Ahmed helped me out and was incredibly attentive throughout the whole process. I'm pretty particular about the watch that I'm getting this time, and wanted to try on a bunch of different ones to compare the dial sizes and Seiko silhouettes before deciding. Ahmed was more than happy to bring out everything I wanted to try. They didn't have the exact watch I was looking for in stock, so Ahmed helped me place an order and it came in about 3 weeks later. When I went back to pick it up, the watch was perfect, and everyone was also more than happy to resize the bracelet a few times until I got the fit just right, which I really appreciated. Afnan helped me take care of the warranty paperwork too, so the whole pickup process was very pleasant. The price was also really good and definitely competitive with what I was seeing elsewhere. It made the decision to buy from an authorized dealer, and this store specifically, an easy one. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall, just a really nice experience from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the watch and would definitely recommend this store.

He showed me great compassion and was very patient with my indecisiveness. I showed him a ring for inspiration and we were able to help me create a beautifully custom ring below. This wouldn't have been able to be done with him. His follow up during the process was amazing. They have CAD designs of the ring before they have their jewelers start designing the ring, so you have full control of how the ring looks. I made a couple of changes during this process and they were patient with me and showed me the changes on new CAD designs. After 6 weeks (they will be able to make the ring earlier but I wasn't in a rush), Isaq let me know the ring was ready for pick up. They showed me the certificate and was able to get me this beautiful box with a light in it (nice touch). I can't wait for my girlfriend to see this ring. When shopping around, Fiona took the time to explain the quality of items and made useful recommendations without trying to upsell. During the checkout process, she was also incredibly thorough and very diligent with making sure all paperwork is handled correctly. She made sure all corresponding certification cards were given and proper verification measurements of my items correlated to the information on the official paperwork. When my friend and I arrived, another saleswoman had helped us before Fiona arrived back from break. We felt extremely welcome the moment we walked in. I believe her name was Selina (?). I don't fully recall her name but she was incredibly nice. When my friend was looking at stuff and I wandered to different display cases, another nice saleswoman approached me and asked if I would like to take anything out to try. I did not catch her name but overall service was top notch and everyone was willing to help even though they knew we already had a dedicated salesperson that will be making our transaction. My friend had previously arranged this shopping trip with a different saleswomen (I believe her name is Fan) via WeChat. She was not available on the day that we went but made sure everything was coordinated well with Fiona so that things went smoothly. The communication between my friend and Fan (?) was very nice and understanding. She went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. I am truly impressed and very happy with my shopping experience. I look forward to being a returning customer. I really like Lukfook from shopping at their stores in Asia and was excited when a store in Milpitas opened up. Customer service, quality, selection, price - all excellent! Highly recommend. **No refunds**

Went in to the store to find something advertised online…read more They did not carry it in the store, but had a cheaper version which the clerk said she'd price match to the other item. Except the item was originally $405, marked down to $125.97, this set was only $295 (and should have been on sale, too). I looked at a few more items, and she didn't look up the prices, only said she'd sell it to me for $125. We're talking a $179 bracelet (on sale), some earrings, and a ring. She called around and found the item at another store. She offered to order it, but I had to pay for it (without seeing it in person, and it was an "as is" item). When I told her I was on my way to Hayward, she said the item was at the Modesto location. I left the store, but decided I'd just drive out to Modesto since this was a very important gift for my long time surrogate mother, deceased mother's best friend, celebrating a large birthday after surviving Cancer TWICE! I wanted a ruby and white sapphire birthstone set to commemorate this special occasion. Luckily, I called the Modesto store, only to get told the item (the only one in The Bay Area), was ACTUALLY IN HAYWARD! I'm so disappointed about this lady's dishonesty and sales practices. Thank you to the honest woman in Modesto, and thank you to the kind folks at Hayward. They held the set for me, and price matched the online price. I think this location has lost a customer. Two stars for the clerks at the other store who navigated me in the right direction. ZERO stars for this location.

All her comments were getting offensive. She kept insisting to do the Kay card for financing or don't worry about price there is payments ( never ask if we wanted to pay up front or finance ) my fiancé tried on a ring and wanted to compare with another but was told she can only hold one at a time/ Diana had to hold thee other ...which was fine other shops are same She kept asking for us to stop touching the diamond as our skins oil will disturb with clarity ... she made remarks about how now she has to go clean them later . My fiancé was debating the ring on her finger/hand but Diana said that's not how you are supposed to view it ... then brought her mirror out and said to view through the mirror -.- ???? My fiancé had ask me take out her phone so she can take a picture of it ... Diana had said no we can't take pictures ... we thought it was a joke but she told us people take pictures of rings and the tags then come back with fake replica trying to swap them out . She asked if we shop there before I told her yes we've purchased from previous years going back to 2017 . We ask to put the one we like down on the wishlist . She looked at us confused asking if we knew what a wishlist is... she then proceeded telling us what it was ...Obviously we know what a wishlist is . This whole encounter was super overwhelming I felt like I was being discriminated , felt like she treated us as if we were thieves trying to scam/steal from them and most importantly discouraged... we came in hoping to get an engagement rings for our new beginnings . I finally got fed up ... got up from my seat and told my fiancé let's go . Diana had the audacity to remark with " where are you guys going ? Getting married? " all this while laughing Long story short we drove to the location in NEWARK met Maria and I suggest coming here instead . She and the rest of the crew was nice patient gave us our privacy . We walked out much more satisfied and purchased what we wanted ring for my fiancé and ring for me .
