The other thing is that the pool and sauna are on the 8th floor, while the spa services are on the 5th floor. They did both my manicure and pedicure at the same time, something I've never experienced before. The person doing my manicure sat off to the side of the pedicure 'chair' which meant I had to sort of awkwardly twist my body so he could reach both hands (while at the same time trying to keep my legs 'straight' for the pedicure). At one point he was sanding down my nails for the manicure at the same time the person doing my pedicure was exfoliating my feet. Well, I'm ticklish, and I warned of this at the beginning. So she's exfoliating my feet, and I keep 'jumping' because it tickles, while someone else has a Dreme tool on my hands. Like I said, stressful (though I will acknowledge doing both at the same time got me finished in record time. The person who did my pedicure cut my toenails realllllly short. She never asked if I wanted them cut or what was a good length (I did want them trimmed, but not that short). My nails were very uneven-both across different hands and on one nail. For example, my two thumbs have noticeably different nail lengths. Also, a couple of my nails are visibly uneven-if you look at them they 'slant' instead of going straight across (I asked for square nails).
