Honestly nothing about this place for brunch stuck out, it was good service and the hotel is cute, food was nothing spectacular. Small menu for brunch and it was just okay. I would probably never come here again. No seasoning on the omelette but that's usually normal I guess. Just bland food.

Drinks. Apricot martini and DragonFly old fashioned.

We gave the Dragonfly bar a 4.5 star rating. We only stopped in for drinks, but they were tasty and well made. I ordered an apricot martini, and my partner went with the Wolf Jam. Both were balanced, flavorful, and worth coming back for. The prices were a little elevated for the area, but the quality matched it, and we ended up stopping in twice during our stay. It was a fun spot to unwind, and we would go again.

Food was solid here. The omelette was good but the potatoes felt me like reheated leftovers. Latte underwhelmed a bit on multiple days. Service was always very nice and good. Ambiance was fine, nothing special

Excellent Easter late afternoon supper with great friends. Casual elegance atmosphere with super attentive service. Wonderful speciality cocktails. Menu choices covered a range of foods from table appetizers to handhelds to entrees. Wedge salad and lamb rib-lets were wonderful. Great place to go before any downtown show.

I went here with my boss after a day of work. It was recommended by a coworker. The food was very good and filling. The service was good, nothing to write home about. The atmosphere of the place is kind of confusing. I suppose when I consider it's in a hotel it makes more sense. It just felt very segregated in terms of seating. Would recommend!

OMG the food at Hotel Zaza/Dragonfly was delish! Tucked inside this luxurious boutique is a sexy vibe. The beautiful bartender Jessica was delightful and a true mixologist. Not to mention she was also the perfect city guide for recommendations of things to do! The blue crab lemon butter linguine was to die for. Yummmmm. They have a dj on Saturday nights so check them out & have some bites along with dancing all night! This restaurant is #BarbieApproved

Caesar Salad, Filet, Cheesecake So this was a stupendously mediocre meal, but it was pharmaceutical sponsored and free, so what can you do. Caesar salad was just alright. Filet was decidedly not medium rare and so meh. Cheesecake was bland too. My friend hated the veggie option. Service was very fast though, I'll give them that

This place is so freaking good. I got their kale Caesar salad with chicken for my entree and it was truly great. Not sure if it was worth the 25$ but once in a while is okay to splurge. It's inside of a hotel called hotel ZaZa which also lets you face the pretty pool, giving you a nice spot to take pictures in. And to top it off, our waitress was so sweet!! Very cute spot for a girls day out or a nice date night.

Decided to go to a new restaurant to celebrate a birthday. Dragonfly was the perfect option. The service from the valet to the table was outstanding. The food was fresh and delicious. We also really liked the ambiance. Felt like home with a comfortable elegant and artistic twist.

Eclectic and intimate dining experience inside Hotel! The atmosphere here was unique and elegant. Food was delicious & service was extremely personable. We came for a late lunch and there were very few people there. The volcano salt garlic fries were one of the TOP fries I've ever had. The chicken fried chicken portion was sizable and delicious with their house made honey and ranch. The seared ahi tuna tostadas were warm and cooked on the outside, but cool and uncooked on the inside which gave it an interesting flavor profile. Ambiance: posh & upscale Pictured: -crispy buttermilk-dipped chicken breast -seared ahi tuna tostadas -volcano salt garlic fries -chicken-fried wagyu steak po'boy Price: $$$ Dine in Street parking

Where fancy dining meets great customer service. My time at @zazadallas 's Dragonfly Restaurant was nothing short of amazing from our fantastic server who made me an awesome nonalcoholic drink to the delicious food. The service here was truly one of a kind! I love how we were not rushed to get up from our tables and we literally just enjoyed our time there. It was magnificent. Loved the vibe. Will definitely visit again!

my friends and i came here to celebrate my birthday. we had a small mishap with my reservation, but the staff was happy to accommodate my large party, and we enjoyed the evening on a heated patio (LOVE heated patios). the food was good! i don't think i'll be getting the chicken again, but i did try a friend's spare ribs, and those were incredible (tender and flavorful). cocktails were pretty okay, a little expensive, but they are unique and fun to enjoy with friends. the ambiance was very beautiful. the whole evening was intimate, cozy, and delightful. there was even a dj who came later on in the evening, and my friends and i loved what he was spinning that night! server joanne (sorry if i misspelled) was also incredibly attentive and friendly! overall great spot! the price point for things was likely my only complaint!

Mmmm lunch at the Dragonfly was delicious! A colleague and I split the filet after stuffing our faces with deviled eggs and truffle fries for starters. They have a delicious gluten free option for their Caesar salad which was refreshing to learn about. We also grabbed some oat milk iced coffees and loved them. Perfect atmosphere and a great spot to grab lunch with a friend/work team.

We came in near closing time, but Emilia provided us great service and stayed attentive even though they were clearly packed. We were seated at a table near the door, and unfortunately it had a vomit smell. Whatever it was, my friend could not stand it and had to get up and step away from the table. We first thought the culprit was the paper drink coasters, but then the staff removed the door mat near us later on, so maybe someone puked on it and the smell lingered, even after it was cleaned up. Clear Mizu ($16): This has Sakura vermouth and bitters, so we ordered it. It tasted like straight up gin and was not good. It was actually one of the rare times my husband could not finish his drink. Kyoto Sunset ($15): This one wasn't bad and tasted like honeydew. The ingredients include honeydew Calpico, so that makes sense. Johnny Walker Black ($16): This was our friend's drink, which I think was just coke and Johnny Walker. Nothing special about the taste either. Given the smell and so-so/terrible cocktails, we will not be coming back or taking our friends here.

We waited in line like everyone else, remained polite, and followed all instructions given to us. After waiting at the entrance for approximately 15-20 minutes, we respectfully asked the employee working the rope how much longer the wait might be. He explained that a few people needed to leave before anyone else could be admitted, so we thanked him and continued waiting. While we waited, we watched numerous people approach the entrance, greet the employee by saying things like "Hey bro," exchange handshakes, and immediately be allowed inside. At least 15 people were admitted ahead of us after we had already been told to wait. From what we observed, these individuals were not being admitted because they had reserved tables--they were simply allowed to enter. When I asked again why we were still waiting, the employee changed his explanation and stated that we could not be admitted because of the dress code. This was confusing because we had just watched multiple guests enter wearing clothing that appeared to violate the same dress code. When I politely pointed out this inconsistency, he ignored my question. He then gave a completely different reason, telling me that we were being denied entry because of a review I had left over a year ago. I explained that customer reviews--whether positive or negative--are a normal part of operating a business and that my review was an honest account of my experience. It contained no false information or fabricated events. I also pointed out that the establishment has many reviews, so a review from over a year ago should not determine whether a paying customer is allowed to enter. The employee then stated, "You didn't say kind words about me in your review." At that point, it became clear that this decision was personal rather than based on any legitimate policy. As the conversation continued, the employee became increasingly aggressive toward my friends and me. We remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. We are professionals with established careers and had no intention of creating a disturbance or behaving disrespectfully. The employee then threatened to call the police. I responded that he was welcome to do so because we had done absolutely nothing wrong and were happy to explain the situation. When the officers arrived, both sides were able to explain what had happened. After speaking with everyone, one of the officers informed us that we had done nothing wrong and apologized for the inconvenience and embarrassment we had experienced. Afterward, I asked if I could speak with a manager regarding the situation. The employee refused my request, stating that he was the "door guy" and that he was not going to get a manager because it was his responsibility to handle the situation and he no longer wished to engage with us. This entire experience was humiliating, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. I was visiting town for work, as I no longer live in the area, and this was not the type of treatment I expected from an establishment where I have previously spent money and have never caused any problems. I am requesting that upper management or the owner contact me directly regarding this incident. Denying entry based on a personal disagreement over an honest customer review, while providing inconsistent explanations and refusing access to management, is unacceptable customer service. I hope this matter will be investigated so that future guests are treated fairly, respectfully, and consistently.

Solid old fashioned, some amazing food and some food that leaves much to be desired. We decided to try out Regine's Lounge after catching a show at the Omni in Dallas. We made a reservation for 2 at 8pm, parked easily (reasonably priced valet), and were seated promptly when we arrived. The space is beautiful and there was live music that added a nice touch, but the energy level was still low with the space being at less than 50% capacity. Upon sitting down, we both noted that we didn't like how far apart we were. We felt the need to lean far forward when talking and it would have been awkward to hold hands when talking (always a nice option if you're on a date and it's going well). My date ended up just sitting on the couch side of the seating next to me which worked well but would have been a little awkward if it was crowded. While not exceptional, the service was solid with the waitress checking back regularly. I ordered an old fashioned to drink and it was solid but nothing to write home about. The online menu doesn't seem to match what's available on the current menu, so I'll do my best describing our order. We ordered the Crispy Rock Shrimp (very good), Wagyu Dumplings (outstanding), and a mushroom and truffle item (I don't know what it was called on the menu and I didn't actually know what it was when it came out; it was mushy and the flavor was not good; we did not finish it). So all in all, I'm glad I tried it because I like new experiences. There is much to like but unfortunately much also left to be desired. I will not be going back for seconds.

Me and my friends have a relationship with the long time staff as customers as well as the excellent music talent. The cause? Not precisely sure but I think it's new ownership, at the very least a new Food & Bev manager. I also know the staff is very upset about these changes and the relationships with the repeat music talent is now a mess. I wouldn't be surprise if the staff start leaving. When we walked in, the hostesses greeted us and seated us at the table we had reserved in the Leopard Room. Initially, we were placed at a small half table along the wall. We asked if it was possible to move, and they happily accommodated us. That particular table felt a bit awkward for conversation since you can barely face the person across from you. It might work better for someone sitting alone and people watching rather than having a full conversation. Service throughout the night was great. The staff checked in regularly without being intrusive and made sure we always had what we needed. For drinks, I would say they were just okay. They were not bad, but they also were not particularly memorable. Given the speakeasy concept, I expected a bit more creativity in both flavor and presentation. We ordered the Melting Clock Elixir, Persistence of Berries, Cotton Candy Cloud, and the Surrealist 75. As the night went on, the space became much more crowded and louder once the DJ started playing. If you are hoping to have a relaxed conversation and catch up with friends, this might not be the best spot later in the evening. From what I saw, the Library Room seems to have a nicer atmosphere for that. The Leopard Room leans more toward a lounge or club-like environment as the night progresses.
