Went here for a girls night out! I'm currently doing dry January and could only drink mocktails. The overall vibe of this bar is very fun and unique, I loved that the menu was printed on a newspaper and wasn't your standard menu. We were seated and served immediately, our server made sure to answer all of our questions and give us an overview of what makes Bar Colette unique. I was extra impressed with the mocktail and how they make the banana water, it left me craving an actual banana

I went here last night and the atmosphere was the highlight. It's small, intimate, and really vibey. The aesthetic and cozy feel were a 5/5. We sat outside, and while we couldn't really hear the DJ, the patio was nice and peaceful and the heaters kept it comfortable. The food was pretty good, but I wasn't wowed. The value just wasn't quite there for me. My $20 cocktail was good (I got the Pearadise) but it was super tiny with a huge ice cube, and the lobster tempura roll was tasty but $20 for six pieces felt steep. Because of this, I'd give the food and drinks about a 3.5. Service was cool and about a 3.5 as well. Overall, it was a good experience, but I'd probably only come back for a special occasion.

I love bar Colette! I've been multiple times now and have always had a great experience. The drinks are always unique and well balanced. For food: had the Wagyu tostada which in my opinion wasn't really worth it. yellowtail was good though!

Bar Colette has such a fun and innovative menu. Everything feels playful and thoughtfully done. Drinks were creative and delicious, and the vibe is perfect for a girls' night out. The service was great too, attentive and friendly. Lively atmosphere, cute space, and definitely a spot I'd come back to with friends.

Some bars are about spectacle. Bar Colette is about substance. It's not my first visit, and while I wouldn't call myself a regular, each time I return I'm reminded why it's worth it, the cocktails are consistently exceptional. Trying to modify our reservation over the phone proved unnecessarily complicated. The automated prompts felt excessive, and no one ultimately picked up. That said, right at our reservation time, the host called to confirm whether we were on our way. I appreciated that. In a small space, holding a table matters, and they did. The room is warmly lit, modern, and chic without trying too hard. The ambiance encourages conversation. There are always inventive additions to the drink menu, and that's where Bar Colette truly distinguishes itself. The music this particular evening felt slightly off, but it hardly detracted from the purpose of the space: expertly crafted cocktails and unhurried dialogue. This time, I ordered two Tucanone Bombolones (Amaro Montenegro, Legal Mezcal, and nuanced herbal notes) and two Pearadise cocktails (lavender-infused Grey Goose Le Poire, Oloroso, pear, spiced wine, yogurt whey, and honey-almond brittle). Both were flawless. Balanced, intentional, and technically impressive without being overworked. Credit is due to the bar team and the Feels Like Home group for maintaining a standard that never wavers. In a city full of options, intention is what separates the ordinary from the memorable. The finest bars know they're not simply pouring drinks, they're curating the feeling you carry with you when you walk out the door. Bar Colette understands that distinction.

Came with a friend for after dinner drinks and chill. This spot was decorated nicely and situated in an lively area. Upon sitting, we were given the drink menu and colors to decorate to our hearts desire (cmon inner child!). I decided to go with the Pearadise and I greatly enjoy this drink - especially the peanut brittle on top. The kitchen closed at 945PM so we wasn't able to see their food options but was told they've shifted to sushi options. I would definitely return as the vibes and service were great!

The food was smaller than expected, but the drinks were delicious. Our server at the bar was extremely nice and had great detail regarding the menu options.

Absolutely loved this place! Such a great atmosphere, design is very modern and cute. Drinks are top notch. Our server Nick was very pleasant as well. Music was perfect not too quiet not too loud! Must try! They also have outdoor patio which is very cozy.

Would recommend as a fun place to go every once in a while. Cocktails are $16-$20 so not a place I'll be a regular at, but the drinks were creative and delish! I had the "pearadise". Vibes were good as well. Sat outside in July, was kind of toasty but there was a fan that cooled us down. It's one of those places that makes you feel like you're on vacation with the decor and music. Would def go back!

We had the pleasure of getting drinks at Bar Colette recently. We had a reservation and they were able to promptly get us seated. Service was friendly and the ambiance was one of my favorites in Dallas. The bar is well designed and the layout/furnityre was well thought out. There is great attention to detail in all that they do. We got the El Puro (similar to Old Fashioned) and Mr. Miyagi (rum based drink with raspberry) and thought both drinks were excellent. Although the drinks are expensive, the atmosphere and quality provided have made it one of my top places in Dallas to get drinks.

What a sexy little bar! Great ambiance, creative cocktails, delicious food, and the service is impeccable (shout out to Sebastian and the wonderful woman who was so attentive with our water and table management!). Highlights were definitely the toro nigiri with truffle soy and the Medusa roll. To drink, the dirty martini, cacao Michter's bourbon cocktail, and the Petit Renard Côtes du Rhône were all great. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved all of our drinks, so creative and fun. Love the glassware. Service was great. Pretty loud but most places are these days.

The people working here are rude, aggressive, and prejudice. It's a very cold atmosphere and uniform. Diversity not welcomed.

That's not where the differences stop as the Archive menu provides more traditional cocktails and a diverse array to choose from, with drinks you may be more familiar with. Alchemy on the other hand offers a more experimental approach to their drink menu, including creative cocktails that seem eclectic and never been tried before, using unusual ingredients or prepared in a unique way, but if you are feeling adventurous, I'd highly recommend trying the latter. Keep in mind, when entering Alchemy, the inside is very dark so if you want to see properly I would recommend sitting outside if it isn't too hot. To start, my friends and I ordered the truffle fries for the table and they were highly ranked in my opinion for best truffle fries in Dallas. They were perfectly crispy and flavored well with the truffle seasoning. For drinks, from the alchemy menu, we ordered the I Dream of Kiwi (my choice), Kaleidoscope Eyes, and Inappropriate Beet Pun. My drink was made up of bamboo tea gin, kiwi coconut water, plum wine, and kiwi boba. I liked the sweetness mixed with tartness and the boba balls added a nice touch. Additionally we ordered the pineapple soft serve margaritas (it was my first time experiencing soft serve margs) and I really enjoyed Apothecary's version. The pineapple flavor was tangy alongside the creaminess of the ice cream. And there was a nice chili salt garnish (similar to tajin) added on top. For food, I ordered the Lil' Thuggies, a hilarious name for a dish that is actually very delicious. It consisted of popcorn chicken nuggets, cooked in sweet tea brine and spiced flour, served with a side of epazote ranch and korean wing sauce respectively. My friends ordered the Japanese elotes and Muhammara (roasted red pepper & walnut spread, greek oil, sea salt, microgreens, grilled baguette). Both very tasty as well, with the elotes having a cream sauce on top. Overall I can't wait to go back to apothecary and maybe try the other side next time.

The hotel property is like four legs under the table - a great location, a great hotel experience, a great restaurant experience, and a entertainment experience (The Mansion Bar). At least one leg has been kicked out, one is suffering. The Mansion Bar used to have a great recipe for success - proven by how busy and regular the customers were and loyal (or was), and the top tier talent that was routine for 10+ years. Me and my friends have a relationship with the long time staff as customers as well as the excellent music talent. The cause? Not precisely sure but I think it's new ownership, at the very least a new Food & Bev manager. I also know the staff is very upset about these changes and the relationships with the repeat music talent is now a mess. I wouldn't be surprise if the staff start leaving. I'm hoping whomever is making these decisions can revert back to what was working. Dallas has a lot of great venues that will fill this void.
