I was…read moretold the man raises all these snakes and knows all about them but the size and conditions of the snake enclosures was entirely way too small. The man was helping a customer and the customer was upset about the taxes so the man was huffing and puffing around the store as I was trying to see the snake I wanted. He told me I couldn't see her cause it was almost her feeding day and she wouldn't be very nice. When I asked if I could put a deposit down for the snake, he immediately said that I could hold her and plopped her right into my arms so I could walk around with her... The snake was fine; he gave me no guidance on how to hold her, care for her, anything of the sort. When I wanted to buy her, he told me a 20 gallon enclosure would be fine for a few years. I was hesitant to get the enclosure due to the price but did it anyways. I immediately came home and tried to put her in the enclosure and realized it was WAY too small; I needed a 40 gallon, so I had to return that. He gave me a huge hassle about returning the enclosure and knocked off $60 due to using a small bag of bedding.... Yesterday I had to take my snake to the vet due it having mites and a respiratory infection. I've had this snake for less that 2 weeks and it's already sick. These people do not care about the animals they are selling, they just want to make money. I would highly recommend going anywhere else but here

I took my cat in to have her nails trimmed and was blown away by the top-notch service Matt provided. He was so kind and compassionate towards me and my pet. My cat usually loathes having her nails trimmed, but that was not the case at Kriser's! Matt was able to place her on the table and get her nails trimmed in no time with zero fight. She was evening letting him pet her - it was truly a miracle! The store itself has a wide array of pet food and supplies. It is clean and nicely laid out. I will be visiting here often!

Disgusting. The staff at the PetsHotel are friendly. Getting info about my pets stay always seems to be the same scripted answer. I've noticed each time I arrive to pick up my pet no one is out front, there is no bell to alert that you're waiting so you're just standing hoping someone will notice you. Calling to check on your pet is hit or miss. I don't like that I've never seen the facilities where my pet is housed. No tour. No cameras. I'll be looking for other options in the area.

They complained that the dogs weren't cooperating and they were making everything take longer. They badmouthed owners saying that they don't understand how their dogs behave when they're being groomed. This may all be true. However, this is their profession and they didn't seem to enjoy dogs, care for dogs, let alone love dogs. I tried to keep an open mind as I proceeded to check in my dog (and hoped I would have a better groomer). We had a lengthy consult where I acknowledged that there were some matting on her belly and possibly on her legs, but that I didn't want her shaved down all over. It was okay to go shorter or to shave her down on her tummy and chest and to take it shorter on her legs. It was a very elaborate conversation. Just as I was about to get home, I got a call saying they would have to shave her down. This is exactly what I said I did not want. I wish they would've just said that before I left and saved me the joy of driving in traffic. It felt like they were just looking for the easiest solution that required the least amount of skill. They also said my dog didn't handle brushing. I found this strange because she has been going to the same groomer her whole life and we've never had any complaint. The only reason we even tried PetSmart was out of desperation because our other groomer had moved. This PetSmart location was everything I feared it would be. It's a big box place that will not take careful care of your beloved pet. They will also do bait and switch when it comes to grooming. Also, they put on the manager and he provided nothing to compensate for the bait and switch or inconvenience. Stay away!
