Went to have a pedicure with a friend and I was very disappointed with how our services went. We had an appointment so we got in quick.. however they rushed us the whole time, were very pushy, it felt as if they just wanted us in and out & it wasn't even that busy. We had also asked for a drink and they ignored us & never asked if we needed anything. My toe was bleeding & cut without a word said & still is in stinging pain 6 hours later... The guy seemed like he had no clue what I was talking about and ending up doing a really pink ombré instead of a color toned ombre. I like the atmosphere here, feels high end. I've been here many times and it always feels rushed. I usually enjoy getting my nails done but here it's not pleasant, no matter who I have they are always looking at the door for the next person and rushing your nails. I don't have acrylic nails and they are always trying to sell me them. A simple nail polish change, no manacure , is $25 and they only put one coat for French ( most places put 2 coats base and a top coat as a minimum), some put a base, 2 coats of color and a top coat , the white also didn't extend the whole length of the nail, I think I will try another place, possibly another town, the prices are getting ridiculous in Eugene for a simple polish change read more

The techs did a good job. The management sucks. Had an appointment for 11 am. I finally asked at 11:25 if they are going to do the pedicure. At 1130 we were seated. 15 more minutes later the masseuse came and started. Then a lady came in and was seated next to me. When she started to leave another half hour later, the management then stopped her and got her a masseuse. These people do not know how to run a business and appointments are just an exercise in frustration. Don't go to this salon unless you have plenty of time to waste. read more

I am so disappointed that, after reading the pretty negative reviews of this nail salon, I decided to take a chance. I set an appointment for an acrylic fill. Price was listed as $33. When I walked in I was directed to a table to pick my color. I did so. When Vivian was shaping my nails she asked if I wanted them reshaped. I said no. I like the current shape. When I checked out my cost was $51. I was in a hurry so I paid and even tipped the con artists. When I got back home I rechecked the prices online. Sure enough, they charged additional $10 for gel color rather than regular nail polish which was NOT offered as an option or called out and I was charged $8 for "reshaping" even tho I declined. Regardless, reputable companies would call these additional charges out as they try to cross-sell them to a client. Especially one they know is a new client. DO NOT get your acrylics removed here! They literally rip them off with another acrylic nail and even then chip it once soaked. They reuse the acetone and DO NOT clean their tools between clients. The owner has also yelled at me for showing up to an appointment they messed up. read more

I just popped in without an appointment and asked to get a pedicure. I was seated immediately after picking my colors. I did a two color toe polish. Turned out nice. The tech Vivian did a very good massage. The place is huge inside with a lot of Pedi chairs and nail stations. Divided with a center area that has a private 4 person room you can book. The little bar in front has reasonable prices with a nice selection. Bright and fresh is the nail salon. The entry has a small fountain to sit around as well. Smells nice in here too. read more

A huge shoutout to Nails Uncorked for their exceptional service! I called to make an appointment for a decent size group for my moms birthday to all get pedicures. They were super accommodating and even let me add 3 more people same day with no problem. We were also about 15 mins late for our appointment and they even still were so nice and made sure everything went smoothly. All the technicians wore their masks the entire time and made sure to sanitize once we were done. I'm thankful I had someone recommend this place for our group! My mom had a wonderful time and our toes looked fabulous! Also for the price you are getting a full service. I honestly almost fell asleep at the leg massage And they have beverages alcoholic and nonalcoholic! Honestly just a great place will definitely be coming back. Man I hate not leaving good reviews. I used to love coming here and always had a good experience. I'm not sure if ownership changed or something, but the gentleman doing my nails didn't listen to what I wanted (black matte), and refused to try a design (I offered three) on a ring finger. I asked if someone else might be able to do it and he said they were too busy. He didn't put a base coat on, there is polish on my skin in multiple spots, and he just put lotion on top of my hand and left it there and said "done!" I've had good experiences here, but the last time I took my whole family here for my daughters birthday. The man doing my nails drew an inappropriate thing on my leg with the Lotion because he thought I wasn't paying attention because I was working on my phone. The man who im talking about is the subject of a negative post down below. Having him and the nail tech next to him laugh while I have something vulgar drawn in lotion on my leg felt so icky. Also, my young daughters were right next to me too. They cut my daughters nails too short and caused an infection. I really recommend spending your money somewhere else, I spent over $300 that day and was left with the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. They also spend half the time on kids feet as they do adult feet and charge you the exact same price, it's kind of crazy. My mom took me to celebrate my birthday with a pedicure today. I got the technician Danelle. She showed up 7 minutes after my mom's technician started. My mom's technician who I did learn the name of was so apologetic and kind because Danelle was so late. When it was the warm towel and massage section of the pedicure she left to wash her gear as my mom got a massage. Danielle came back and briefly wiped my legs with a hot towel and rushed through my pedicure. Somehow my pedicure finished first even though there was at least 10 minutes when my technician wasn't there. She clearly didn't care and was barely trying. She might be going through a hard time. Have given this place several chances. Got a regular polish mani/pedi. They glop the top coat on so thick it dries all wrinkly. Love love love this place! My sister and her boyfriend are regulars and they brought me for my first time. The service is excellent! The products are top shelf! My girl was named Isabella. Let me tell you! I got one of the best pedicure massages from her! She removed my calluses and my feet are so soft. She's so sweet, does amazing pedicures and her massage skills are amazing! I made an appointment, and showed up on time to find that I wasn't scheduled. I waited for 20 minutes I was trying to avoid waiting by scheduling my appointment. This has happened to me twice at the gateway location. I go to nails uncorked because it's remodeled and comfortable I was kinda bugged about having to wait, then I was sent to an Angel named Rita. She made my experience go from a one to a ten. She gave me a beautiful full set that has lasted me about three weeks. I'm impressed! Pretty pleased with our pedicure here. For starters, the new building is gorgeous. Fountain with fish in it, brand new everything, great design. We set an appointment the week prior for 4:45. When we got there they said we did not make an appointment and probably called the wrong location. After I said I was 100% sure it was the right location they said they had us down for 3:45. A little frustrating because he even read it back to me on the phone, but mistakes happen. Luckily they were still able to get both of us in right away. Our massage chairs were the best I've ever had by far. The people doing our pedicures were very nice although they didn't talk much (language barrier). They had many gel colors to choose from. Since of course they try to upsell you, especially after a couple glasses of wine. Let me just say after spending a $109 total. My pedi chipped that same week and the following week I broke a nail. If you call and complain the manager gets a attitude and acts like you are complaining like it's a $10 color change. I would save your money and go somewhere else. The interior is nice and the selection of gel polish colors is awesome. The price for a mani and pedi is average. When I go to a nail salon, I'm going not just for the service but also to relax. It was hard to do that when the employees were talking loudly with each other. Then the lady doing my pedicure started talking in Vietnamese to her coworker and specifically pointing at my toe while doing so. Then she looks up at me and says "Sorry about that" when she sees I notice they're talking about my toe. She doesn't even bother to explain what they're talking about. I got the signature pedicure, and when it came time for the massage part it wasn't even a massage. It felt like the lady just ran her hand over my leg and was done. Then when I go to the front counter to check out and pay, there were two people standing there and not even acknowledging me.
