Very cute and clean place. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. My appointment was with Una. I wasn't sure what I wanted and just picked what she was currently wearing on her nails. Very cute rose gold cat eye with pearl powder over. She was quick, cute down my 2weeks over due for a fill almond shaped nails to manageable length but kept the perfect shape. I have gotten more compliments on these nails than ever in life. If I could tip Una again I would. I might have to move to CHI just to get my nails done! read more

We were walk Ins without an appointment, greeted with a smile and taken in immediately. Phoebe did my nails and let me tell you...... she is fabulous!! My dip manicure is so shiny you can see my phone reflection. I made an appointment and was fortunate to see Selena. As you can see she did a great job. I like the shape and the shine is very nice. She did not put a gel top coat which some salons do so if you need that specifically I would ask up front. They have a new set of dip colors; I believe they are part of a Hawaii Cloud collection, but don't quote me. If in doubt just ask for the new dip colors. I visited this place more then 16 times in a last 1.5 years . Last time my lady who does my nails was off and I needed to do my nails on that specific day Sunday Feb 5 , they assign a new girl , she was un polite , she started pulling stuff from her drawer , I told her this stuff is not clean and so un hygienic she ignored me . And I had infected nail after that. The guy who worked there also had no client connection at all , they let me wait with my feet in cold water for 33 min. I went in for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure and had one of the worst experiences. I've been going to bedazzled for a while but recently it seems like there are new employees or the person I got today was just the absolute worst. She tugged and pulled on my feet during the entire pedicure to the point it was painful, seemed like she def did not want to be there and then when it came down to my manicure, did the same thing where she was super aggressive with my nails which resulted in three of my cuticles bleeding (something that almost never happens for me). One cuticle was still bleeding after I left bedazzled. She was also on the phone through the entirety of my manicure and it almost felt like she was doing me a favor by doing my mani/pedi. She was too busy talking to her coworkers and not paying attention to my feet when she was using a callus block and made my foot bleed. So careless. She wasnt even nice when I said down. Ever since the new management has taken over this place has gone downhill. Pretty much all of the previous employees have left. I went recently for a pedicure because my favorite tech is still there a few days a week. The salon is dirty compared to previous owners. There was a woman mopping floors with an extremely strong smelling chemical while there was still a ton of people in the salon and zero ventilation. I don't mind paying for quality services but the salon looks run down and dirty since the new owners took over. read more

I came here last year to get French tips done and was really pleased with how they turned out so I decided to come again today. I booked an appointment with Linda for white chrome gel nails. I am obsessed omg. Linda was super nice. She commented I had a lot of skin LOL but took a lot of time to treat my cuticles. She painted the base layer of paint on my nails and then Tiffany finished my nails with the chrome coat. Tiffany was also super sweet. I'm Chinese and she could speak the language as well so we had a pleasant chat. The chrome was an additional $20 so this chrome manicure turned out to be $64 pre-tip but I'm super pleased with them as well as the service. I'm so glad I finally found a nail salon in the city that checks all my boxes. I came in for a pedicure as well as a full acrylics set and I couldn't be happier with the way my nails turned out. I have had my polish and acrylics on for weeks now, and I still get compliments on them despite my nails growing/needing a fill in my acrylics. Ba was so precise with the acrylic application, and made sure I was satisfied, and everything was even and shaped correctly during the whole process. The salon itself is very clean, and relatively quiet for being in such a busy and central location in the city. I'm coming back soon to have another appointment before my wedding, and I am so excited and have full trust that everything will turn out the way I want it to! read more

They confirm your appointment back via email. I came to get a classic pedicure with a regular polish. I schedule an appointment for 5pm (estimated for 45 minutes total). They seated me after 530pm, and the pedicure itself took 1.5 hours. The actual pedicure experience was incredibly sub-par. The water was cold in the tub, supplies were not where they needed to be. I had a great experience the first few times I went, but that changed. Recently I came for a full gel x set. I vocalized my dissatisfaction with the gap between my natural nail and the gel x extension. Typically the tech is happy to make adjustments, but this time she said that there was no way to fix it. I recommended adding some additional glue or gel to the gap to limit things getting stuck between the nails. The tech sitting next to her chimed in saying that that would cost me extra. I was so confused why I'd be asked to pay extra to fix my nails when I was receiving a brand new set. Instead they insisted that's the way it's supposed to look, but that's not what see online. I was so uncomfortable after expressing my concern and the technicians refusing to fix it that I allowed her to finish the service, but I won't come back. read more

I brought my boyfriend, and they don't seem very comfortable handling male customers. That's a shame, because I was trying to convince my boyfriend mani/pedi can be fun. Helen did my boyfriend's mani/pedi, she didn't seem to care, put lotion on his hands and then right after tell him to wash his hands. She then asked him to pay, when I said we are together, then she sat him down again and did more of his nails... like she has forgot to finish previously...Then she shoveled him to a table at the end and left him there, then went on to take a new customer, without telling him he was all set. When we were back, we also found out she missed 1/3 of the clear coat on his thumb. I had Hanna for pedi, she was great, she is like your opinionated older aunt, not shy of telling you what she thinks but also very nice and tendering to your needs. So in all honestly I am very picky about my nails but this place was super cute! It is located in downtown Chicago and one of the few places that accept walk in's. I was in town and needed a pedicure and it was possibly the best pedicure I have had in quite some time. She took her time and it was almost an hour. I am so upset I genuinely will never come to this nail salon again. I went to get my builder gel removed, which is $20. While I was doing it, my nail tech, Tiffany, told me that I should get my cuticles cleaned as well, and it would be $28. I said okay. She did NOT clarify that it would be an additional $28, and I had assumed it would be only an extra $8 because it was just cuticle cleaning, NO POLISH. When she rang me up at the register, she charged me for both builder gel removal AND an entire new manicure, so my total was $48. How is this fair or any good business practice? I did have to knock one star off because the station I got my nails done at was kinda dirty, there were nail clippings and dust next to me, my sister and mom didn't have this issue at their station though. It's cute in here and they did a great job on all of our nails. It drives me nuts when I get my nails done and they make it too thick, but this was just right.
