This is what high end shopping should feel like.

By far one of the best experiences I've had in obtaining a luxurious timepiece!…read more I went inside this store and was approached by Cristiane. I told her I knew nothing about Vacheron but knew that there was a "gold" watch that was popular(I ended up finding out it was the 222). She brought out a Pink Gold Tourbillion Overseas. I was stunned by the pink-gold case and blue dial combination. It was nothing like I'd seen before. Cristiane gave me the rich history of Vacheron and a deep lesson about the model that was on my wrist. Cristiane is super knowledgeable and passionate about the brand, which ultimately got me excited to own a piece in the future. The tourbillion was a bit out of my price range but we continued to discuss other models. She took down my info and I took her business card. That night, I watched and read so many things about Vacheron that I knew I had to get it in my collection. After multiple visits to the store, chatting with Cristiane, and learning more about the company and brand, I decided to tell her that I wanted a 4520V (Pink Gold, Blue Dial, date only Overseas). She was able to make it happen and now I am a proud owner of this wonderful piece. This by far is the most stunning watch I have in my collection. Thank you Cristiane!!!

It's been around since the 1700's so they know what they are doing when it comes to watches. Vacheron Constantin finally has their own boutique in the Bay Area. If you go to many other parts of the world, especially in Asia, this Swiss brand has much more representation there. I believe this boutique is operated by CH Premier. The inventory they have in stock is as expected, the precious medal pieces in the 25k and up range. I hope to be back to put in an order for my VC grail watch. Until then, I hope they get plenty of inventory so I won't have to wait when it's time.

Man. I'm saddened to leave this review. Went in to the store to find something advertised online…read more They did not carry it in the store, but had a cheaper version which the clerk said she'd price match to the other item. Except the item was originally $405, marked down to $125.97, this set was only $295 (and should have been on sale, too). I looked at a few more items, and she didn't look up the prices, only said she'd sell it to me for $125. We're talking a $179 bracelet (on sale), some earrings, and a ring. She called around and found the item at another store. She offered to order it, but I had to pay for it (without seeing it in person, and it was an "as is" item). When I told her I was on my way to Hayward, she said the item was at the Modesto location. I left the store, but decided I'd just drive out to Modesto since this was a very important gift for my long time surrogate mother, deceased mother's best friend, celebrating a large birthday after surviving Cancer TWICE! I wanted a ruby and white sapphire birthstone set to commemorate this special occasion. Luckily, I called the Modesto store, only to get told the item (the only one in The Bay Area), was ACTUALLY IN HAYWARD! I'm so disappointed about this lady's dishonesty and sales practices. Thank you to the honest woman in Modesto, and thank you to the kind folks at Hayward. They held the set for me, and price matched the online price. I think this location has lost a customer. Two stars for the clerks at the other store who navigated me in the right direction. ZERO stars for this location.

TL;DR: Silva (sales) and Tran (jeweler) are the best!…read more My husband and I got my engagement ring here 1.5 years ago. We made very clear what we wanted as to the ring setting (i.e., a low profile), and the store manager at the time promised us that, even if we're not happy after purchase, we can come back any time and they can and will easily change the setting, satisfaction guaranteed, etc. Right after our engagement, we came back to the store and paid for a new ring setting, as the one my then-fiancee ultimately chose (based on the manager's recommendation) was still too high for my liking. We were told by the manager that it is no problem and we would have a new ring in no time. This is when the saga began. In the last 1.5 years, we have been calling and texting and visiting the store every other week, following up on the status, which were consistently met with - albeit very politely - (1) empty promises that it will be ready "this Friday" or "next week," (2) excuses (e.g., they are busy with [Christmas / Valentines' Day / Mother's Day] or there is no CAD designer available to do the drawing (in the entire Jared's chain)), or (3) simply ghosted. Finally, right before Christmas last year, we learned that the manager we've been "chasing" has moved out of the state to another branch. Quick note: we cannot just take the ring to any other jeweler to get a new setting because that would void the guarantee that Jared's offers (as most jewelry stores do) on the ring (e.g., if a/the stone falls off, they will replace it). Feeling utterly defeated and hopeless, we went into the store again, that's when we met Silva. We told her our story and she quickly connected with the manager, checked the system and studied the records, figured out exactly what we wanted and what needed to be done, and started to mobilize the entire process. She checked in and provided updates almost weekly, showing exceptional professionalism and commitment. Silva then introduced us to the amazing Tran, the in-store expert jeweler (whom I assume has been at the store in the last 1.5 years). Tran is super knowledgeable about everything jewelry. He explained to us the pros and cons of our different options - balancing beauty and strength. In the end, Tran went above and beyond, defying the laws of structural physics, designed and produced exactly what we wanted (no CAD drawings), for which we are beyond impressed and incredibly grateful. Thank you so much, Silva and Tran!!
