We took the standing at the bar option. There were several tables in that area not occupied the entire time we ate there, and to add to the oddness, a party of six came in as we were on our way out the door and they were offered indoor seating with a 20 minute wait. Weird! But food was worth it and would go again if I'm in the wrigleyville area!

The bulgogi was the star for me. The steak was tender, flavorful, and very tasty, and everything in the bento box worked well together. Definitely a satisfying meal! What started as a simple walk-by turned into a delicious Chicago food stop. If you're a Chicago native or visiting the city like I am, give Del Seoul a try. I brought my baby to Golly Gear and they were patient and fitted her with seven or eight different types of harnesses until we found one that fit! They are so friendly and there is actually a dog agility facility right in their store. I HIGHLY recommend this small business for anything that you need for a small "teacup" or small sized dog. They have an extensive selection of collars, leashes, organic treats, chews, carriers, and toys. Plus it is fantastic because your dog can "test" everything before you buy it (which I feel weird about doing at big box pet store). Before I left they gave me a few samples of organic treats that my baby loved- which of course I had to go back and buy more of. When I first took him in I warned the staff that he can sometimes be mouthy (he's a husky mix - very communicative about what he likes/doesn't like - but not aggressive). It took a few visits but the last 2-3 he's been getting rave reviews on how good he was doing. So 6 months in, I drop him off for his usual and get a call an hour later with a vague description that he "came after" the bather and "got her sweatshirt", so they wouldn't finish the groom. I go to pick him up, they charged me half price for barely a bath and were very obviously treating me like a second class citizen. I asked for video footage (as I feel is my right) so I can understand the full picture and work with him on it and also be able to communicate in the future things he likes/doesn't like. I don't know what "go after" means in this context, I think they didn't want to say "attacked" but I know my dog and he wouldn't do that unprovoked or without clearly communicating in advance. When I asked for video footage the salon went quiet and it got awkward (again I explained why - I got a vague explanation I deserve to know the full picture) and I was told the owner would follow up with me on it. They made me go in the back to get him, he's soaking wet in his crate, very diminished. It wasn't said explicitly but I got the insinuation that we wouldn't be allowed back. He spent the rest of the day at home in a very defensive/protective state. Since this, the owner has not called me on the date they said she would and I still have received no further context or information as to what happened. I'm disappointed they wouldn't give someone who'd been coming regularly more information and treat them so coldly. Giving two stars because we had previous good experiences on the surface, but questioning a lot of that after this incident.

This is ideal for fur parents with picky 'children' (and much moolah) who don't want to settle for mainstream, high-preservative pet food. The personal service is a great touch, they have good memories of their customers, and they have been very helpful with us while we tend to our kitty's IBD. If they had slightly longer hours they'd be perfect, but it is what it is.
