Over the years, they've definitely upgraded their glasses selections, and there are many more stylish choices now compared to before. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Although everything overall was great, I do feel that the vision test with the doctor felt a little rushed at times, especially when switching between eyes since my eyes needed a bit more time to adjust during the exam. However, the doctor was still very informative about my eye health, explained everything clearly, and showed genuine care and concern for my eyes. I especially want to thank Mrs. Lan Anh for being so kind and patient with me throughout the process of choosing my glasses. I just realized they abandoned their old profile and opened this new one with all positive reviews, so let me share my actual experience. Do I even need to explain how rude and unprofessional the staff are? What really shocked me is that I have never been to an optometrist that refused to help with contact lenses that clearly weren't working for me. As a first-time contact lens wearer, instead of helping me ease into it, they pushed me into buying a 6-month supply right away. The lenses ended up making my eyes extremely dry and uncomfortable, so I couldn't wear them. Those boxes literally sat unopened on my desk for almost 2 years because I thought maybe the problem was me or that I just couldn't wear contacts. Then I finally saw another doctor, and they told me that unopened contact lenses can often be exchanged for a different brand or prescription if they're not working for you. That was the first time anyone ever told me that. When I called this office for help, the girl on the phone was completely unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she kept asking why I didn't return sooner. Well... if someone had actually informed me of my options in the first place, I absolutely would have. No one told me I could exchange them. No one followed up. No one cared once the sale was made. Based on my experience, I would avoid this place. read more

Came in yesterday for an exam. This was my first time ever getting an eye exam and seeing an optometrist, so I didn't know what to expect. My immediate impression of the office was "WOW, it's beautiful, clean, and big". All of the employees were so sweet, and check in was quick, easy, and my new patient paperwork was very straightforward. I have been to many doctors offices before where the wait was long, but this office is quick - Dr. Cordell's assistant took me almost immediately into the room to take images(?) of my eyes. Shortly after, Dr. Cordell came in... she is absolutely PHENOMENAL. You can see that she is so passionate about what she does and does it with compassion and a smile. Then the lady in the front desk gave me a form to fill up , asked for my ID and was taken to the ore exam room after that to the Optometrist who took me another eye exam. Then she ushered me to the eyeglass display to choose the eyeglass. I was prescribed a progressive eyeglass with anti glare in brown shade. I chose between dolce & gavanna, prada and Chanel. It was pricey . My mom said the dolce & gavanna suits me the best so I chose d&g. I'll wait for 2 weeks. read more

Extremely frustrating to deal with. The office workers (not the receptionist, but the ones helping customers with trying on glasses, etc) speak terrible English and whenever they tell you they will follow up/call you about deliveries of any trial prescriptions, etc-- they never do and the onus is on the customer to check. They will hound you about making an appointment to get you in the door, but otherwise the service is extremely subpar. If you're Vietnamese American with somewhat proficient Vietnamese but still prefer to speak English, they will still speak Vietnamese to you instead because of how subpar their English is. If you come in expecting Vietnamese quality of customer service, this place is fine. Otherwise go somewhere else. They have a decent selection of nicer frames, which is the only reason to come here. I need to make an emergency appointment on a Sunday. It's was fully booked that day. The receptionist took my phone number and mentioned that will call me if anyones rescheduled their appointment. The receptionist called back within 30 minutes and I was able to come in and have my eyes examined. I have great experience from the staff and doctor.
