    Strawberry lemonade
    Lori B.

My first time here for a solo lunch. I was seated right away. It was a good crowd inside and most of the outside seating was taken. It took a little while for the waitress to come but once she put my order in everything came out rather fast. There's a lot on the menu I would love to try. However, I kept it kind of light. I got the salmon omelet which came with a side salad and on order of cinnamon raisin toast. Omelet was very tasty and salad was simple with dressing already on it. Toast did by have many raisins but had a light cinnamon flavor. Strawberry lemonade was great and really refreshing. Parking is rough but was able to find something close.

We stopped into Kneads Bakeshop & Café after seeing bread being made through the windows, and it immediately caught our attention. It's a beautiful bakery, and the mezzanine seating upstairs is a great place to relax with a coffee. We grabbed a latte and a donut. The latte was really good and was definitely the highlight of our visit. The donut, though, wasn't quite what we expected. Based on the fresh bread being made in the bakery, we assumed the donuts would have that same fresh-made quality. Ours seemed more like it had been prepared elsewhere, so it didn't quite match our expectations. Overall, it's a nice spot with a great atmosphere, quality coffee, and plenty of seating. We'd stop back again, especially for a latte, and would be interested in trying some of their other baked goods next time.

Food was amazing, super cute inside. Everything we had was great - we got three different meals, four different speciality coffees, focaccia, and an almond croissant. Staff was kind and attentive. Definitely recommend. They have a lot of seating and have a to go line.

Really good baked goods and coffee. Lots of great selections to choose from. We loved the Pistachio Baklava Croissant. The Chocolate Almond Croissant was very sweet, but good. We also tried the blueberry cheese danish, chocolate doughnut, plain croissant, not pictured.

Stopped in after a work meeting for a quick bite. They have an intimate workspace upstairs with free WiFi access and lots of seating as well. I gave the spinach and cheese quiche a try. Nice sized portion given but a little undercooked for my liking.

First time at Kneads! There are tables for waiter service on the first floor, or you can order at the counter and eat upstairs. It was cool to see the operations in the bakery with the racks and racks of fresh bread. We ordered: Wild mushroom omelette, Apple danish, Chocolate chip cookie, and a Chai latte. The omelette was a hit. The chai was good, but wish it had more spices. The danish had a larger dough to filling ratio than your typical danish, so I was left wanting more apple. I think the chocolate chip cookie was too sweet and could be improved by more salt, or a slightly darker chocolate. I would definitely go back to try more of their pastries.

I really enjoy this location. The pastries are divine, which is to be expected. The breakfast food is also very good. The steak, egg, and cheese hash was decadent and even the egg white omelette was enjoyable. They also have a very good coffee selection with seasonal flavors. The banana bread latte was an experience I'm glad I can say I've had, although I may not order it again. The space itself is very large and airy, with windows on two sides and very high ceilings. The tables are spaced out enough that you are not on top of your neighbors. And the service is efficient. When my first latte came out room temperature, they remade it immediately.

This is a huge restaurant. We can always get a table during off-times, if it is a weekend morning or prime lunch-thirty, you may have to wait a bit for a seat. Sometimes we sit at the bar, there is no wait there and full service. It is a little loud but the food is worth the noise. The food here is so delicious! We have tried many things, all good. My husband loves all of the pizzas (the dough is extra good) and I love that burger. Sometimes we split a sandwich and a donut, what is better than that? The workers here are friendly and you can peek in the back and see how they make all of the baked goods.

It's been a while since I've updated my review for Kneads and I come here all the time. Since opening, everything has gotten a lot better. Service is friendly and food is great. I come here mainly for coffees and pastries but recently dined in for lunch. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Our server was slow but our food was really good. I got their Winter Market Grain Salad with added Shrimp and my friend got a pizza. The salad was flavorful and filling. Always a great spot to come to now.

The food is good, the service is sluggish at best. There are several locations and it is well liked, I just wish the service was better. The lines and the crowd speak to the quality of food. Most people take out. That's what I would do next time. I see empty tables sit while there is a 50 min wait. The place is light filled open and airy. The hostess was arrogant in the way average employees used to waits gets. No recommendation on other local spots. It was a take it or get out attitude

summary: good vibes, lots of space for a variety of seating, and yummy food. Basically, everything that I hope for in a cafe environment all in one. Knead's bakeshop offers kind of a modular experience based on what you want. When you walk in, you see a small section that highlights small businesses with crafts, apparel, candles, etc. There's also a bakery/cafe vibe with freshly made treats with a selection of coffee items (there's a few unique speciality drinks mixed in there too). Aside from the bakery/shop, there's also like a mini sit down restaurant area that includes a bar. And there's also an upstairs that has more loungy seating whether you're trying to eat or get some work done. Really cool venue and I feel like your experience might be dictated based on what you're trying to do. For me, my partner and I went to the sit-down restaurant area. The food was delicious. Everything was super fresh and had great flavor. The martini flights were definitely on the sweeter side, but the Americano was great. Service was honestly a bit spotty and I felt like our server snuck in an extra side of fries for us by making it sound like it was part of my entree, when it was actually an additional fee. I wasn't too mad about it because they were delicious. Cool spot and I would recommend whether you're looking for a great meal, a nice cup of coffee, or a place to sit down and knock out some work.

Came back and I remain unimpressed. The restaurant is clearly understaffed and everything seems to be done at 50%. So much potential because the restaurant space is beautiful, yet it is the most average establishment. I got multigrain toast and it was slathered in bitter oil. Not butter or extra virgin olive oil, rancid cooking oil. Make it make sense. How are you operating as a bakery?? Le sigh...

And as usual my stop at this spot was without doubt a plus. I ordered my danish and banana bread latte at the front; it came out fast and tasty. Went to the bar and was seated quickly. I ordered an espresso martini with Bailey's as they were out of the syrups for all the special martinis. I then ordered smokes Salmon omelet that comes with spinach mix greens tossed in a vinagrette. An of course it was good. The atmosphere was relaxed and chill. Customer conversations were quiet and the mood was great. Nothing less than good service today.

The second part of this establishment is the café. But really it's a very good Indian restaurant. They offer some other things that are not Indian. We tried the pizza served on rice flour naan but honestly, I would skip that. We got the orange chicken it is made with tandoori chicken and the orange chicken seasonings. It was so good. It would take me a while to get through all the menu, but I would happily do that in the honor of research. It has a fairly decent sized dining area and then there's a bar area as well. We are always looking for really good gluten-free places because of celiac and we were thrilled to find sweet 27 Café and bakery for lunch. The meat was supposedly very finely minced, but it was undetectable. Overall, the flavor was off. Service: They were nice, but slow and inefficient. When we asked for the check, we waited for about 10 minutes and no one had come. I ended up going to the counter to pay. After I had paid and returned to the table, my wife told me the server was walking around with a check, likely had forgot which table had asked for it. Ambiance: This was the best part.
