So many people recommended that I come here and that it was worth however long I'd have to wait for a table. I went on a Saturday morning around 9:45 and waited about 25 minutes for a table for 2. The menu is EXTENSIVE and they have an option for pretty much anything you're in the mood for! I got the Mexican egg scramble and the pumpkin pancakes to share. The prices might seem slightly on the higher side for a breakfast place, but once you get your food you'll understand why. The portions are generous and the food is delicious! I ended up taking half of the food home and I genuinely looked forward to eating it as leftovers - which fed me for multiple meals. 12/10 would recommend the pumpkin pancakes no matter what season it is. We went looking for a weekday breakfast near Fed Hill, and thought of Blue Moon Too. (Apr 2026) It's an easy to find bright blue storefront on Light Street, just north of the Cross Street Market. At 10am on a weekday, we found metered street parking right at their corner. It's a large space, with walls covered with art. There's around 52 seats at tables of mostly 4 and 2, with one for around 12. There was a 2-seat-table set up outside, and a bunch more available down the side of the restaurant that could be set up. We chose a table for the two of us, and server immediately offered us hot coffee in big steaming mugs. The menu, available online and by QR code, is huge! We ordered Veggie Scramble: 3-eggs lusciously full of mushrooms onions green peppers and tomatoes. They let us choose feta cheese! And the hash browns were epic! A mountain of creamy shredded potatoes, well-done to a crispy crunchy surface! And we got their Huevos Rancheros: open-faced 2-egg tacos, flavorful medium-spicy Mexican chorizo sausage and salsa verde under melted cheddar-cheese, over warm soft corn tortillas, with a side of those amazing hashbrown shredded potatoes. We got the eggs scrambled. Both breakfast servings were ample and delicious. Service was friendly, fast, and efficient. A few flaws: They have no espresso! Waah! The strong black coffee tasted a little bit bitter, maybe brewing for too long, but it was fine with milk and sugar. We each had two cups, which tells you the bottom-line :-). And, we made a point of choosing a two-person table, while one person waiting for a date was asked rather sternly by the manager to leave their only 12-person-table for a larger group. Makes sense, but it might have come-across a little too harshly. While I'm fussing, i didnt see any food photos on the QR menu. Sigh. We loved our generous breakfast and the whole friendly artsy atmosphere. Everyone, even the switched-table, seemed comfortable, with friendly chatter filling the high-ceilinged hall. Friendly staff and fast service. You cannot reserve ahead but my boyfriend and I were seated immediately because they had a table which just opened for 2. I loved some of the artwork and every detail that they put into designing this place. The tomatoes were a refreshing break as your taste buds were recuperating from all of the savory melted cheese, hollandaise sauce, crispy hash browns, and delicious eggs. I recently went to Blue Moon Cafe in Fells Point and also just checked out this location in Fed Hill. This cafe is a lot bigger than the Fells Point one. They weren't seating guests outside but since we had my dog, they accommodated us which was really nice. We ordered the Vegetarian omelette and the Full Moon with French Toast and bacon. I haven't tried Cap'n' Crunch since I was a child. They do have several other options that I would love to try sometime. I have tried this location twice (in Fed Hill) and overall just not for me. Both times came on Sunday around 9-9:10am. First time for 2 of us, we got seated right away, the second time was for 4 and was about a 25min wait (not a big deal since we know it's a busy spot for brunch). Maybe willing to try once more as I want to try the French Toast and seeing other positive reviews (third times the charm?) 20% gratuity is automatically applied for parties of 4+ or if your bill is $50+(super easy to hit $50 for 2 people). While, I am more than happy to tip 20%+, we just did not receive good or even mediocre service. It had huge chunks of crabmeat on it along with the eggs and hollandaise... it was delicious. The decor is cool, definitely generates a conversation. The servers were attentive.
