From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was flawless. The office is modern, bright, and impeccably clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Lexi was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed and helped me find the perfect frames for both my prescription lenses and a new pair of sunglasses. Speaking of which, the selection of frames is fantastic! There is a wonderful variety of stylish and high-quality choices to suit any taste. I was also pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices for both the frames and the lenses--truly great value. A huge bonus for me was discovering that the staff, including Lexi, are multilingual. They speak English, Korean and Vietnamese, which is such a welcoming and helpful service for the community. Yay!! Overall, this is a top-tier optometry office. I have been here twice and both times have been a quick, easy, and pleasant interaction. Had an appointment each time but walk ins from what I see are more than welcome (saw a man walk in needing his frames adjusted to which they quickly accommodated him). I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share how amazing Tony Lee is. I don't live in California but I've been coming to see Tony for years now because he is the best, and he genuinely cares about helping find the best options. Since I'm out of state, I've had to ship my glasses to me at times, but I still think it's worth the visit. This time I found a few frames that I liked, but Tony worked with me to make sure I stayed somewhat within budget and gave some advice about high quality frames that worked. He's not just about making a sale.... He's knowledgeable, professional, and gives honest recommendations. In general, I highly recommend Nara Optometry. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and everything feels straightforward--no weird upselling, no hassle. They've got a solid selection of high quality frames and the lenses have the blue light blocking tech that really works-- I've tested it against a few different lenses I got from Costco and other places and it's the only one that blocks the blue! Side note: if you have to wait for your glasses to get made, check out Morangak kbbq across the street. There's usually a wait but it's so worth it! read more

They were very patient with their patients and answering thoroughly to all the questions that we have with knowledge answers. Dr. Ca's diagnostic was very thorough, detailed and easy to understand. They took their time to help and explain to patient with what's going on with their eyes and found a solution for it with care. My fist time at Nara Optometry and the associates were kind but made me wait 20 minutes and denied me service since someone in my family 5 years ago returned one of their prescribed glasses. I know that they do not accept prescribed glasses for refunds but they still took them back due to some issues involving insurance with my family member. One of their associates talked to me in a very passive aggressive tone and essentially told me that my whole family was banned from the store due to someone returning one of their glasses 5 years ago (mind you that I have never been to Nara Optometry before). It is completely unprofessional and unreasonable to deny me service just because someone else who wasn't me returned their glasses 5 years ago. It is quite odd that they would be still willing to take back the prescribed glasses and then ban us from the store. I would not recommend! read more
