Loved the outside art that they have. Its so pretty!!!! They also have window outside to order and they had options for dogs as well. We got the cookie monster one since that is what theyre known for. It was so gooddd!!! The staff were not that nice though. We went on a sunday and not much people were there.
Homemade gourmet ice cream shop in Federal Hill with some exotic flavors! Minimal indoor seating available. Outdoor tables nearby as well. Staff are very kind, free samples available. Highly recommend checking this place out! Try the Oreo cone with peppermint stick ice cream or the Cuban coffee Oreo on its own. Both are delicious and rich flavors.
Went to Baltimore for lunch and ended up getting this homemade ice cream. BMore licks have soft and hard serve ice cream to order. I decided to get the typical coffee soft serve ice cream. It is so delicious. More of a grab and go place but they do have a small seating area inside and outside during the summer.
Similar to how I feel about Ekiben, Bmore Licks is consistently a hit no matter which location you decide to go to. This everything you expect from Bmore Licks. A large and varied selection of ice cream, soft serve, and sundaes. The offerings can be overwhelming but in a good way. Just take a beat and you will definitely find something that tickles your fancy you will never walk away empty handed because they have something for everyone!
Hands down the best ice cream I've ever had!! We walked by on the way to dinner and saw a line around the corner (well, they ARE located in the corner) and knew we had to stop by for an after dinner dessert. They have a window on the sidewalk where you can order as well as inside. They have soft serve, ice cream, sundaes and more. These flavors are very unique and there are different options on how you want your ice cream served in. I ordered the ice cream taco that comes with 2 scoops of ice cream, hot fudge, candy of your choice, topped with whipped cream all in a "taco shell" (waffle cone shell). Ice cream at an ice cream shop nowadays can be quite expensive, but not at Bmore Licks, especially for the quantity and good quality that you receive! A must try in Baltimore!
Bmore Licks is a really tasty ice cream and soft-serve shop full of creative flavors, on Light Street a few blocks south of Key Highway. It's right on the corner, and with any luck you can land street parking right out front. You can order inside, especially if you want to study the nearly endless list of flavors. We usually use the Light Street order-window, and sit at their aqua-blue tables right there. I had crunchy Pistachio-Heath soft-serve with tiny sweet chips, and everyone found a favorite, except my niece, who always had one cone in each hand :-) Sorry, i only know my own flavor for sure! I think we had chocolatey not-too-peanut-buttery peanut-butter-cup, delicious vegan banana, tangy key lime, rich German chocolate, sweet blueberry cheesecake, and either mocha or amaretto (which i didnt get a taste of). It was slightly cool out, and we took over about half of their tables, while folks came and went at the others, as people strolled by and runners dodged us. A wonderful relaxing treat for us all.

The line wasn't too long, but based on how many people came in and out, I could tell it was well-loved and enjoyed by many. KIDDIE SCOOP I forgot how much it was, but I paid $4 for a single scoop after tax, and there was a generous amount of ice cream. I tried the Strawberry Crunch flavor (modeled after the ice cream bar I enjoyed as a kid) but thought it was too artificial and sweet. I think I got the wrong flavor, unfortunately. I'm open to trying a different flavor if I'm in the area. The ice cream is affordable and there are so many to choose from. My friend enjoyed her birthday cake scoop!
On a nice May day, went for ice cream after walking around Fed Hill and Inner Harbor. Was able to get ice cream quickly and it tasted great! I got the Cuban coffee Oreo and birthday cake flavors. Taking one star off because the double scoop was in a small cup so it was hard to eat the ice cream without it almost falling. I would get the double scoop again, but ask for it in a bigger cup. My hands were definitely sticky from trying to get the ice cream without it falling and the ice cream starting to melt at the same time while sitting outside. Definitely try it out if you are in the area!

Hands down the best soft serve I've experienced. I may be living under a rock but I've never had soft serve where flavors can be mixed!!! The location is super cute and quaint! There are a few dining areas inside and outside but other than that it's easier to take it to go. There are so many flavors to choose from and when we found out we could mix...SOLD! The staff were super nice and provided us with options! Y'all...I got the chocolate chip Cookie dough and caramel. My friend got cookies and cream and peanut butter cup. I never eat all of my ice cream but on that night...devoured!!! And there were so many patrons going in and out so you know the place is good! If you're ever in the Baltimore area, this is definitely a stop for the road! I'll be back! read more

The only problem with this place is there are too many choices. The ice cream is made in house and you can even make your own soft serve flavor! I usually go during the week around 3pm. I know they get crowded. They are a cashless business. read more

So many flavor options!!! Both soft serve and hard ice cream. I got the grasshopper soft serve (chocolately mint ice cream), it was delicious. Although it was a hot day so it melted quick!! Looking back, I wish I got the hard ice cream so it would melt slower! read more

I visited another local spot up the street and recognized the need for a well rounded cross section so I had to hit this joint! So many options it's almost difficult to make a decision here, but I opted for a banana split so I could try at least 3... Peanut butter Oreo ended up being my favorite, and covered with hot fudge and bananas just upped the love! Ambiance is neighborhood corner store, service was prompt and at the counter, and prices are in line with expectation. read more

Welcome to Bmore Licks which is for sure my favorite ice cream spot in Baltimore City. They can be crowded depended on when you go but the lines move at a decent pace. This is my first official review despite going there very often. On this visit the flavor wall did not have as many options compared to the winter which has seasonal options and likely more inventory. My top flavors are the Cookie Monster and Peanut butter Oreo. Honorable mention is the banana pudding which was not available on this visit. Below pictured is the Purple Cow Butter which was very good. There is indoor and outdoor seating but I would recommend if the weather is nice to wait for the outdoor seating. It does get crowded inside and is somewhat of a confine space. I do love that this is a neighborhood store from the look, vibe, and feel which is on brand for the charm of Baltimore. Go check them out. Overall 4.3 of 5 read more

A Baltimore staple! Bmore Licks has the best soft serve with a giant range of selections for everyone. On a nice night this is the place to go for ice cream in the city. There are a few tables and benches outside which are usually full with a wide range of people and pets (if you have a dog the pup cups are huge!!)! The fed hill location has plenty of street parking if you park close to fed hill park. read more
What an amazing way to celebrate National Ice Cream Day! Their soft serve is the best, despite it melting very fast. The outside window is always busy but service is always great and the ice cream is always worth it! Make sure to get your cone in a cup to avoid the drip and melting in the summer heat! read more

Probably the best ice cream I have ever had outside of my favorite hometown spot. The soft serve flavor was delicious; my sister got fluffernutter. The hand-scooped flavor I got was Pumpmin Biscoff. It was insanely good. The hand scooped was still soft and creamy! It had tons and tons of Biscoff in it. The line might be long, but it's worth the wait! The dipped chocolate cone didn't have any flavor, but that's the only negative. read more

Stopped into Bmore Licks Thursday evening for a nice sweet treat and they did not disappoint. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and the friendly server answered all of our first timer questions. There is an assortment of different homemade flavors of the day along with a plethora of soft serve options and different toppings that can be mixed in. I opted for the homestyle Butter Praline Pecan it was absolutely delicious. Nice thick and creamy texture and the flavor was on point. My date opted for the soft serve pistachio with a fruity pebble mix in and really enjoyed the flavors together. It was a very cold January evening when we stopped by so it was pretty empty inside although it got kind of crowded as we were attempting to leave. There's just two tables to sit inside the place to sit and enjoy but plenty of outdoor seating place for much warmer weather days. The workers were very polite and helpful and make suggestions. Will definitely be returning to try some more favorites. read more
Great local ice cream spot in federal hill. They have over 25 soft serve options and homemade ice cream to select from. I tried the mint to be and dirty grasshopper which are similar to mint chocolate chip ice cream. I end up getting the kids size and it was a lot of ice cream. The ice cream is fresh and the staff are really nice. read more
The business was super busy but the line went by super fast! So many different flavors to choose from when it came to soft serve & hard ice cream flavors. Staff were friendly and helped me decide to get the strawberry crunch bar flavor over the Samoa flavor super happy I went with the strawberry crunch it was delicious! The soft serve portion were also huge! read more

Generous homemade scoops of ice cream at a good price. The workers are lovely and the flavors are so varied. You can sample to be sure you'll be satisfied! The chairs were set up outside even tho it was winter, nice little seating area inside too. Love! read more
I stopped by here a couple of Saturdays ago with my wife and twins for ice cream. We happened to be in the Fell's Point area looking for some ice cream when I found Bmore Licks on Yelp. The different ice cream flavors sounded good, so we decided to head on over. Unfortunately, a massive storm came through, and we ultimately ended up driving to their Light St location to give the storm time to pass. The inside of this shop turned out to be tiny, with seating for about six people and a little more room to mill around. It's also worth noting that they do not have a public bathroom, so our group had to leave early when one of our toddlers needed to use a restroom. They did have all of their flavors listed on the wall, which was fun to look through. For ice cream that day, I went with a single scoop of the Honey Baklava, while my wife chose a single scoop of the Holy Cannoli. Our kids each got kid-sized scoops with sprinkles. My ice cream ended up being pretty amazing. It had a honey ice cream base with actual pieces of baklava mixed in. My wife also really enjoyed her Holy Cannoli and said it tasted just like eating a cannoli. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. My wife and I really enjoyed our ice creams and we would certainly be interested in trying some other flavors. read more
Okay... literally stumbled upon this location while leaving a restaurant and happened to drive past and the mural caught our attention. There was an open parking spot and figured it was me at to be. They opened at 2pm and we were there at 1:50pm so waited. There were two other parties waiting as well. Once the doors were unlocked we were mesmerized by the options. They have soft ice cream and hard ice cream of a million flavors. They also have shakes, flurries, tacos, brownies, cones of all kinds... limitless options for any ice cream treat! Flavors that we ordered were: peppermint stick, mint chocolate, Cookie Monster, fruity pebbles, and Biscoff cookie. All were delicious and tasty. I would highly recommend the Biscoff!!! By the time we ordered the line was out the door. This place is worth the stop. I can see where parking could be an issue, but take a lap or two as it's worth it! It's a cute shop and they have friendly people working who filled our orders quickly. They also have to-go windows along the side of the building but they weren't open as it was winter when we visited. Will visit again!!! read more
Came here for some ice cream on a cold, windy day. It's always time for ice cream especially from Bmore lLcks. I got my seasonal favorite the caramel eggnog on a sugar cone. My friend got the cookie butter ice cream with Oreos on top. Despite the cold weather, both were SO good! All in all, Bmore Licks has some of the best ice cream in Baltimore. If you're in the area (or not) stop by for some great ice cream. read more
I've been missing out on Bmore Licks because I constantly go to Taharka's, but I'm not going to make that mistake anymore. I'm going to spread my love evenly between these two places. Ok, that said, I popped into Bmore Licks on 10/6. The space is super cute, a little on the small side, but still able to accommodate some inside seating while the other half of the room has the ordering counter. All the available wall space is taken up by ice cream names. It's a bit overwhelming, but I was there for it. After consulting with the employee there about what's what when ordering, I went with the soft serve banana and peppermint patty in a waffle cone. I was a little worried the peppermint patty flavor would be too aggressive, but I'm glad I took a chance! That combo was absolutely delicious! I gobbled it right up. And I'll be back for that same mix or for some new flavors. So many options and I can't wait! read more
I can't believe I've been living in federal Hill for two years now and I'm just now trying this ice cream shop. I hear about it all the time, in addition to passing it almost every day during my walk. But today with spring peeking through and a high of 64°. I thought it would be a perfect time to get some ice cream. You can order inside or outside via there to go door. I decided to go inside to see what options they had. The person at the counter was extremely sweet and patient while I was asking different questions about different add-ons and ice cream flavors that they had. I ended up going with coffee ice cream Mixed with Heath bar. It was really good! read more

Clearing and casual. Staff was polite, but not overly friendly. Great options for a sweet treat, especially on a hot day. It is a family favorite when we are in town. Seating inside is very limited and none outside. They have many flavors available in both serve and hard. You get very large portions for the price. read more

I always see this on Instagram and a co worker recommended I stop here while I was in the area so I did. I'm glad I did. I went with the chocolate peanut butter homemade hard version on a regular cake cone. It was huge! It was delicious and it had little Reese's cups throughout it! This is a good choice if you're wanting ice cream. You can order from the window. There wasn't a line so it didn't take long and they were friendly to me. read more
