Occasionally forget to trim nails. I would give 5 stars because I really like the groomers, but the only thing that drives me crazy is the trainer in the lobby. While I realize she is trying to run a business, it's terrible to arrive for check in for grooming and being told "don't do this. Stand away from this dog. etc. etc." I want to be understanding, but the last visit it got downright rude. Perhaps there is not enough space? Maybe there is a more conducive location? Not sure, but I do know that our pups are scared enough to come to the groomer and when we arrive we are trying to keep them calm with calm voices because they can sense everything.

It's a small quant store. It was very busy when we went in and there is only cash register, so get ready to wait in line. I figured we had not been noticed but the gentleman found me and my wife and helped us with our doodle who is on some sort of hunger protest. The two groomers at Kriser are very sweet & very nice but young. I had no idea that everything was a separate charge. I have an 11 pound Havanese mix dog with medium to long fur. I just picked her up & noticed her beard is trimmed uneven, her ears weren't even touched. The fur on her feet is still very long and to top it all off when she was brought out to me her harness was on wrong so that her legs were going through one hole. And she has no bows. I didn't think I have to ask for that since she got a bath & cut. My total for today with tip is $100. For that price my expectations are high. I have my dog groomed every six weeks and I am truly disappointed in the results I've gotten here

I don't know if it's a chain-wide issue, but this store has not been maintaining inventory like they used to. We feed our guys Natural Balance Limited Ingredient with "wholesome" grain, but their stock of various sizes and varieties has been thinning out. Last month, this store was sold out of a particular Kong toy. A helpful cashier called the warehouse and arranged for the items to be shipped directly to us. I received an order confirmation email that same day. The next day, I received a notice that the order was delayed. Then, one week later, I was informed that the order was canceled. I did not cancel it and no explanation was given (I was not charged). Last week, I received an email coupon whose subject line stated "Unleash Savings! $50 off just for you," but the actual coupon read "$40 off" (see screenshot). I pointed out the discrepancy to the cashier. When he scanned the coupon, it came up as invalid altogether. He spent considerable time and effort trying to get the bar code to work, but in the end he summoned the manager, who subtracted $50 manually. Petco needs to get its act together.
