What drew us to Jade galore was the unique designs of their bands. For instance some of the bands are lined with baguettes diamonds and regular tiny round diamonds. The price was also much more affordable for a rock that had better specs that some of the more famous retailers. Their customer service continues to be wonderful even after you've purchased their product.

And when I said card, he said oh you don't have cash? No Sorry I don't feel safe carrying a lot of cash on me. So I like to make purchases with my card. But my question is why am I being asked so many times about how I'm going to pay when I haven't even made a decision on what I wanted. I felt very uncomfortable and rushed. People don't really pressure you into buying something or try to push you into buying something more higher-end or expensive than you were looking to. Victor, the owner, is very personable and kind. He also has a good eye and a keen understanding of what his customers are looking for. He made some helpful suggestions to my aunt about jewelry that were honest (meaning that if she went with his recommendation, she would have purchased something less expensive) and thoughtful (he really took her expressed needs and desires into consideration when helping her pick jewelry). Walking in I already had a man give me the dirtiest look and watched me like I was going to steal something. That's very uncomfortable for me because I am a woman with my daughter and you're coming at me like that and judging me not even knowing anything about me. It really rubbed me the wrong way. That's not good customer service. You don't treat people like that. And nobody even cared to help me with any questions I had to stand around and look over to the people working there for help and they didn't even come right away 5 people had to apparently help 1 person but when I asked to look at the Jade bangles the lady replied we don't really have much what do you want to look at. As someone who's interested in jewelry pieces it's your job to display what you have so I know what I'm looking for. I was extremely disappointed and not going to come back here again.

It was a nice surprise to find them. . The shop is small but is filled with a great mix of bead types including traditional glass beads, crystals , stones and more. I appreciate that I can get certain sizes and shapes of beads that I can't find at the other stores. I also loved being able to feel the beads and look at them in person vs online. Sam was there (maybe the owner) and he was super welcoming and helpful. I ended up with a string of jade beads and a string of coral colored beads plus some earring hooks. I'll be back for sure.

They refused to cancel my order Despite the item never leaving the store and me never taking possession of it and telling them I want the order cancelled management didn't want to speak to me they said they could do nothing even avoided my calls. It felt like a high-pressure sales tactic, to avoid a refund. I complained to cancel the order right after I found out they are crooks. They are refusing a refund for an item the customer has not even touched.
