They often don't have time for walk-ins since they have so many regulars, but they are super accommodating/flexible with their schedules.

I guess they dont think people know the difference and maybe many dont. I do. She also kept telling me that I should get builder gel since I want my nails on the shorter side. But why would I do that when the authentic Gel-X brand has short, medium, and longer extensions. Once she got to polish, after doing one coat she told me they were out of the product and she only had enough to finish another coat for my nails not for me pedicure. She said I would need to find another color and said they dont buy that brand very often because they cant get it from a supply store but must order it directly from the manufacturer. I just said no thank you, I will just finish up with my nails. I am so disappointed with this salon and their management. Terribly unethical to claim you are using a specific product and technique but to use something else. I will never return.

I was expecting them to just fix the two nails that were peeling, but they completely redid my right hand and added a second coat to my left so everything looked perfect. They even took the time to shape my nails, give me a hand massage, and apply cuticle oil -- all for free! I of course left a tip, but this was truly above-and-beyond service. I walked in late Friday morning and was seated in a comfortable massage chair for my pedicure within 10 minutes. Mandy took great care of my neglected feet. After a relaxing pedicure, she walked me over to the nail stations for my Gel X full set. At that point, I realized I might be cutting it close to my next appointment that afternoon. Mandy went to work quickly and made sure I got a perfect set of nails in time for my next appointment. The location is convenient with plenty of street parking. The space is beautiful and clean.
