I am happy with the pedicure and they had a nice variety of polish to choose from. This place definitely has a boutique vibe - pretty small and simple. Regular chairs and a round bucket (as opposed to the massage ones with built in foot spa). They don't have any fans or drying tools so I sat and waited for quite a while for the polish to dry. Best to make a reservation because it seems that they have many regulars.

They last for several weeks no issue. The girls are so personable and we always have great chats. They don't have the massage chairs, so if you're looking for something a little more traditional I would go elsewhere. They also don't do the dip manicures. For me, though, the quality of the nails outweigh the seating situation. The shop is cozy, clean, and always has fun art. I would highly recommend booking in advance. They often don't have time for walk-ins since they have so many regulars, but they are super accommodating/flexible with their schedules.

Then I asked if they had availability for an appointment this week, and they said I need to call even though I came in person. Terrible customer service, and I had heard great things about this place. They also stared at me as if I was stupid, which was very odd to me. And acted as if me waiting to be helped was a big burden even though clearly if you are appointment only you need to state that, and as a first timer you have no reception so what is one to do! I don't think this place is very minority friendly, avoid if u are poc!! Actually very disappointed as I was excited to try this place out, but I'm never coming back.

She grabbed someone to help, and he kept saying they could do the removal then, but the girl kept saying 'no' and it was kinda awkward to stand there for the back and forth. I was going to just schedule for another day but vibes were just off. Idk it was good at the first visit but I feel like you could get the same quality nails with better service elsewhere.

Some people may not care about this, but I look for a more peaceful vibe when I go into a nail salon. Overall, it was a fine experience, and they have good pricing, and I would go here if I was in a pinch.

The salon is quiet and clean, and the owner had a really chill playlist going. The only reason it isn't five stars is that my cuticles aren't very clean (you can see in the pic) and we didn't have time for designs or even a dusting of glitter. I was about 20 mins late to my appointment (my bad). They still did the manicure, but there was no time for design or the pedicure I had booked. Still, gel x for $70 is not bad, and it was overall a good experience. I would try it again!
