My first time here and the person helping me was super nice and helped me choose a flavor. I ordered the crush creamsicle. The server told me the alcohol content is 5% so not too much. I ate my ice cream inside Tipsy scoop. There was definitely enough tables and chairs. I think this used to be the coffee shop I used to frequent before it was Tipsy Scoop. There are alot of other flavors I would be interested in trying at some point. read more

Happy to see another business opening. Have your ID ready! The colors, decor and cleanliness of the space-awesome. I was able to sample a few things while I was there and ultimately just chose what my friend got because I didnt have anything hitting me with a wow. I ended up doing a single scoop cake batter on a cone ~$10, but i was missing flavor depth. I didn't really catch the tipsy part of the flavors but could taste some of the darker liquors flavors. I'd just love to have more of the flavor blends coming through. They do have a few non-alcoholic flavors too if you go with the family, and pints to go. read more

Stumbled upon this place while taking a nice walk with my girlfriend & we loved it! I ordered a mango / raspberry sorbet and she got a lime / fruit punch margarita that was kind of like an Italian ice. Both were absolutely delicious and you can barely taste the alcohol in them. The staff were super lovely. Very friendly with great personalities and extremely helpful. If only I lived in Baltimore I would stop by here once a week. Highly recommended. read more

This was so good it was very refreshing, I loved the toppings you can add more if you like. I would defiantly go back the staff was very friendly and the services was great. I did however want a piece of their cake unfortunately I was told they only sell it as a whole and not by the slice. So I was a little disappointed but the ice cream made up for that. I got a keepsake glass and filled with that the dark chocolate whiskey salted caramel and spiked hazelnut coffee. (2 scoops of each. For toppings I kept it cute with caramel sauce and a brownie topper. The flavor was delicious and not overly boozy. You got a nice little buzz too. The total for my sundae was 20 bucks. I'm pretty sure the keepsake glass factored into the price. I'll certainly check them out again as I am curious about the sorbet flight! Service was fast and friendly. Tried Tipsy Scoop and I'd give it a solid 8/10! I got the hazelnut coffee and salted caramel chocolate whiskey flavor... both were really good. You can definitely taste the lingering liquor, but it's not too strong, which I actually loved. It gives just the right kick without overpowering the ice cream. The shop itself was super clean, you can literally smell how fresh everything is when you walk in. It was gloomy outside, so there was no line (lowkey perfect ), and the whole experience felt relaxed. The staff was super friendly and let you sample all the flavors before choosing, which made it even better. Well worth the wait. I tried the Whiskey Dream Sundae and it was so good. I also sampled a few other flavors like tequila hot chocolate and vanilla bourbon, and they were all really tasty. I ended up going with the whiskey ice cream mixed with vanilla bourbon and loved it. The ice cream cup design is super cute, and I love that you get to keep the cup. The brownies in the Whiskey Dream Sundae are very fudgy and delicious, but they were really hard in the ice cream. I was trying to break them with my spoon and couldn't. Pretty cool spot. I visited grand opening day. I rode by around 2:30p and the line was LONG! I came back around 8ish and the wait was appx an hour, no biggie bc we knew what we signed up for. Security was there to control the capacity inside. All ladies and that one older gentleman was very helpful. I knowwww they were tired but good job to all. I had the Old Fashioned Sunday w/ vanilla Bourbon, good flavor and smooth ice cream. My friend had the flight and she like 3/4. Been to the DC location but love that there's a Baltimore location now. Also love that the Baltimore location has an exclusive flavor you can only find there. It's called the Orange Crush-sicle and it's infused with Sagamore Rye (the one in my photo with the orange slice is it). It was good but my favorite in the flight was the tequila Mexican hot choco-late. The cinnamon in it really made it special! And I'm not even a fan of chocolate. The owners are nice and the space is cute! They'll have more space at this location for tables and chairs compared to the DC one. read more
