One thing coupes will always do? Have the best French 75!! Absolutely love their burger as well! Finally got to meet the owner last month and share how much joy this spot brings my friends and I! Also want to shout out Dayn for being a phenomenal host. Thank you for a wonderful experience as always.

I had just treated myself to a long-awaited third ear piercing in this shopping center and wanted to celebrate. When I saw there was a champagne bar with a happy hour right there, SAY LESS! At around $10 a glass, it felt like a little affordable luxury. They even brought out warm gougères with chive butter, which was such a nice touch. I joked to my friend that this shopping plaza is basically built for birthdays, Mother's Day outings, and bridal showers: there's a Drybar, a piercing studio, a nail salon, and a spa all in one place. Someone needs to bundle that into a girls-day-out package! Turns out, the lovely woman sitting next to us (who I assumed was just some genius who figured they could work remotely from a champagne bar!) was actually the owner. She was so kind and clearly cares about creating a beautiful, welcoming space. The decor is elegant and understated, perfect for a ladies' night out, and even the restrooms are stylish. They also have a light bites menu that looked delicious, I'll definitely be back to try more.

Perhaps their hours need to be updated?

I'm going to start off by saying I haven't actually tried anything here. It wasn't because I didn't want to, it was because they didn't let us in. The advertised closing time is 11pm on a Saturday. We were around the corner and decided to stop in for a quick drink to try the place out. It's was only 10:30pm and they had already barricaded the entrance because they had started cleaning, and we were told it was closed. May try again but still salty about this experience lol.

Stopped in during happy hour and the delegation was amazing! Madeline assisted us with the menu and drink options, she is amazing!

I hosted my book club event here, and it was the perfect location. Super girly inside with a pink and gold theme. I was living for it! I ordered the croquettes as a snack, and it was delicious! Would def recommend! Service was great too

As much as I'd love to keep this place a hidden gem, I urge everyone to go and experience this wonderful establishment. I've been here multiple times and each time I am blown away at how beautiful and unique the decor is. Hidden in the shops of Highland Park plaza is one of the most exquisite champagne bars in Dallas. The food pairs very well with the atmosphere and every bartender has master-level knowledge of all the champagne and wine offered. They also make a mean espresso martini . It's perfect for brunch or just a nice drink and dessert at the bar. Picture worthy as well. Nothing but good things to say about Coupes.

FOOD IG: @northtx.gemz **** WHAT THEY'RE KNOWN FOR: champagne/cocktail bar with small bar eats. I believe they're known for their burger too! THE VIBE: vintage but modern at the same time? Lots of pink accents. More spacious than you would think. The bar is the center piece! More on the girly side but also could be great for a date night. PRICE: ~$25 (I don't remember) WOULD I COME BACK? Yes! **** Overall Rating: 9/10 - The perfect place for a girl dinner and yap! I absolutely loved this place. We got complimentary champagne when we walked in so we didn't order a drink but I would definitely come back for champagne because the ambiance is literally immaculate! - The salmon toast was amazing!!! @malxxmg loved the fries I thought they were slightly soggy but overall pretty good! - The vibes really sold me but the upscale service and food presentation will bring me back!

The food was very good. The shrimp cocktail probably the best shrimp I've ever tasted! Very clean - no sea or fishy taste. The deviled eggs were surprisingly delicious as well. The ambiance was very Demureee! Very intimate and romantic. Thy crafted my espresso martini with tequila to my liking. And my waiter was absolutely amazing the service was all around and 100% considerate and caring, paying attention to detail and made me feel like royalty! I would highly recommend this place for date night, groups and even girls night out there were so many different kinds of people it was giving "we still have a heart for DEI" and that's was such a good feeling for Valentine's Day during black history month in 2025.

I was looking forward to check out this new spot in town, however, I was very disappointed. Coupes was fairly empty on a Saturday evening (on a holiday weekend) and yet the host sat us at the most awkward and small table RIGHT in front of one of the TWO other parties at the restaurant. We were looking to have a few drinks, however, after our first drink we were ready to leave. Although the presentation of the drinks were nice, the taste was lacking. I forgot the name of the drink I ordered (the orange colored one with mint), but it tasted like a starburst infused tea? My friend ordered a mezcal based drink and it was not great either.

We stopped in for drinks and apps before dinner and really enjoyed it! We had shrimp cocktail which was delicious, if a little difficult to eat at a lounge table. The drinks were delicious (martini and afternoon in Paris) and the venue itself is beautiful! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and we'll definitely be back when we're in the area!

Overall, Coupes is a beautiful spot for a snack and drink. We dined here at 4pm on a Friday afternoon by reservation. The reservation was definitely not needed, as we were the first patrons to arrive (they open at 4), and while it had picked up by the time we departed (~6pm), there were still the majority of the tables and some bar seating still available. While the quality of the restaurant and food/drinks were great, the docking of a star is the service was just slightly below expected. Service was only slightly slow, especially for the level of crowd, and our servers didn't seem to have knowledge on much other than champagne. We asked questions about some of their menu cocktails, and staff didn't seem to have great knowledge on ingredients used, liquors available, etc.

I tried to make a reservation online but it said there was no availability. Decided to take a chance and walk in on a Saturday night at 8 and we were able to be seated. We had the deviled eggs and caviar and took the bartender's recommendation- she let me try before I committed to a champagne. There was also an old fashioned with highland park scotch that was sooooo smooth for the non bubbly type. This was a great pre dinner spot, it closes early at 10 so not a post dinner spot. The decor is very well put together.

Pros: lots of seating, small bites, and bar options for the non- champagne lovers. Cons: pricey, but it's priced what you would expect for the area, service and ambiance. Stopped in with a reservation after dinner on a Saturday night soon after Coupes opened and was so happy to have this new neighborhood spot. Really see it as more of a before or after dinner place to relax and have a drink- it seems perfect for those of us that no longer enjoy being bumped into at a crowded bar or can't hear anything over loud music. Yes, I'm calling myself out here. But I'm tired and I like having a place with a lower decibel and calmer clientele to really enjoy some champagne.

The hotel property is like four legs under the table - a great location, a great hotel experience, a great restaurant experience, and a entertainment experience (The Mansion Bar). At least one leg has been kicked out, one is suffering. The Mansion Bar used to have a great recipe for success - proven by how busy and regular the customers were and loyal (or was), and the top tier talent that was routine for 10+ years. Me and my friends have a relationship with the long time staff as customers as well as the excellent music talent. The cause? Not precisely sure but I think it's new ownership, at the very least a new Food & Bev manager. I also know the staff is very upset about these changes and the relationships with the repeat music talent is now a mess. I wouldn't be surprise if the staff start leaving. I'm hoping whomever is making these decisions can revert back to what was working. Dallas has a lot of great venues that will fill this void.

We decided to give it another try for Valentine's Day, hoping for a better experience. We were greeted promptly by the host and taken to the bar while we waited for our 9:30 PM reservation. I ordered a martini, and although the blue cheese olives weren't stocked at the bar (they had to retrieve them from downstairs, which delayed the drink about 10 minutes), it wasn't a major issue. Our table was ready before my drink, so my husband went ahead to the table while I waited. The view from the 49th floor was gorgeous, the vibe was great, and our server, Ashley, was knowledgeable and kind. We ordered the Valentine's Day prix fixe experience and the first course arrived quickly. The food was exceptional, and we were truly enjoying ourselves. A few minutes into our first course, the host approached our table with another couple to seat them. There was visible confusion on both sides. After stepping away and returning, the host explained that our booth was intended to accommodate two separate reservations. The table was a single booth with two chairs on the opposite side and one candle centerpiece. There was no indication that it was meant to be shared. The other couple was understandably uncomfortable, and the host ultimately seated them elsewhere. We assumed the situation had been resolved and continued our meal. Shortly after, a gentleman who identified himself as a manager approached our table. Rather than offering a solution, he informed us that "there are rules here" and that we were not allowed to have the table to ourselves. His tone was abrasive and accusatory, as though we had done something wrong. We had no prior indication the table was meant to be shared, nor were we informed when seated. We offered a simple solution: move us to one of the visibly open two-top tables and reserve the booth for two clearly informed reservations. He refused, stating he had 24 reservations coming in and that we were disrupting the flow. After further discussion, he reluctantly said he would "see what he could do," but by that point, the experience was completely soured. We asked to close out and leave. The manager attempted to re-charge us for drinks we had already paid for at the bar, which added to the frustration. Ultimately, he told us to leave without charging for the first course. As someone who waited tables for 10 years, I understand how complex restaurant operations can be. However, this situation could have been easily avoided with clearer communication and better problem-solving. If a table is intended to be shared between reservations, there should be visible indicators, such as partitions, separate place settings, signage, or multiple centerpieces, and guests should be clearly informed when seated. Ashley, our server, was wonderful. This issue was solely related to management's handling of the situation. We ended up enjoying a fantastic dinner elsewhere, but unfortunately, this experience has permanently turned us off from returning.
