The perfect temperature. The cheese was very good, creamy, naturally flavorful not overly so. I guess I just can't praise this place enough. I stayed a while so need up getting a second drink, the Sakura matcha latte which was very tasty too - all round the right amount of matcha-y! Lol! Honestly I've been here twice and if you're looking for a chill study spot, this is your place. However as far as drinks and desserts go, it's overwhelmingly mid. The desserts are pretty. I came by for dessert and got 3 pastries: 1. Matcha tiramisu $10 2. Spanakopita croissant $8 3. Autumn sun $12 They were all very tasty, but I'd say they're pretty pricey. Their desert is not only pretty but so good. I had couple takeout and one to dine-in. They even made my hojicha latte so nice. By the taste of it hojicha, I feel like their teas are also good too. I've visited Sacré Sucré twice now and enjoyed both! They have very unique and interesting pastries that I have yet to try. The interior is very modern yet peaceful. It didn't ever get too loud in there despite it being busy while I visited. The baristas are very accommodating and patient with you as you go through your options. I have tried their corn tiramisu and another one of their pastries and they were both very yummy. They also have cute little cards for purchase on the side as well. Absolutely divine! I had a double espresso and a pastry (can't remember the name), both were excellent. The espresso had a lovely golden brown crema and no bitterness. Plus the presentation - exquisite! The cafe was the perfect complement to the sweet pastry. I ended up getting some macrons and a ham suisse. The pastries look almost too beautiful to eat. It's the most unique bakery in Fells Point. I tried the black garlic and fig pastry (bold, I know, but sooo yummy and balanced) and the seasonal guava tart which was bright and deliciously fruity. I didn't try the coffee, so I can't speak to that, but the pastries alone are absolutely worth the trip The service was warm and the staff clearly know their menu inside and out. Seating is plentiful, and the interior is stunning with abstract art on the walls and beautiful petrified wood coffee tables that I adored. Coffee and sweet were amazing! The rose latte was perfectly balanced. The slight rose taste was perfect for the chilled fall morning. The coconut lychee eclair was not overly sweet and paired well with the coffee. The flatbread pizza this was dreadful and tasted like soap. The macaroons were also yummy. I stood in line on a Saturday afternoon to pick up some pastries from the very talked about Sacre Sucre. Line did move very fast thankfully and from what I could tell there were constant refeshes of pastry items running low in the glass case. Some are more intricate than others (ie more expensive) but all of the flavor combos sounded very interesting. I got a vegan pastry for my bf, a peach one for myself and an eclair to share. It travelled well and I did enjoy it when I got home. Finally got a chance to stop by their new location--and it's great! So much seating space and comfy vibes. Definitely get there early because there will be a line--we were there for about 2 hours on a Saturday and there was never a moment without a line almost to the door! The pastries are gorgeous and there are so many to choose from--I do kinda wish they had some more savory options (although, sugar is quite literally in the name lol.) We got a cinnamon bun with cream cheese icing, a pistachio roll and a pumpkin pastry and they were all yummy! TBH--the saffron PSL was nottttt for me (but I think I just don't like saffron.) We purchased about 8 different desserts to try all of them. Unfortunately the only two me and my friend thought was good were good was an apricot one and the yuzu donut. This time we ordered the Baklava Cake, Kouign Amann, and a Croissant Breakfast Sandwich to share. I got their Latte and my partner got their Lapsang Souchong tea. The cake was so light and moist; it was delicious. We also loved the Kouign Amann, it was flaky yet so pillowy on the inside. Walking in, I was surprised at how expansive their shop was and the plethora of seating for socializing or studying. This is a hot take, so hear me out. I'm happy they got into a larger location and love supporting local. BUT we have a huge lack of good bread and pastries in Balitmore. I've been on the hunt for the best croissants in Baltimore, and I'm convinced it doesn't exist. I love the aesthetic and vibes of Sacre Sucre. It is a lovely oasis in the city. Their tea is lovely and their coffee is good. However, for the luxury experience they are charging for - think $1 up charge on a milk alt and $5 minimum for an item except a single macaron, their product doesn't hold up. I was really excited to see new menu offerings like loaves of bread and bialy, so I got a $12 loaf of sourdough and a $8 bialy. Both were SO DISAPPOINTING AND DISSATISFYING. The bialy - a French onion tasted like NOTHING. I liked the seeds on the side. It was too hard to chew and I just threw it away. I couldn't even eat the filling - and I did heat it up. The sourdough is just way too tough on the exterior and way too dense. I've had sourdough in San Francisco so I know what they need to taste like. Sigh. I've always thought their eclairs and croissants were way too massive. Their macarons are nice but not elevated in the way they should be. They are not always even in size and sometimes taste like nothing. I will say their Kouign-amann is the only thing worth getting here, and the first place I had it but it's pretty foul proof, think more butter and sugar than a croissant, you can't mess it up. But for the luxury vibe they have their products fall flat, all show and no substance. read more

The drink options are definitely worse at this place; I honestly didn't really enjoy my sakura matcha drink and thought it came out a little too milky (did not pass the color test, friend gave it a C+). The desserts though all look absolutely insane. We made the mistake of coming here on a full stomach and were only able to try the strawberry basil cake.
