Absolutely love the vibe and the drinks here. Music is always great. Service is good and routine. Overall I enjoy coming here any time of the week and will always suggest it to a.

This was a very chic and sophisticated experience. I loved the ambiance and decor. Dim lighting, comfortable seats, a postage stamp sized dance floor... it all led to a feeling of romance and mystery. I tried an old fashioned and it hit the spot - it had a heavy, rich flavor. Perfect ice cube and orange peel garnish. The bouncer made the place feel very safe. I had to park several blocks away, but the walk was not bad. Wear something nice and prepare to feel that your life has been upgraded a bit!

I came here with 4 other friends to celebrate my birthday. I had been seeing this place on social media and it just looked so cute. I booked a reservation and upon arrival we were seated right away in a spacious booth and given roses. We ordered a lot of food to share and drinks. I had sliders, parmesan truffle fries, and the Mexican Spring rolls. Everything tasted good, but the Mexican spring rolls stole the show, they were delicious and so flavorful, and I loved the sauce they came with. For cocktails I had the Claire and two shots of the Diablo Dulce. I didn't like my drink The Claire, I wouldn't say it tasted bad but tasted too strong for my liking, it was very cute though. Our waitress Harper brought me a free shot for my birthday which was the Diablo Dulce, and that was a delicious drink. It was so delicious we all ordered a round of that drink, and every one loved it. This place is very cute and has a moody aesthetic inside, loved all the good picture spots it has. The bathroom is a must for pictures. They have a photo booth near the entrance, but be warned it doesn't give a countdown or anything, just walk in smiling and stay like that. Service was wonderful our waitress Harper was amazing, and so sweet. My only complaint was that towards the end of the night we asked the hostess for some matches and she was super rude. Other than that it was a great night. Cheers!

Unfortunately, I was pretty underwhelmed with Ritual. The place is beautifully designed and decorated, I was excited to try it out. It's being added to my list of "cute and instagramable, but not much to offer" spots in Dallas. For a cocktail place, the drink menu is limited. They also have a tiny "small bites" menu. I tried the meatballs, truffle fries, and popcorn chicken. I also had a pornstar martini and a biscoff drink that was similar to a carajillo. I felt like everything was just OK. The food wasn't very flavorful, everything aside from the popcorn chicken was lukewarm warm, and I tasted no truffle on the fries. I didn't finish my bsicoff drink, it had a weird aftertaste that was off putting. My friend had a drink with matcha foam that she said she would never get again. The booth is comfortable but the tables are tiny and the non booth seats have no back support. We had a reservation but for some reason they sat everyone in one small area. We were literally squeezed in next to each other. There were plenty of empty tables in the other room. My experience wasn't all bad. The waitress was really friendly and attentive and they gave roses to all the ladies seated. I think this place has the potential to be better but will need a menu revamp. With Colombian country club right across the street, they need to step it up if they're planning on competing for customers.

Went here to celebrate my friend's birthday and had a wonderful time! it's not a large place, very dark and cozy vibes. Reservations definitely recommended. Hostess and waitress were both great and really friendly. Service was top notch-- drinks and food brought out promptly, hardly had to wait on anything. I'm giving 4 stars because a couple of the drinks could've been a little better & because it was just too dark for me personally; had to bust out the phone lights to get some good photos for our reviews. We ordered the Parmesan Fries, Sliders, Mexican egg rolls & I got the blush & bloom cocktail. Food was really good, but the sliders were just okay. They only have small bites, so definitely wear head or plan to eat after if you are expecting a heartier meal. There's also a cute Photo Booth out in there front outside lounge area. They also gave us each a rose, which I thought was a really nice touch. Definitely worth checking out. -- (Valet was only $5, but plenty of parking down the road)

That's not where the differences stop as the Archive menu provides more traditional cocktails and a diverse array to choose from, with drinks you may be more familiar with. Alchemy on the other hand offers a more experimental approach to their drink menu, including creative cocktails that seem eclectic and never been tried before, using unusual ingredients or prepared in a unique way, but if you are feeling adventurous, I'd highly recommend trying the latter. Keep in mind, when entering Alchemy, the inside is very dark so if you want to see properly I would recommend sitting outside if it isn't too hot. To start, my friends and I ordered the truffle fries for the table and they were highly ranked in my opinion for best truffle fries in Dallas. They were perfectly crispy and flavored well with the truffle seasoning. For drinks, from the alchemy menu, we ordered the I Dream of Kiwi (my choice), Kaleidoscope Eyes, and Inappropriate Beet Pun. My drink was made up of bamboo tea gin, kiwi coconut water, plum wine, and kiwi boba. I liked the sweetness mixed with tartness and the boba balls added a nice touch. Additionally we ordered the pineapple soft serve margaritas (it was my first time experiencing soft serve margs) and I really enjoyed Apothecary's version. The pineapple flavor was tangy alongside the creaminess of the ice cream. And there was a nice chili salt garnish (similar to tajin) added on top. For food, I ordered the Lil' Thuggies, a hilarious name for a dish that is actually very delicious. It consisted of popcorn chicken nuggets, cooked in sweet tea brine and spiced flour, served with a side of epazote ranch and korean wing sauce respectively. My friends ordered the Japanese elotes and Muhammara (roasted red pepper & walnut spread, greek oil, sea salt, microgreens, grilled baguette). Both very tasty as well, with the elotes having a cream sauce on top. Overall I can't wait to go back to apothecary and maybe try the other side next time.

The food looks impressive, but honestly lacks flavor and depth. It tastes like bar food, which is fine, but not when you expect an elevated gastronomy. Keep food expectations low and you'll be happy!

The hotel property is like four legs under the table - a great location, a great hotel experience, a great restaurant experience, and a entertainment experience (The Mansion Bar). At least one leg has been kicked out, one is suffering. The Mansion Bar used to have a great recipe for success - proven by how busy and regular the customers were and loyal (or was), and the top tier talent that was routine for 10+ years. Me and my friends have a relationship with the long time staff as customers as well as the excellent music talent. The cause? Not precisely sure but I think it's new ownership, at the very least a new Food & Bev manager. I also know the staff is very upset about these changes and the relationships with the repeat music talent is now a mess. I wouldn't be surprise if the staff start leaving. I'm hoping whomever is making these decisions can revert back to what was working. Dallas has a lot of great venues that will fill this void.

Pricey, yes. I had 2, and they were worth it! This effortlessly chic bar, located inside the Mansion on Turtle Creek Hotel, is a real hit with guests, tourists, and locals! Excellent service!
