You know that saying that you never work a day in your life if you love what you do? These people embody it! First, the ice cream is great! I usually like a thicker, creamier texture but these are also delicious and I feel like the friendly service adds to that. You're like put in a happy state because their energy is infectious in a good way! I was able to try a few flavors and landed on strawberry cheesecake as my latest favorite there! I've been here twice now. First time, we got the milkshakes and the second time we got the sundae brunch (sundae on a waffle). Every day has a different special and these are part of the different daily specials. For the milkshake, it comes with 3 scoops so I did 2 strawberry and 1 strawberry cheesecake in case the cheesecake part was too much. The sundae brunch was fun... you can pick two scoops of ice cream then 4 toppings are included. The inside is decorated with a lot of love for cows through art and other decor and the folks here will tell you about how their milk is sourced from a generational farm. They take a lot of pride and put a lot of love into this place. You should definitely check it out and we'll be back to try more flavors and daily specials! read more

went here twice within a week because it was that good! the first time I went, they had a special on their floats so I got a root beer float and was able to choose any flavor ice cream! my bf and I also tried their hot dogs & bratwurst and were big fans of the hot dogs! i thought it was interesting an ice cream place would sell hot dogs but they're amazing and I'm so glad I tried it! the next time I went, they had a special on their moofait so I got the oreo one which was PACKED. i wasn't expecting it to be so big but luckily I was sharing w my bf! both times we received excellent service! the owners (?) are super nice, personable, and social! the first time there, one of them explained their flavors, best sellers, and where they get their bratwursts which was fun to hear. for the price and quality of everything, I was definitely not disappointed and am def going back! read more

Great spot to get ice cream, milkshakes, soft ice cream! By far best service!! I'm not just say that because I know the owners! Tom and I took Annie, she was right out of puppy camp training. Annie was amazing!! Then she saw the cow on the wall. . It was time for us to leave. Will & Bill, you both look great!!! WE really enjoyed catching up! So proud of your accomplishments! Such a wonderful store with wonderful humans inside! It was myfirst time in today, and the employee there was so welcoming and patiently explained things to me and allowed me to try as many flavors as I wished. It was clean, bright, and pleasant inside. I ultimately chose to get a single with two flavors - French vanilla and moo's cookies. It was delicious, and the portion was generous. I could really taste the quality of the ingredients and the flavors were strong but not cloying. Finally, the employee who helped me gave my puppy a little cup of soft serve too! Tried this local Fed Hill ice cream shop and I highly recommend as a stop after dinner or just to cool down. They have a fun cow centric vibe and use very creamy milk from a local farm. They have daily specials and we tried their fudge sundae which was a very reasonable $6 and comes with a freshly baked fudgy brownie and free toppings! They also have snoballs but I didn't get a chance to try those. Their menu is very clearly labeled and helpful for those with food allergies/restrictions and even have a kosher distinction! They are across the street from B'more licks and don't have as many flavors but I think their ice cream quality is just as good if not better. read more

There may be a lot of ice cream around here but there's not a lot of real ice cream. This is the stuff without all the gums and fillers (check your ingredients Kim K before you talk about what color owners whatever spot has better "ice cream"). Will and Bill travel far to bring top notch farm fresh creamery REAL ice cream and all you have to do is taste it to know what the difference. Don't stress; they generously offer samples. Don't sleep on the waffle cones which are extremely fresh and super buttery and crisp. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place, the atmosphere, decor, customer service and of course the ice cream. This was such a wonderful experience. We tried different ice creams as this was our first time visiting and could not decide which one to get. We enjoyed Waffle Cone Wednesday, which included $5 waffle cones with 3 scoops of ice cream. My husband enjoyed peanut butter ripple (2 scoops) and I loved the salted caramel crunch so I had to get a scoop and the other was a classic scoop of butter pecan. This place is awesome! Such a wonderful place. A small shop serving up some delicious ice cream all summer long. If you are lactose intolerant or vegan they have soft serve options made with coconut milk made in house just for you. If you are a local ask for a punch card for a free scoop after your 8th scoop. 5 stars!!! I was debating going to bmore licks or here and I'm glad I chose here (Full discloser: I've never been to bmore licks but I feel my experience at Moo Moo Cows couldn't have been beaten!). The staff was so nice and greeted me immediately upon entry and enthusiastically explained all their different flavors / specials. I happened to go on Waffle Cone Wednesday which is 2 scoops of ice cream & a waffle cone for $5. I'm not a big cone person, I normally get a cup because cones are messy and not that good ~usually~. But since it was a special I got the waffle cone AND IT WAS SO GOOD! It actually tasted like a Belgian waffle lol. And of course the ice cream is also very very very good. I got the salted caramel crunch and the brownies flavor. read more

O M G. Talk about the best ice cream ever! It is almost impossible to explain. It is so lightweight, so creamy, so flavorful. I don't know how ice cream can make you feel "more healthy" so you don't feel so bad for eating the entire thing. Friday is Fudgy Friday, where you get the fudgiest brownie I've ever had, with a scoop of ice cream, and 4 toppings of your choice. *french kiss* There was a guy named Bill that helped us while we were there and he was great! He was telling us that they get their ice cream from a dairy farm locally in Delaware. Ugh, it was worth every calorie. We will definitely be back. Moo Moo Cows is the BEST ice cream we have ever had. We stumbled across it last year and have been going as often as we could. Will and Bill are so kind and accommodating. We love the fun atmosphere. We are also extremely impressed by the quality and love that they put into their ice cream shop. The ice cream and the food are all the highest standards. Equally, they have been rated an A+ by the health department! We never even knew the health department gave out that high of a score until we found out they received it. We are not even surprised! This place is something I recommend to everyone stopping in Baltimore. It is our favorite gem. read more

We came in close to closing time, and unlike pretty much any ice cream shop I've ever been in late at night, instead of a bored teenager behind the counter, the owner was working the cash register! An immediate sign that this guy cares a lot about his business--he's also quite the salesman, and gave us a friendly pitch about his favorite flavors and the quality of the ice cream. Well, it did not disappoint. Our group of four ordered one sundae and three cones, all in different flavors, and not a single flavor was bad. In fact, most of them were probably the best instances of those flavors that we had ever tasted. We especially recommend the espresso ice cream, which is something like a mocha latte in frozen form--it is amazing. The pumpkin ice cream, which is probably a seasonal flavor, was also incredible. Finally, the fudge that you can get on the sundae is apparently made in-house, and is astonishingly good. Highly recommend! read more

This place was amazing. Some of the best ice cream I have ever tasted in terms of quality, made better by the wonderful service. The owners are incredibly nice, the store is beautiful, and the location is awesome! The most amazing and friendliest ice cream shop we've met thus far in Baltimore. Creamy quality ice cream. My waffle cone was thick, fresh, and crispy. The shops owners were so helpful and patient ... explaining all the delicious flavors before we made our selections. The best part is that they offer sundaes for your pups. My doodles consumed their desserts in less than a minute. We also got a bratwurst which was an added bonus. My husband took a bite and started nodding his head in approval.
