This wouldn't have been able to be done with him. His follow up during the process was amazing. They have CAD designs of the ring before they have their jewelers start designing the ring, so you have full control of how the ring looks. I made a couple of changes during this process and they were patient with me and showed me the changes on new CAD designs. After 6 weeks (they will be able to make the ring earlier but I wasn't in a rush), Isaq let me know the ring was ready for pick up. They showed me the certificate and was able to get me this beautiful box with a light in it (nice touch). I can't wait for my girlfriend to see this ring. When my friend was looking at stuff and I wandered to different display cases, another nice saleswoman approached me and asked if I would like to take anything out to try. She called around and found the item at another store. She offered to order it, but I had to pay for it (without seeing it in person, and it was an "as is" item). When I told her I was on my way to Hayward, she said the item was at the Modesto location. I left the store, but decided I'd just drive out to Modesto since this was a very important gift for my long time surrogate mother, deceased mother's best friend, celebrating a large birthday after surviving Cancer TWICE!
