We chose a table for the two of us, and server immediately offered us hot coffee in big steaming mugs. The menu, available online and by QR code, is huge! We ordered Veggie Scramble: 3-eggs lusciously full of mushrooms onions green peppers and tomatoes. They let us choose feta cheese! And the hash browns were epic! A mountain of creamy shredded potatoes, well-done to a crispy crunchy surface! And we got their Huevos Rancheros: open-faced 2-egg tacos, flavorful medium-spicy Mexican chorizo sausage and salsa verde under melted cheddar-cheese, over warm soft corn tortillas, with a side of those amazing hashbrown shredded potatoes. We got the eggs scrambled. Both breakfast servings were ample and delicious. Service was friendly, fast, and efficient. A few flaws: They have no espresso! Waah!
