Wow do I have mixed feelings about this experience. On the upside, they got me in and out for my dip manicure and (regular) pedicure fast. On the downside, it was stressful. They did both my manicure and pedicure at the same time, something I've never experienced before. The person doing my manicure sat off to the side of the pedicure 'chair' which meant I had to sort of awkwardly twist my body so he could reach both hands (while at the same time trying to keep my legs 'straight' for the pedicure). At one point he was sanding down my nails for the manicure at the same time the person doing my pedicure was exfoliating my feet. Well, I'm ticklish, and I warned of this at the beginning. So she's exfoliating my feet, and I keep 'jumping' because it tickles, while someone else has a Dreme tool on my hands. Like I said, stressful (though I will acknowledge doing both at the same time got me finished in record time. The person who did my pedicure cut my toenails realllllly short. She never asked if I wanted them cut or what was a good length (I did want them trimmed, but not that short). My nails were very uneven-both across different hands and on one nail. For example, my two thumbs have noticeably different nail lengths. Also, a couple of my nails are visibly uneven-if you look at them they 'slant' instead of going straight across (I asked for square nails). I might give them another shot, but would definitely want to do my hands and toes separately. Even still, I'm not sure, as the quality wasn't great. read more

I came in for an acrylic full set (which I've gotten every time I've gone prior). When I asked, everyone looked like a damn deer on head lights--apparently, not one tech knew how to do acrylic. Which is an excuse to force you to do the Gel X (press-ons). The pics are my nails exactly 4 days after getting them. Then had the nerve to charge me $70 for this garbage set. I've had 100s of nail appointments and this is the 1st time my nail beds were in PAIN for over 36 HOURS after my appointment. The tech used the sander to remove my former dip polish and then used multiple sanders to buff and "polish." I yelled "Ouch" the multiple times the sander nicked my skin!!! (Now I'm praying I don't get an infection ) My tech was on her phone for most of my appointment. The color I chose wasn't the color I received. When I mentioned this the owner berated my tech who fixed the color. The finish is bumpy and uneven. For that much $$$$ they should be perfect. The price on the outside board isn't what I was charged. The owner said oh that's for cash. Me: I'm paying with cash. Owner: $10 to remove old dip polish. Uh ok that's a lot. Will not return. Not sure I believe people at this spot are certified nail techs. Not professional and certainly not a relaxing experience. Giving 2 stars because I ended up with the color I wanted. read more

I went here after I saw the sandwich board on the street with posted prices if you pay in cash. After my simple pedi (which was very nice) they over charged me. I had to argue with the whole staff...I stood my ground as I felt they were cheating me by pocketing the increase. So, confirm price before you start. I was glad to have found this salon in a convenient location. ~Hannah is a wonderful technician.~ Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to the behavior exhibited at my last appointment w/another random tech (Hannah was busy). I took off my rings, dropped one on the floor & couldn't find it. I explained it was costume; not valuable. The owner proceeded to yell at me ~continuously~ until we found it. They moved furniture, got on the floor & made a scene. Everyone else in the salon was silent & starring at me. Finally, the random tech began working on my nails, cutting my cuticles 2x and leaving polish around four of my nails, on the skin. For $120-ish + gratuity, I prefer to go somewhere I'm not yelled at and cut. This was avoidable; it was a choice. This is the first salon that I've been to in a long time that is very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The owner is extremely nice and has a positive attitude and a pleasant personality. I've been going here for several months and I enjoy the atmosphere and Nail designs. This place is amazing! Tina, Kevin and team went above and beyond to make myself and my 6 guests have the best experience. Had a small group of client/friends come in for services ranging from gel mani/pedi's, regular mani/pedi's, brow wax - all such quality work done by their techs. So friendly and they assisted us with our wine and cheese set up and helped us give our guests the greatest experience. We can't wait to go back and bring more business to them. They do not take care of your nails and they are not qualified to do Gel X. they also charge $90 for Gel X with design and my nails started coming off within the same WEEK. the pedicure was terrible, she rounded out my nail when I wanted square and the entire process was uncomfortable. they can't even take off Gel X correctly. This was my first and last visit. I had very negative experience. I've had nail art done for years at various salons, but the quality of the work I received here was exceptionally poor. I came in with a clear picture of how I wanted my nails done but the nail tech completely ignored it and did something entirely different. When I brought it up, she had an attitude and acted like it was no big deal. I even spoke to the manager hoping they'd fix the issue or at least acknowledge it-but she did absolutely nothing. I went to have my acrylics nails removed. The guy ended up bending my real nail and I said ouch please be careful and he got angry and told me to leave. So I left with jack up nails because I got hurt and he got upset I said something. Worst nail place and worst customer service.
