The shopkeeper is very helpful and was there to tell us what every treat was made with, as well as to help us bag our treats of interest. Treats were pretty reasonably priced for homemade treats (~$20 for 3 cookies) and stable enough to last through our vacation before we bring them home (will last many weeks). There are also a variety of other pet-related things, like bowls, cards with different dog/cat breeds, leashes, etc. I'd definitely recommend you stop by for your pet or a gift!

Loved that they listed where they source ingredients, as well. Main cons are price and parking. It's in a pretty busy area of Wicker Park, so plan ahead in that regard. Prices can also be expensive for what you get, so learn what is worth it for your pet! I got my pup a lamb trachea which was $4 I think, but it was gone in minutes which made it seem not worth it. However, the beef lung ($15/pack) lasts us a long time when we break it up, and he LOVES it as a high value reward for recall. So my main recommendation is to find what works for your dog given chew level and need/context so that your purchase is worth it!

And that answer is Jermaine. Jermaine expressed grand interest in this managerial position. But I have been told, by anonymous concerned parties, that Krisers is hiring from outside of the company. This "fact" of outside hiring is insulting to both the local customers and to Jermaine. Jermaine is one of THE MAIN REASONS that my puppies passionately drag me to the shop daily. His kindness radiates. His enthusiasm shines to Pluto and back! From an operational perspective, he, by far, surpasses all prior managerial workmanship. He is strong, smart, and tireless. Her ears are uneven and mismatched. There are blunt cuts made everywhere. Her booty trim wasn't completed. The former groomers (Jocelyn and another gentleman, I forget his name) were much more talented and I believe are at other Kriser locations now. I will be taking the time to visit those stores instead for grooming services rather than going back to Rachael.
