the woman who did my nails, Anna, was very sweet and attentive to detail. she really fixed up my cuticles which i loved because a lot of places just put the fake nails on with no treatment of the nails before. she also offered to remove and replace one nail that she filed slightly shorter than the others. i was not going to ask her to do that because it seemed like a lot of time and effort for a minuscule difference but i really appreciated that she did it. my nails look amazing! read more

This place was a little weird lol, I came here for the good reviews but I'm on a work trip and came for a legit pedicure. I wanted to get a great massage and upgrade so that I could add time and they started my pedicure without asking me what I wanted but the guest next to me got menus. Then I asked if I could choose and he said they close at 5 so there was so time for more. I got there at 4, but wish they would have told me that they couldn't do more because I wouldn't have come. They also had my feet air drying for 15 minutes so I left at 5:15 - the guy was about to leave without taking my feet out of the dryer. I asked if I could leave and he said my toes were dry so I asked if I could put my socks and shoes on and he put oil on my toes and sandwich bags on top and said i was good lol. Acrylic, design - Mai did such a lovely job on my nails. She took her time and delivered exactly what I wanted. They lasted a little over 3 weeks before needing to go in again. She made sure I liked each and every nail. Gel ex, deep cherry color - Tom pays such great attention to detail. He even stayed 35 minutes after close to finish my nails. They are perfection. Took my boss to Premier Nails last Thursday while we were in town for his first pedicure. We ordered the 10-1 bomb pedicure which included scrubs, collagen, warm wax and hot stone massages among the standard cuticle treatments, filing and nail care. It was very relaxing and a great experience overall. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that they overbooked a bit so my boss had to wait quite a bit in the soaking phase. He was chill and enjoyed the entire experience, especially the gold foil moisturizer treatment! The young lady with the Afro was fabulous! She did an outstanding job and his man toes! After initially refusing to refund me until I removed or changed my review, the business has processed a $53 refund and asked me to update the review to reflect resolution. My original experience at the salon involved unclear pricing, being charged significantly more than the posted website price, waiting for an hour for service, and not being given a clear explanation of the final total or service changes during the appointment. The follow-up customer service experience was also disappointing. Rather than resolving the issue directly, the business repeatedly asked that I update or remove my review before proceeding with the refund. While I appreciate finally receiving the refund, both the in-salon experience and the handling of the complaint afterward were frustrating and poorly managed. I will never go back here and I could never recommend someone take their chances on this salon. Edit: I request a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I was told the salon does not do no chip pedicures despite it being listed on their website and received a no chip pedicure, which is not what I requested. I also want to stress, the woman next to me requested and received a regular pedicure. When it was time for me to pay, I was told the total was $135. I was not show or given a receipt, I was not shown what services I received, and when I was up charged for a no chip pedicure I was not told how much more that would be than what I requested. The salon also did not tell me in the moment that they were short staffed due to emergency or that I would have to wait an hour for service. They brought me to a pedicure chair immediately, drew the water, then had me sit there for 40 minutes with no updates. read more

If you book with Diamond, she will do an amazing job. However, the second time I went I got someone different who ended up doing 5 different clear coats on my nails (when realistically there only needed to be 2) ... 1. base coat, 2. a clear coat over the orange base, 3. a matte coat over the chrome, 4 & 5. TWO layers of top coat over the whole thing. It was going to be 6 layers after the gem but I asked to only put a little to secure the gem in. They charged me $130 which I think is way too overpriced for the nails I got. I used to go to a place that would charge me $100 for the cutest extravagant designs and I went there for over a year so I feel like I know nail pricing well. I hope Diamond gets a raise though she did amazing work and was lovely to talk to, unfortunately I tried booking with her after my first time but when I got there they told me she had a doctors appointment. I wish I just delayed my appointment so I could have gotten a good set with her. However every tech is different so it's just something to keep in mind. read more
