Recently visited the office to get a contact lens exam with Dr. Kim, and still very much recommend this place! I visit from LA county so it's quite a drive for me, but I'd do it just to have the great customer service they provide. I even got my mom and sister to switch optometrists because of how thorough and patient Dr. Kim is. She is the absolute best! Seriously come and check it out for yourself! They also renovated the office since 2020 so the pretests (tests that blow air in your eyes and hot air balloon visual lol) is done in a more private area of the space. Dr. Kim is Amazing!! She verified my prescription glasses and sunglasses made by the Costco Laboratory was indeed inaccurate in their precise composition of my lenses. Dr. Kim and I walked over to the optical department in Costco and reconfirmed with Katie the Manager on Duty. Katie said we keyed in all the Data correctly but the Laboratory made the mistake during the lenses prescription processing of the products ordered. What a relief to know that I didn't imagine all this. The wrong lenses prescription gave me a major headache and I had to revert back to my old glasses as a backup plan. Costco Team member Sonia said you can pickup next week. I will definitely come back next week to verify that everything is in good working order. The staff at this location is amazing !! I was thrilled to get in today, in the midst of the pandemic, to see Dr. Julie Kim, the other eye doctor in this practice. This is my second visit, the first being an exam appointment that turned into a medical issue, and both have been excellent all the way around. The front of house tech team does a great job, polite, friendly and good at their jobs. AndDr. Kim's comprehensive exam is not rushed, and she takes the time to answer any questions and ty really explain what's going on.
