I've visited multiple Pearle Vision locations in the area and understand they are under the same ownership, but my experience at the Westminster location stood out significantly -- largely because of Daniel. Daniel was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. He took the time to look up my insurance coverage in detail and made sure I was fully maximizing my benefits rather than just rushing through the process. His knowledge of coverage options, frame selections, and overall workflow was very impressive, and I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. Prior to coming here, I initially visited the Pearle Vision in Irvine since it was much closer to my home. Unfortunately, that visit was not very pleasant, which made the contrast with Westminster even more noticeable. The level of service, attentiveness, and willingness to help at the Westminster location was on a completely different level. If you're considering Pearle Vision, I highly recommend going to the Westminster location and asking for Daniel specifically. I went into Pearl Vision for an eye exam and contacts and glasses. The cost of glasses was way out of my budget even with the 40% discount. My appointment was on July 10 which is when I put the first deposit down on the contacts which were $1000 and I was promised a $300 rebate. When I picked up my contacts on August 20 they told me the rebate information was in the bag. I said great thank you when I finally looked in the bag and looked at the invoice I discovered I was sold two years worth of contacts, and the rebate expired on June 30. I have called several times to get a new code so I can send in for my rebate. They ghosted me. I get absolutely no response so I thought maybe if I posted a review, I might get a response too. I feel very taken advantage of. I did not need two years of contacts when on a very tight budget. read more

Staff was nice but the business practice is shady. after paying close to a thousand dollars for my glasses, they tried to charge me for a some type of shipping fee that was not included in my purchase or reflected in my fully paid receipt. to make things worse, I purchased the insurance and was told I would have replacement lens no questions asked if they got scratch, no mention of deductible or one time limit. So, with such a high prices, their business practice and low costumer service, I do not recommend this business. read more

I brought in glasses that I purchased online. When I got them the right lens stuck out more in the front than the left. I went to my local Pearle Vision to see how much an adjustment would cost. They fixed my lenses for free and were so nice about it. Emily was so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. She even cleaned my lenses for me. Stop harassing me Pearl Vision Westminster, Dr Glass optometrist offices for an appointment which I did not schedule or authorize at all! Last year I went to this office for my yearly eye exam & had ordered new glasses. Everything went good. Optometrist and staff are good. Now last 4/5/2025 I received a text message asking me to confirm or reschedule an appointment Pearl Vision decided to schedule for me on 4/28. I called and informed them to cancel the entire appointment and remove me from their list of follow ups. Then on 4/8/2025 & 4/12 I received an email asking me again to confirm the so called 4/28 appointment they scheduled for me. I called them and very kindly asked the man who answered the call to cancel this and also remove me from their list and he responded he would handle this. And now here I am being harassed with 2 emails asking me to confirm the 4/28 appointment which I never scheduled. What part of "NO" does this office not understand!!! Leave me alone & don't plan my life... I did not authorize this appointment. Is this the way they drum up business? WTH! I give this place a No Star at all! read more
