I saw this cute little store while I stopped by Pete's for some coffee. I was attracted to the store with their cute pet display so I thought I'd check it out. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed assistance. I initially went in to look around but ended up buying a few things to try for my fuzzy baby. I was pleased to find that they had a lot of brands that I've only seen online. I'm trying out the open farms kibble to see how my girl likes it. I also got the meal toppers to try and a few treats. This was such a cute store and their prices were affordable considering they carry quality items. Will definitely come back to try more of their offerings and maybe bring the pup next time. read more

They have some really good things here but everything is WAY overpriced. Also, the entire staff seems to be children/teens who are not the most welcoming, friendly or helpful and there are no prices on anything. I found Noah's Ark when I was on an epic quest to find Answers raw cat food. Everyone in Chicago was sold out and telling me they couldn't get more. Noah's Ark had a few and set them aside for me. I actually live in Chicago but drove up to get them. They were super nice, and told me that in future, they'd be happy to place a special order, and deliver to my house (which is not very close to them)- for a really reasonable fee! I was sold. They know me when I call, are always super friendly and helpful with suggestions, and are willing to be flexible about delivery dates. Really great customer service! I am a big fan off this place. Moving from the city I was hoping to find a new go to, to supply my dog's needs. They have wonderful service, recommendations, and product offerings. I like that the junk foods don't serve as fillers on the racks, I like the unique product offerings. This is a wonderful store for people who love their dogs. The staff is friendly, well-informed and very customer-focused. My Cavapoo was really suffering from the salt on the sidewalks even though we had put protective covering on his paws. The staff at Noah's Ark, though, helped us choose a much better product, Salt Socks. They're much easier to get onto his paws and they work really well. Expensive but worth it. I also have full confidence in their food products: treats, cookies and chew sticks. My dog loves the place. When I walk him there from our home, he knows exactly where we are going and he leads me right to the door. Really excellent place. read more

The shop is great! They carry an amazing inventory of foods, treats, and needs for dogs and cats. The staff has always been helpful and honest of which items they would recommend. I'm forever thankful that I met the owner of this Pet Supply store . My 3 year old Yorkie has really bad anxiety I didn't want to give him his prescription medicine it was making him drowsy he's very active. She recommended a canna-pet oil and today I had a worker in my house he did fine and he was not shaking or barking loudly I didn't see no sign of his severe anxiety.. I truly recommend this Pet Supply store she was wonderful and her customer service was beyond what have seen in other stores she had acknowledged about the product and also she herself used it for her dog. The staff is super knowledgeable and kind and the store has a huge selection of great toys, accessories and gifts for dog lovers. We've purchased crates, dog beds, toys, collars, foods and lots of treats here. My puppy loves visiting this store. Great selection of quality, all-natural products and the staff is AMAZING. The prices are on the high side, but worth it. They are always willing to help answer any questions I may have and were kind enough to give me a referral for a holistic veterinary doctor. Whoever I spoke with (a young-ish girl?) on the phone recently was so reassuring when I called in a panic regarding some odd health issues my senior dog has been experiencing. Thank you so much for coming through in the clutch! Because of the extreme cold I was looking around for dog boots while in town visiting in-laws. I tried the traditional stores but no one had any in stock. Luckily I found Noah's Ark and they had the brand, Ruffwear, and the exact size I needed. Was in today with Nettles.All the employees are great except today. I bought a toy for Nettles and a few minutes later we were standing outside and Jeff was helping a customer out to her her car and said to me no Nettles you have already been here once today. Really? Drove to Petco to get Nettles the treats I was going to get from you. I know it was only a $6 toy but will never come back as long as he is there. read more
