Staff is not at all helpful. Never seen a place with this bad a return policy. Wore a watch for a day and it stopped working. Took it back to return it, as their receipt states 90 days return policy, but they refused to take it back claiming it was used. Now have to go through the warranty to get it repaired. If u sold a product that does not work, u should be taking it back. Dont be fooled by their return and exchange policy. They will find 1 scratch on the wall from before u bought it, and claim that it was used and therefore non returnable. read more

This place has some AMAZING deals on watches. They have all designer watches, yet as we all know, some designers are dreadful. But, given that is subjective, some basic people out there will likely adore watches that you couldn't pay me to wear. The watches are either a year or two older models (who cares though) or refurbished. They are clearly labeled for the literate of us. Prices are seriously ridiculously reasonable. They also often have buy one get one 50% off deals. The employees are super helpful. Every time I have gone in, they were super patient, attentive, and accommodating. At times I'd try on 4-5 watches without them batting an eyelash. I saw someone complaining about the employees. Let me just say the quality level of the PEOPLE at this mall is the biggest challenge, not the employees. If you carry yourself in a respectable, dignified manner and look halfway put together, staff is always more than pleasant. The products here are great. My review is of the staff! I walked in and 3 workers were on the floor. None of them greeted me - they were too busy holding their own conversation. eventually the male walked over and helped me pick a watch I wanted and was helpful in taking out the links. We came here on December 26th and 27th to do some after Christmas shopping. I swear had the sakes not been so phenomenal I would've stormed out both days. Horrible customer service. We practically had to beg a sales person to wait on us. I was shopping with my two adult daughters and my mother and we were ignored as though we were a bunch of teenagers wearing sagging jeans and casing the place for an attempted robbery. My oldest daughter lives in San Jose (we were here visiting) and she stayed that when she shopped here before Christmas that she was treated the same way. The only positive was the Asian salesperson who saw the looks on our faces as well as the comments about being ignored that we were making and he went above and beyond to satisfy our every need. Then a slender Hispanic young man also came to our aide. But the heavy set African-American or Hispanic salesclerk seemed to be bothered when we asked to see a watch. I wish their employees had their actual names on their badges as opposed to the business' name. I will admit that once the gentlemen stepped up it was a very pleasant shopping experience but it took a lot of patience and tolerance to get there. read more

We bought a watch in December 2018 and within few weeks the battery died. We had to visit the store multiple times to get the battery replaced. Once we were told they are out of batteries and today we were told they do not replace the batteries on weekends. They need to learn how to resolve issues caused by the poor quality stock they carry. So before I begin I would like to preface this visit and my experience with the employees and manager of the store. I've only recently got into watches and wanted to find a cheap store to start out with. I was at the mall and passed by the store so I walked in. The store had killer deals and I was surprised by what I found. It wasn't a cheap store at all. They actually had some very nice watches. I checked out the same model watches online and their prices could not be beat (for their Armani brands). I bought a watch that I liked and I was on my way. No big deal right? Well 5 months go by and I want to buy a second watch. Same workers and same experience. They were very helpful and took care of me. I ended up dropping one of the watches and broke the crystal while I was traveling. I took it back to them and they shipped out the watch. Men don't like going to many stores, so a one stop shop is a big plus. So what's the big deal right? Here is where they've earned their stripes and made me a long time customer. The watch came back from repair (from an authorized Armani dealer not some 3rd rate watch repair stand or sweatshop out in China) and UPS damage the product in shipping. I called in and the customer service was AMAZING, yet again. They waived all the fees and everything I paid and sent me a label to send it back out to get repaired again for FREE. You heard it right, even though I broke it the first time, they're going to take care of me for FREE. No dues paid. Then the watch came back and the second hand for the stop watch was 2 seconds off. I call them back and they were extremely apologetic. I didn't really care at this point, I had a 2nd watch and I'm getting this fixed at no cost... how can this get any better right? The tell me over the phone I can either send it for repair a third time or they'll just give me a gift card for the full value of the watch because my watch was discontinued in their inventory. WHAT!? Winning! So the GC comes in the mail today and I went to the store and behold.. my original watch is still being sold and better yet.. for even cheaper!! I get the same watch I originally had and I buy two other watches with the remaining balance of the GC. They recently updated their computers today and had some technical difficulties. I told them I'm in no hurry and to take their time. All the employees made small talk with me when they weren't helping other customers and have all helped me at one point. The system issue took quite a bit of time because of the GC and they apologized about 5 different time. After about 20 minutes he said he was very sorry and the system couldn't process the transaction. Since I was so patient they would eat the cost of the difference and take care of me. That's right! Talk about service! I may have came out on top and it is uncommon but the service from the staff is commendable and world-class. I am definitely coming back here for many years to come and recommending this place to my friends and family. The deals are solid year round and the staff are rockstars. Every time I come in I try 5 or 6 watches and they've always been patient with me and let me try everything on. I always leave feeling like I got a great deal and I got exactly what I wanted. In total since December 2015 I've bought 6 watches from here. Happy with every one so far! Till next time!! I'll be back for another watch soon! read more

I was referred here by a different watch repair shop because they specialized in Fossil watches. I was having problems with my hybrid smart watch which I received as a gift. It not longer connected to my phone. The store was quiet when I came in and I was immediately greeted by Dennis. I explained my problem to him and he took a solid half and hour focusing on my watch and trying to figure out how to fix it. When he wasn't successful, he called his manager, Diego, to come assess the issue as well. He also spend another half hour trying to diagnosis the problem. In the end, they decided to make me whole and deliver me the same watch in working order. Diego told me he would call me next week, and sure enough he called exactly a week later. Dennis checked to make sure the watch worked perfectly before I left. I felt so taken care of. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. This type of customer service is rare nowaday, as they personally invested to make sure I was happy. Side note - I have active toddlers that I had to bring with me. I can imagine you would normally want get a mom with hyper kids out of a store asap, but they were so patient with them. Thank you Dennis and Diego. You guys are amazing. read more

Ordered two Michael Kors' watches. Loved the pink one but not happy with the color on the aqua one. I returned the aqua watch and it was received by Watch Station on 7/7. As of 8/3/20 I still haven't received a credit. When I called they said they would notify Credit Dept to process. No explanation was offered. It will take 9-11 business days to be applied to my credit card. I was disappointed in the service and the attitude. However, I do love the pink watch. read more

An employee opened the case for us as my mom looked over a watch she was interested in. You could tell she thought we weren't gonna purchase anything from her attitude and body language. And guess what!! the watch was defective and in used condition. Its color was faded there was no covering to the watch the belt was broken cause one of those metal things you need to attach the belt was not there. The Vibe when walking in is lounge like and the atmosphere is filled with smiles and I was greeted right away. Lists of choices but of course you have to keep in mind that it's an outlet mall so the prices are going to amazingly cheap while the models of the watches won't be the latest. As I take my time looking around, I am not being hawked eyed by the workers and they let me take my time and browse. I find a watch, I like and they get me a new one and ask me if I was looking for anything else. The workers Mariah, and Diego showed me a couple different watches and I like two of them. Walked into this store for the first time yesterday (03/23), as my wife and a friend were looking to purchase some watches. Let me cut straight to it: Pros: - Selection was nice - Displays were uncluttered, and the store itself was spacious and clean Cons: - There seemed to be quite a few employees who were working here (or so it seemed). However, it seemed like they were more interested in goofing off with each other, rather than helping any customers. There were several customers who walked into the store with us, and the sales associates were completely oblivious to this. - As more customers started walking into the store, the sales associates STILL did nothing and just stood around. No "welcome to our store", no friendly glances, nothing. - The one guy who DID eventually come up to ask me if I needed any help seemed 'forced' to do so. Barely made eye contact, quickly asked "Did you need any assistance sir?" (while turning away), and quickly walked away as I replied "No, thank you, I'm good". - My friend commented, "Wow, it doesn't seem like they're interested in selling anything at this store. I have yet to see anybody come up and ask if we wanted to look at anything". Right away, one of the female associates comes power walking up, "Oh hi, can I help you take a look at anything?" LOL SMH [facepalm] Wifey and our friend ended up purchasing some watches anyways, as they had a great BOGO deal at the time that was too good to pass up. However, I must say there was nothing really compelling me to come back here. The first impression was just terrible, and the customer service here is just awful. I came in looking to buy my boyfriend a watch as a birthday gift and man am I happy I did! Right away I was approached by Francis. Francis was really helpful at suggesting different styles and prices. He was patient with me and didn't try to push me into buying something I didn't want. I really appreciate when salespeople take the time to really care about the customer, that's just what he did! He also offered to size the watch and told me I could always come back if I had any issues. I have been back 3 times now to purchase watches from him. This place is great! I always come here to replace my watch batteries. It's about $10 each time plus tax. They even adjust your watch to the right time and day and then wipe it down and do a quick cleaning! I definitely recommend. My friend and I had to wait a while in line to get in the store because there were so many people. Their variety of watches was crazy, I didn't know where to begin. But the sales lady that helped us knew her stuff, she helped me find the perfect watch for my mom and it was in my price range. My mom loved her watch that I got her and I would definitely recommend coming to this place to get a nice, quality watch for an affordable price.
