Afnan helped me take care of the warranty paperwork too, so the whole pickup process was very pleasant. The price was also really good and definitely competitive with what I was seeing elsewhere. He showed me great compassion and was very patient with my indecisiveness. I showed him a ring for inspiration and we were able to help me create a beautifully custom ring below. This wouldn't have been able to be done with him. His follow up during the process was amazing. They have CAD designs of the ring before they have their jewelers start designing the ring, so you have full control of how the ring looks. I made a couple of changes during this process and they were patient with me and showed me the changes on new CAD designs. After 6 weeks (they will be able to make the ring earlier but I wasn't in a rush), Isaq let me know the ring was ready for pick up. They showed me the certificate and was able to get me this beautiful box with a light in it (nice touch). I can't wait for my girlfriend to see this ring. Suddenly, the female employee at the front counter--a middle-aged white woman--yelled loudly across the room, saying "Do not touch!" even though we had not touched anything at all. She then continued yelling "No food allowed," again in a very rude tone. There was absolutely no need for her to raise her voice, especially with children present. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough and she could have walked up to me and told me quietly instead of yelling across the store I immediately took my children outside and handed the food to my husband, then returned to the store to speak with the manager, a Filipino male employee with large eyes. I explained to him that the employee's behavior was totally unacceptable and asked for her to apologize--because she could have simply walked over and spoken to us politely instead of yelling across the room. However, the manager repeatedly said that he "could not force someone to apologize" and that "there is nothing he can do," and only offered to apologize on her behalf. The building was a former Ford auto plant, which gave them plenty of room to work with. The mall opened in 1994. It's primarily an outlet mall, but they have lots of other retailers as well. They have a Dick's Sporting Goods, they have a Home Depot across the parking lot , for clothes, they have Marshalls, Kohl's, Burlington, Old Navy and lots of others. They even have a furniture store They have stores ranging from bargain to luxury . They have restaurants ranging from Dave and Buster's, to Burger King to Popeyes to Jollibee, as well as food and snacks in all different. Nationalities. If you can't find something to eat here, you are not hungry. They have a movie theater with 20 screens, other play places, and . They even have a "cattery.". With roughly 200 stores, if you can't find what you are looking for here, you aren't looking hard enough. Of course, the stores do change from time to time. This is what was there when I was there..... The mall is in a giant circle, so it makes it very hard to get lost. Just keep walking, and you will come back to the door that you came in. The place can get busy, especially during the holidays. I was there on a Sunday, with a lot of people there, but again the size made the crowds much more manageable.
