Gotta love this place! Dr Tong is extremely wonderful with her patients and genuinely caring. She went over my exam super thoroughly and answered any and all questions that I had in a way that was easy to comprehend. She did not want to push my contacts prescription higher if it wasn't necessary, which shows she really cares for her patients .The staff was very helpful and professional; not the mention well dressed. they have a fantastic selection of in-style glasses and sunglasses. the exam and fitting prices are very fair, as well as contacts prices. I am a new customer to this optometry and I have had the best experience here compare to a few other optometries that I've been to. Here are what I like about this store: - Their prices are competitive, and they are very clear about pricing policy and products. So I don't have to go through those frustrating negotiations to get a good deal. They also have a reasonably flexible exchange policy that I think is fair for both the seller and the buyer. - They have quite a large selection of frames even though the store looks quite small from outside. Plus they can order any style or color you like as long as those ones are available to order. - The staff is nice, friendly and professional. I am especially impressed with Kelly. Within the last few weeks, I've been to the store 5 times and was helped by her 3 times. Everytime I was there, she was always very nice and extremely patient with me. She's always willing to pick out frames for me to choose and give me opinions about what she liked or didn't like about the frames on me. I was a very picky customer but she never showed any signs of being frustrated or anything. Always happy and supportive! I came here after yelping for a new optometrist because I felt that the former place I had gone to just did the bare minimum and was lacking. I was able to schedule an appointment for an eye exam the day of and the entire visit was very pleasurable. To begin, this place is very modern, technologically advanced, clean, and efficient. Michelle, the receptionist, is very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped ran the initial assessments on my eye using a couple of machines and explained what each one does. The whole process was enjoyable and a breeze. Afterwards, Dr. Tong performed a comprehensive exam on my eyes and answered all the questions I had. She was very detailed, caring, and professional the whole time. Needless to say, I will be returning here for all my eye needs!!! Lastly, if you ever feel like your current optometrist is lacking, find someone else! Love yourself and find an optometrist who is capable of tending to all your eye needs. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Tong and her staff. read more

The optometrist there is amazing, she is extremely helpful and does not try to rip you off at all. They have a huge selection of glasses and sunglasses and for an extremely good price. The only place I'll go for my eye needs. Been going here for years because my friend used to work here, and will continue going. Everyone is polite, I have not seen or encountered any problems. Let me start by saying, this place cares for their customers. I shopped at a few other places and I had to flag down help just to check out the glasses. Not here at Myoptics, as soon as i walk through the door, i was greeted warmly. As I was looking to spend $200 for a pair of shades, i tried on quite a few different ones. The guy helping me was very patient and offered me good suggestions. I ended up walking out with 2 pairs of nice shades. Thanks for the great service! This is a great place to go to if you want new glasses or contacts. I would recommend going on weekdays for better parking, but the weekends aren't too bad. They have a wide selection of glasses to choose from, and the staff are very knowledgeable. Big shout out to Jenni! She is very helpful and is very patient and she helped me try on a bunch of frames before I found my perfect one. I hadn't been to an optometrist in a few years because I had never been able to find one to my liking. They never took the time to explain any of the procedures to me; they simply gave me my prescription, allowed me to try on a few pairs of glasses and basically rushed me out of the office. Through a friend's recommendation, I decided to pay Dr. Tong a visit. I have never met a doctor more genuinely concerned about the well-being of her patients. She actually took the time to ask me how my day was going. After explaining everything in easy to understand terms (she's clearly very knowledgeable), she turned me over to her staff so I could try on some frames. Everyone in the office is extremely wonderful and patient. Even though I was there during a very busy hour, they made sure I was able to try on everything I wanted to try and that I was happy with my eventual choice. There's a great selection of frames to choose from; you'll be sure to find one that fits your tastes. Though it is located in a busy plaza in the middle of Little Saigon, I didn't have any issues with parking. The office itself is modern and very well kept. First let me say that Dr. Tong and the entire staff at Myoptics are awesome! I went to another place and was so disappointed with their unprofessional service and sales pressure. Anyway I was referred to Myoptics by a friend and could not be happier with the experience. The entire staff including Dr. Tong was so welcoming and professional. After receiving an eye exam, the staff explained everything to me ahead of time including all the options and my insurance coverage. I got a pressure free buying experience so I was able to choose the best frame for my facial features and at the price that I could afford. My dentist office is right across the street, and I'm always eating at this plaza so I walked in one day to look around. I have insurance and asked one of the staff members to look up my information, the staff members were helpful and willing to answers any questions I had. I decided to give it a try and got an eye exam, the doctor was young and up-to-date with everything. The office was organized and clean, the selections were awesome! I was in and out of there in about an hour because it took me awhile to pick out a frame, I got my glasses within a week! I was a bit sketchy about going to My Optics optometry at first because it was located in the heart of westminster. I thought the prices would be ridiculous but the exam rates were well below what i was paying for health insurance. The staff was great, very friendly and bubbly people. They have a great variety of designer frames. Oh!...their contact prices are similar to 1800contacts and most of the time they have it in stock..i've check...trust me ...I highly recommend My Optics for those in need of an eye checkup read more

Customer service can not get any better. I was so happy with Myoptics I got my whole family to go here and to add to that they all love it! The selection of designer eyewear is very good. All the glasses have been preselected with new up to date styles. I can't stress how much fun it is here! Not to mention Dr. Tong is fantastic, she doesn't rush me out of the exam like some other doctors I've been to in the past. I had a lot of questions pertaining to my eyes and she took her time to answer them without any hint of trying to get me out of the exam room.
