Dr Glass and his staff are wonderful!! I was greeted immediately by Wendy who started helping me right away. After a few questions I was taken back to the first exam room and given the first portion of the tests. We joked and laughed a lot of the time which was great! We finished the first part and I was taken back to the main area and was almost immediately called back and greeted by Dr Glass. He exudes competence and congeniality! I felt so comfortable and at ease. He quickly dialed in what I needed and explained answers to any questions in a personable manner. We laughed and joked and before I knew it I was back with Wendy. There was another gentleman there who helped me as well but I didn't catch his name. Everyone was just so friendly and professional. They made you feel like a person and not just herded through the process like cattle. Everyone was engaging and professional. Very efficient and friendly from beginning to end. Seems like a wonderful place to work which makes it a wonderful place to be a patient! Thank you Dr Glass and associates! So glad we found you! read more

Every time i come into Pearle Vision, I am always treated so well. Yesterday I dropped my glasses and the lens popped out. I was too afraid of breaking them and so I brought them in to see if they could help me fix them. Sure enough they did! Angel was so kind and quick to fixing my glasses and helped me right away. Can't wait to make another appointment in the future for another new pair! read more

Had a great experience Emily was very nice and helpful. I never know how well frames look on me and she helped me find the perfect pair.

Walking in the first impression was that it was exceptionally clean, welcoming, and professional. Angel at the front desk greeted me right away. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Dr. Luong was efficient and thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this office and Dr. Luong to anyone looking for a great optometrist. read more

We were greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic gentleman (Angel) who helped us through the whole process. It's a clean store, they were very efficient, we got prescriptions, sunglasses, and it wasn't cheap, but it wasn't too bad either. We appreciate Pearle vision! read more

I was traveling from out of town and had forgotten my contacts. Out of desperation, I reached out to Pearle to see if they could help me out before I spent my entire trip in a fuzzy blur - they were very nice/able to get me some right away! Many thanks to Emily and the store manager for their generosity and help! read more

I met with Dr. Luong for an eye exam, and the appointment was quick and straightforward. Total duration was less than 30 minutes. After the exam, the receptionist, Mandy helped me with questions about switching my glasses lenses and pricing. She did provide the information I needed, but she spoke too quickly and the interaction felt somewhat rushed and slightly dismissive, as though my questions were a bit of an inconvenience. I would have appreciated a little more patience and a more welcoming approach. Overall, the office may be a good fit if you're looking for a quick and straightforward routine eye exam. Personally, I prefer a provider and office where I feel comfortable asking questions and where findings and recommendations are explained in a little more depth. This is why we are spending our time to meet doctor despite having a busy daily schedule. Therefore, I am not coming back and I will change lens in elsewhere. read more

Dr. Glassman was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining and performing eye tests. Angel was incredibly patient with me when selecting frames that would work best for progressive lenses and the shape of my face. Overall a great experience and easier than I was anticipating. read more

Great experience with Angel and team. They are so friendly and helpful. I appreciate their care and will be back next year for my eye exam!

Wendy is such an amazing person!!! Great experience given from her. She is always available to answer any questions. Patient as well.

Went in for my initial eye exam and to update my prescription. The eye Dr was great, however, I dont remember her name... but she was very nice. Also, Wendy, who spent over an hour helping me out was also great. She was very patient as I tried in vain for nearly 30 mins to apply contacts. Wendy was also very helpful with me picking out glasses and answered all of my repetitive questions with a smile the entire time read more

Love this location!! They're always the best with their patients and they always explain in detail while answering your questions.

I've visited multiple Pearle Vision locations in the area and understand they are under the same ownership, but my experience at the Westminster location stood out significantly -- largely because of Daniel. Daniel was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. He took the time to look up my insurance coverage in detail and made sure I was fully maximizing my benefits rather than just rushing through the process. His knowledge of coverage options, frame selections, and overall workflow was very impressive, and I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. Prior to coming here, I initially visited the Pearle Vision in Irvine since it was much closer to my home. Unfortunately, that visit was not very pleasant, which made the contrast with Westminster even more noticeable. The level of service, attentiveness, and willingness to help at the Westminster location was on a completely different level. If you're considering Pearle Vision, I highly recommend going to the Westminster location and asking for Daniel specifically. Great customer service still matters, and Daniel definitely delivered. read more

Team is super sweet and helpful. They answer the phone very professionally. I was able to get my glasses within a week for updated lens to just replace at a reasonable and competitive price I was happy with. They need to order new lens as these still needed some tweeks and they took care of it all promptly. read more

I went into Pearl Vision for an eye exam and contacts and glasses. The cost of glasses was way out of my budget even with the 40% discount. My appointment was on July 10 which is when I put the first deposit down on the contacts which were $1000 and I was promised a $300 rebate. When I picked up my contacts on August 20 they told me the rebate information was in the bag. I said great thank you when I finally looked in the bag and looked at the invoice I discovered I was sold two years worth of contacts, and the rebate expired on June 30. I have called several times to get a new code so I can send in for my rebate. They ghosted me. I get absolutely no response so I thought maybe if I posted a review, I might get a response too. I feel very taken advantage of. I did not need two years of contacts when on a very tight budget. read more

Angel and Dr. Glass are very knowledgeable and caring. My whole family comes here. We love the expertise and great atmosphere.

I had a great experience with Dr Luong, the optometrist and Angel, the optician. Dr Luong performed a thorough eye examination and explained in detail the results of the retinal scan showing the health status of my eyes. When it came time to select a frame and lenses, Angel was very transparent when listing the cost of the various options. I highly recommend Pearle Vision over any other independent or chain optometrist. read more
