The man was helping a customer and the customer was upset about the taxes so the man was huffing and puffing around the store as I was trying to see the snake I wanted. He told me I couldn't see her cause it was almost her feeding day and she wouldn't be very nice. When I asked if I could put a deposit down for the snake, he immediately said that I could hold her and plopped her right into my arms so I could walk around with her... The snake was fine; he gave me no guidance on how to hold her, care for her, anything of the sort. When I wanted to buy her, he told me a 20 gallon enclosure would be fine for a few years. I was hesitant to get the enclosure due to the price but did it anyways. I immediately came home and tried to put her in the enclosure and realized it was WAY too small; I needed a 40 gallon, so I had to return that. He gave me a huge hassle about returning the enclosure and knocked off $60 due to using a small bag of bedding.... Yesterday I had to take my snake to the vet due it having mites and a respiratory infection. I've had this snake for less that 2 weeks and it's already sick. These people do not care about the animals they are selling, they just want to make money. I would highly recommend going anywhere else but here

I brought in my doodle with hair and picked up a hairless dog! My dog has never been shaven this way before, even when he was matted. He was shaven in the face, ears, and I don't understand why. Not only did they completely shave him but I never received a call with them saying "hey change of plans, I know we said this short but turns out he's shorter". I can go on and on about everything that went wrong and what was said. The manager Frank was able to refund me after several days but his customer service skills are not the best. I will never return to this Petco!

I took my cat in to have her nails trimmed and was blown away by the top-notch service Matt provided. He was so kind and compassionate towards me and my pet. My cat usually loathes having her nails trimmed, but that was not the case at Kriser's! Matt was able to place her on the table and get her nails trimmed in no time with zero fight. She was evening letting him pet her - it was truly a miracle! The store itself has a wide array of pet food and supplies. It is clean and nicely laid out. I will be visiting here often!

I'm writing this months later because I'm still stunned by how bad my experience was at their…read moregrooming facility and I was also just quoted over $200 to fix the damage they did to my dog's coat. I brought my golden retriever in for the full package: ear cleaning, nail trim, bath, and groom. If you have a golden, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. The haircut alone was the worst I've ever seen, but the bigger issue is that they simply didn't do the services I paid for. When I picked her up and walked her around the store for treats, I realized she smelled worse than when I dropped her off. Her ears were still full of wax, her nails hadn't been trimmed, her coat felt dirty, and the grooming itself was shockingly uneven. I bathe my dog weekly, so she is never in that condition, and I initially assumed maybe they'd forgotten to rinse a product or had used a shampoo with a funky smell. I went back into the salon and asked if she had been bathed. The employee flatly said yes. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and asked to smell the shampoo they used, thinking maybe the scent had changed, but it clearly didn't match what was on my dog. When I asked again, three employees came out and responded with condescending, dismissive attitudes. Their red-haired manager rolled his eyes before walking me over for a refund. For the record, I wasn't even looking for a refund, it was a gift card. I just wanted to understand how a grooming appointment could go so wrong. When I got home and bathed her myself, the water ran nearly black, something that has never happened before. Her paw pads had been shaved unevenly, her coat was damaged, and the professional groomer who corrected it asked if a toddler with scissors had gotten to her. I contacted corporate at the time and never heard back. I have never once left a negative reviews for any business ever, but when it comes to my dog, I will absolutely speak up. Please don't take your pets here.

Disgusting. The staff at the PetsHotel are friendly. Getting info about my pets stay always seems to be the same scripted answer. I've noticed each time I arrive to pick up my pet no one is out front, there is no bell to alert that you're waiting so you're just standing hoping someone will notice you. Calling to check on your pet is hit or miss. I don't like that I've never seen the facilities where my pet is housed. No tour. No cameras. I'll be looking for other options in the area.
