This place has very bad service, the person who did my nails was not good and the prices are super high for a simple pedicure, they charged me $150. I got infections in both my big toes after going there, now I have to see a doctor. The infection is getting worse every day. I told the manager about it, but I don't know if it was because the tech cut my nails wrong or if they don't clean the tools right. It's too bad because the pedicure looked nice and I liked my dip nails. But I won't go back because they don't seem to care about cleaning stuff properly. read more

I was in town for a few days and went to get my nails done. I saw the reviews on Diamond and wow, they didn't disappoint. Diamond is who you go to. My first time doing a Russian Manicure and now I can't go back. She is very friendly, warm and kind. I highly suggest her as your nail tech. read more

I. Was in town for a work meeting & staying at the Hyatt Regency. I was able to make a reservation. This was an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. Julie did an AMAZING job, and when I wasn't happy with color (too translucent), she encouraged me to pick a different color- she did not make me feel bad at all, she sincerely wanted me to like my dazzle manicure. Fortunately I picked a very similar but less translucent color that she was able to just paint over the other color. I am so much happier with the result! Reasonable prices and 150 dazzle colors- wow! I'll be back the next time I'm in Chicago! read more

This place was a little weird lol, I came here for the good reviews but I'm on a work trip and came for a legit pedicure. I wanted to get a great massage and upgrade so that I could add time and they started my pedicure without asking me what I wanted but the guest next to me got menus. Then I asked if I could choose and he said they close at 5 so there was so time for more. I got there at 4, but wish they would have told me that they couldn't do more because I wouldn't have come. They also had my feet air drying for 15 minutes so I left at 5:15 - the guy was about to leave without taking my feet out of the dryer. I asked if I could leave and he said my toes were dry so I asked if I could put my socks and shoes on and he put oil on my toes and sandwich bags on top and said i was good lol. Weird experience, not sure I would recommend. read more

Acrylic, design - Mai did such a lovely job on my nails. She took her time and delivered exactly what I wanted. They lasted a little over 3 weeks before needing to go in again. She made sure I liked each and every nail. Gel ex, deep cherry color - Tom pays such great attention to detail. He even stayed 35 minutes after close to finish my nails. They are perfection. He's wonderful and so is this nail salon! Also love how you get a free drink with each service. They are constantly cleaning the stations and floor which I love for sanitary purposes! Can't recommend this place enough read more

Are you seriously trying to imply that I'm lying, Viet? I have an autoimmune disease--hygiene isn't optional for me. I washed my hands multiple times and used hand sanitizer throughout the entire process, so let's not go there. Check. The. Cameras. I would absolutely love to see a video clip of me sitting there while someone magically opens something "new" for me. Honestly, if I'd known you were going to gaslight me like this, I would've worn my Meta glasses and recorded the whole thing myself (with permission from others of course) But sure... let's waste time going through some imaginary notebook instead of pulling up the footage that would settle this in two seconds. Makes total sense. I didn't see one person write a single thing down the entire time I was at Premier Nails. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting Premier Nails during my visit to Chicago and so glad I went with them! Kayla did an amazing job with my french tip Russian gel manicure w/ white chrome. I was a bit nervous at first since I'm using these nails for my engagement shoot but she did an amazing job. The service is outstanding here- the moment I walked in I was immediately checked in and offered a beverage. After initially refusing to refund me until I removed or changed my review, the business has processed a $53 refund and asked me to update the review to reflect resolution. My original experience at the salon involved unclear pricing, being charged significantly more than the posted website price, waiting for an hour for service, and not being given a clear explanation of the final total or service changes during the appointment. The follow-up customer service experience was also disappointing. Rather than resolving the issue directly, the business repeatedly asked that I update or remove my review before proceeding with the refund. While I appreciate finally receiving the refund, both the in-salon experience and the handling of the complaint afterward were frustrating and poorly managed. I will never go back here and I could never recommend someone take their chances on this salon. Edit: I request a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I was told the salon does not do no chip pedicures despite it being listed on their website and received a no chip pedicure, which is not what I requested. I also want to stress, the woman next to me requested and received a regular pedicure. When it was time for me to pay, I was told the total was $135. I was not show or given a receipt, I was not shown what services I received, and when I was up charged for a no chip pedicure I was not told how much more that would be than what I requested. The salon also did not tell me in the moment that they were short staffed due to emergency or that I would have to wait an hour for service. They brought me to a pedicure chair immediately, drew the water, then had me sit there for 40 minutes with no updates. read more

Took my boss to Premier Nails last Thursday while we were in town for his first pedicure. We ordered the 10-1 bomb pedicure which included scrubs, collagen, warm wax and hot stone massages among the standard cuticle treatments, filing and nail care. It was very relaxing and a great experience overall. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that they overbooked a bit so my boss had to wait quite a bit in the soaking phase. He was chill and enjoyed the entire experience, especially the gold foil moisturizer treatment! The young lady with the Afro was fabulous! She did an outstanding job and his man toes! I would recommend and return when I'm in town. read more

Bobby at Premier Nails is incredible. I've never had someone pay so much attention to detail. Every single nail is perfectly shaped, polished, and flawless. My manicures consistently last over 3 weeks without chipping or breaking - even when I'm rough on my hands. You can tell he really cares about his work and about making sure you're happy with the end result. I've tried plenty of nail techs over the years and no one comes close. I honestly won't go to anyone else now - if you want long-lasting, perfect nails, book with Bobby. read more

Service at this salon is disappointing. You will also get a different result every visit. My most recent visit, after I got home I noticed the nails on my left hand are significantly longer than the other hand. For my last pedi, wet towels and dead skin underfoot for the duration of the service felt unsanitary and lazy. I will not be returning. read more

I never write nail salon reviews -- this is only my second one ever -- but Premier Nails absolutely deserves it! It's a family-owned business and they treat you like family the moment you walk in. Tim is my technician and he is the best I've ever had. My nails lasted 3-4 weeks and still looked great -- no lifting, no dulling, no chips. He really pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. If you're looking for long-lasting nails and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is the place. the woman who did my nails, Anna, was very sweet and attentive to detail. she really fixed up my cuticles which i loved because a lot of places just put the fake nails on with no treatment of the nails before. she also offered to remove and replace one nail that she filed slightly shorter than the others. i was not going to ask her to do that because it seemed like a lot of time and effort for a minuscule difference but i really appreciated that she did it. my nails look amazing! read more

If you book with Diamond, she will do an amazing job. However, the second time I went I got someone different who ended up doing 5 different clear coats on my nails (when realistically there only needed to be 2) ... 1. base coat, 2. a clear coat over the orange base, 3. a matte coat over the chrome, 4 & 5. TWO layers of top coat over the whole thing. It was going to be 6 layers after the gem but I asked to only put a little to secure the gem in. They charged me $130 which I think is way too overpriced for the nails I got. I used to go to a place that would charge me $100 for the cutest extravagant designs and I went there for over a year so I feel like I know nail pricing well. I hope Diamond gets a raise though she did amazing work and was lovely to talk to, unfortunately I tried booking with her after my first time but when I got there they told me she had a doctors appointment. I wish I just delayed my appointment so I could have gotten a good set with her. However every tech is different so it's just something to keep in mind. read more
