Nice shop with staff that will replace batteries for swatch watches and tell you when a watch is not working anymore. Picked out a new watch for each of my kids and the staff was helpful enough to put new holes in the strap to fit their smaller wrists. read more

What a fun store. We stopped by while in the valley fair mall. I have loved swatch watches since the 80's. This store has a very nice variety of watches. Something for everyone. We were helped by George, the swatch associate. He was so sweet. I told him about my first swatch watch and how it doesn't work anymore. It was a gift from my grandmother, back in 1984. I've kept it all these years even though it's broken. I showed him a picture of it, that I found on Google. He said they actually have a new version of the exact style. I couldn't believe it. He took it out of the cabinet to show me. And it looked exactly like my broken one. It was the only one they had, so I had to buy it. I'm so happy with my purchase. Thank you George for making my day. It was meant to be, that I found that watch again. read more

What a horrible store and a terrible manger. after driving for almost 2 hours and being in line for 3 hours for the AP Swatch Royal pop the refuse to open the store and said the release is canceled . you guys suck will never buy another swatch ever. read more

I thought I was all that when I got my first pop swatch when I was in high school. The watches have evolved and make for great gifts especially for younger kids. I personally like their Omega partnership and have one of those. read more

My husband was so excited to check out the Swatch/Blancpain watch collection. When he called to make sure they had the colors he was interested in available in stock, he talked to someone who seemed equally enthused about watches as he was, so he was so excited to go in and check it out in person. Unfortunatlely, when we got there, it took several mins for an employee who was just walking around with a sweep to finally give us the time of day. When he explained that he was interested in looking at 2 colors of the Swatch/Blancpain watches, she seemed more annoyed than anything else. She reluctantly brought out the 2 colors but made it clear he couldn't try it on, could barely touch it, etc. He had been wanting the watch for months and was buying it as a birthday gift to himself, so he still bought it, but it has taken a couple of days for him to actually feel happy about the purchase. Basically, we were treated like criminals there to steal a watch rather than paying customers. The return policy is also wild to me to not be allowed to even try on a watch and then have 14 days to return it unworn! I just can't fathom it. I have been with my husband and brothers to fancy watch shops with Rolexes, Grand Seikos, etc. but never been treated as poorly as we were at the Swatch store in the mall. read more

I bought a watch, took it home. Opened it try it on the next day. I brought it back to return it and they said it was worn and has scratches on it and we cannot take it back. Worst customer service swatch isn't what it used to be. Do not buy any watches here. The watch is $100 and it's basically just a tank of gas for me so the value it doesn't really matter but the fact that the way they treated me as a customer was below standard and customer service. I've worked at retail many many years. I will talk to corporate and make this return happen. read more

I was interested in buying an Omega x Swatch. I walked into the store this afternoon around 2 PM, with no other customers. I politely asked a lady at the podium for help, but she responded with a poor attitude, only replying with one-word answers like "Yes" or "No." When I asked again if I could check out a watch that wasn't on display, she simply said "No" and walked away. I ended up buying the watch from another employee who helped me after she left. What a "great" experience for my first time visiting a Swatch store--such great attitude. read more

Went it to get battery replacement for a couple of swatch omega mission to moon series watches and apart from getting the batteries replaced the sales lady at the store also recommended having the scratches buffed and removed. Overall the service provided was excellent and the sales person was very friendly and accommodating even though we didn't purchase anything new. This store is deliberately making it difficult to get the Omega collaboration model. I called the store, and they said that as long as I arrived within 20 minutes, there should be no problem since they had stock. However, when I got there 20 minutes later, they suddenly said they can't sell me one. They even told me to come in person every day to check for stock. The staff also mentioned that their headquarters instructed them to intentionally sell only a limited amount of stock every day, even if they had plenty available. It's honestly ridiculous. read more

Beware of this place because they sold me a fake omega x mission to Neptune's swatch. I brought in the watch to have it check because after purchase the watch was not working , maybe it needed a battery change. My watch was brought in the back by the manager which took him almost an hour and to tell me the watch looks off and the band is different. I have not change anything to the watch . This place seems like it's doing some shady business. How is that possible if it's purchased at a swatch store And I'm accused of bringing in a fake watch. So Make sure you have them bring out two watches to check for similarities of color and bracelet types so they don't BS you and you can verify it's real. Manager denied my exchange or refund. I had both proof of warranty card and receipt of purchase. I don't trust this business. read more

Had a very bad experience at this store. Bought a Swatch omega watch for our son's birthday. Drove 2 hours to get it since this was the only Swatch store in the area. Told the sales girl that this was a birthday gift for our son. She said you can return it if he doesn't like it... to just keep in mind that we had 14 days to do the return. Turns out our son put it on for all of 2 minutes, if that, and decided that he didn't like it. We told him to return it and we'd get him something different. He went to the store within the 14 day return window and had a horrible experience with the manager. Just because the thin plastic film had been removed on top of the watch, the manager concluded that the watch had been "extensively" worn and had "scratches" on it. My son asked him to show him the so called scratches he was referring to. The manager couldn't because there were none. He seemed to have had made a pre-determination that he would not take the watch back no matter what regardless of the fact that my son had taken the watch back in its original packaging along with the original receipt. I called the Swatch US customer service and they were absolutely useless. They claimed they had to rely on the store manager's assessment and final decision over the customer's and could do nothing to help. I guess we all live and learn. This was a horrible and frustrating experience and the last time we bought from this store and Swatch. read more

Amazing staff... even though the store was bursting at the seams and totally bustling on a Saturday afternoon, the regional manager took the time to patiently resize Sam's watch. In the process, she twisted one of the pins as it was jammed in the watch and immediately replaced the watch with another one. Service was delivered with a smile... definitely coming back here! One thing about Swatches that I really love.. the fact that the battery is on the exterior of the watch. No need to worry about compromising the manufacturer seal! read more

Given that it's been a while since I've been to this Swatch store, it's about time I write an update. This time around, the selection was excellent, especially the ones on sale (which usually lasts from the day after Thanksgiving until mid-December). Given that there were so many choices, and the watches that are on sale come with a policy of "no refunds/no exchanges," I had to take my time in selecting the best ones. Thankfully, the staff was extremely helpful, even though only one person manned the entire store. She was pretty knowledgeable about the watches the store carried, and I ended up buying something unique as a result (something made back in 2004). Extra kudos to her for stamping the international warranty card instead of the one for the US (since this purchase was headed overseas). Thus, if you're looking for a high quality watch not made in China (and at a good price as well), this Swatch store is one of the best places to buy a great Swiss-made watch. read more

I love Swatch! They have great super thin and lightweight watches that are their signature skin line and lots of cute watches for everyday. Great watches for gift giving and a very wide selection. I've bought many watches for friends and family here, and they've always been a hit. This is the flagship store, and the salespeople are incredibly helpful. If you already own a Swatch, they can buff it for you for free and change your battery (I think for a small fee). I always get lots of compliments for my cute watches, and since they're quite moderately priced for the quality and care, you'll want to collect them all! read more

I've got a problem. And it's being a Swatch Watch addict. :) The Swatch store is a great one stop shop for all of your Swatch needs. There are a lot of different varieties of watch for different personality styles, from metal to leather to silicone to plastic bands (I might have missed one in there). The watches also come with a range of different features from simple to their new kinetic watch. This also means a variety of price ranges! Which means adding one or two to my collection won't necessarily break the bank. Swatch also releases great seasonal watches in addition to their standbys. The store offers repair service which includes adjustment of bands on the day of purchase (even punching a hole into your band, if needed), buffing of watch faces, and battery replacement. They make it too easy to wear and maintain a watch. The staff is very friendly and so helpful. I love coming in there to talk Swatch with them. read more

Received great service from Raymond on two occasions. First time was when my boyfriend was buying his sistem 51 watch and the second time was when I brought in an old swatch for a battery replacement, buff, and band replacement. He was very attentive with my boyfriend when he was looking at the sistem 51, and was also very nice and informative. When I brought my old swatch in for the band replacement and all the other repairs needed, they didn't have the exact color strap I wanted, and Raymond stepped in and really helped me figure out which color strap would match my red face. He patiently switched out different bands for me so I could see which ones looked better with the face, and even thought to switch out the watch tongue for me to better match my watch! I was really appreciative of that. I ended up purchasing a white silicone band and my old swatch looked beautiful and brand new. read more

The first time I ever walked into this store was because I got a postcard inviting me to bring in my Swatch watches to get free battery changes, wristband adjustments, and buffing, all for no charge. Why not, right? And I'm glad to report there was no catch. It looked like the two customers in front of me were there for the same reason. The first one probably had 10-20, the next one about 5-10, and I had 6. While handling one of my older watches, an associate broke the strap, and I told him it wouldn't be problematic as long as they replaced it. They were quoting me about 2 hours to get the job done. The next day, I got a phone call saying that the batch was ready. I came in, the exchange was quick and efficient (just how I like it), and everything was done to the best of their ability and to very satisfactory standards. And there was no charge to replace the band they had broken. A very pleasant experience all around, and they seemed to care about you and what they do. Which is more than I can say for most businesses out there. I wish all my customer service experiences could be like this. And if the yearly check-up continues for free every late August, it makes a Swatch watch that much better of a long-term investment. I used to always wear a Swatch when I was younger, and it's only till recently that I got a newer one. Swatch watches always have fabulous, fun, and whimsical designs; without sacrificing a reliable, technical timepiece. Ever since their "Gent" watches came out, I've been eyeing the brown/dark gray model (the markers are pink, and I LOVE pink). The associates are very helpful, patient, and know how to hold the store down- no matter how busy it is. The associates answered all my questions about the watch and the warranty (it's been a real long time since I wore one). I managed to snag the last one of the specific model I wanted. Whoohoo! PS. Sign-up for their loyalty program. They hold an event once a year- they change your battery, and buff/change the straps (if need be) for free. read more
