When shopping around, Fiona took the time to explain the quality of items and made useful recommendations without trying to upsell. During the checkout process, she was also incredibly thorough and very diligent with making sure all paperwork is handled correctly. She made sure all corresponding certification cards were given and proper verification measurements of my items correlated to the information on the official paperwork. When my friend and I arrived, another saleswoman had helped us before Fiona arrived back from break. We felt extremely welcome the moment we walked in. I believe her name was Selina (?). I don't fully recall her name but she was incredibly nice. When my friend was looking at stuff and I wandered to different display cases, another nice saleswoman approached me and asked if I would like to take anything out to try. I did not catch her name but overall service was top notch and everyone was willing to help even though they knew we already had a dedicated salesperson that will be making our transaction. My friend had previously arranged this shopping trip with a different saleswomen (I believe her name is Fan) via WeChat. She was not available on the day that we went but made sure everything was coordinated well with Fiona so that things went smoothly. The communication between my friend and Fan (?) was very nice and understanding. She went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. Except the item was originally $405, marked down to $125.97, this set was only $295 (and should have been on sale, too). She called around and found the item at another store. She offered to order it, but I had to pay for it (without seeing it in person, and it was an "as is" item). When I told her I was on my way to Hayward, she said the item was at the Modesto location. I left the store, but decided I'd just drive out to Modesto since this was a very important gift for my long time surrogate mother, deceased mother's best friend, celebrating a large birthday after surviving Cancer TWICE! I wanted a ruby and white sapphire birthstone set to commemorate this special occasion. Luckily, I called the Modesto store, only to get told the item (the only one in The Bay Area), was ACTUALLY IN HAYWARD! I'm so disappointed about this lady's dishonesty and sales practices. The guy over there told me it can be fixed, but first, they need to see it. He also told me it can be fixed either the same day or in 2 or 3 days depending upon the size of the damage. When I went there, the lady at the counter was so kind, she heard me patiently and called the other guy to fix my earring while taking all the precautions. It got fixed during the same visit.
