good. The avocado toast comes with smoked salmon, which I do like, but I'm more of a basic avocado toast person. It also has a little pico de gallo and red pepper flakes! The breakfast sandwich is 2 over easy eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, and tomato on sourdough (I subbed gluten free bread and added avocado) with a side of breakfast potatoes. It's a lot of food -- super filling and delicious. I also recommend their iced latte with whatever house-made syrup your prefer (usuals like caramel, vanilla, mocha, and then not-so-usuals like coconut pandan, lavender, brown sugar date, etc.). Enjoy!

The French toast was quite good but was very obviously put in the microwave right before serving with a steaming hot center. The best part was the blueberry kale salad which had a nice vinaigrette and the cashews were a nice touch. Overall, with the number of brunch spots in Dallas I would reserve halcyon for study/coffee spot as opposed to a must try weekend brunch.

The restaurant wasn't overly crowded, which made it a great time to enjoy the space without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Our server was wonderful and definitely added to the experience. She was especially helpful when we were choosing the cheeses for our charcuterie board, offering suggestions and helping us put together a combination that worked really well. Of course, the main reason we stopped in was the Frozen Espresso Martini, which had been highly recommended to us--and whoever made that recommendation deserves some credit because it did not disappoint! It was exactly the kind of indulgent afternoon drink I was hoping for. We were also told that we should try the Frosé, so that's officially on my list for the next visit. Hopefully, I'll get the chance to try it when I'm back in town. I really enjoyed the design of the restaurant as well. The dining areas and bar have a very open, comfortable feel without being overly loud or chaotic. It struck a nice balance between being lively and still allowing you to actually enjoy your conversation. We only came in for charcuterie and drinks, so I didn't get the chance to experience the full food menu, but I was still genuinely impressed with the overall experience. If I'm back in Dallas, I'd definitely return--and next time, I'd love to sit down for an actual meal and explore more of the menu. Overall, Sixty Vines was a great afternoon stop: friendly service, a beautiful and comfortable space, and a Frozen Espresso Martini worth making a trip for. I'd happily visit this location again or check out another Sixty Vines in a future city. The Frozen Espresso Martini was definitely the right recommendation.
