Last Sunday I went on a rainy morning to settle in and do some much needed catching up on reports. I like that the space allows you to sit at tables or lounge on couches when you're there. It was quiet when I walked in with some ambient music playing and I enjoyed the peace before some chatters came in about 30 min later. The food was okay, I had a bacon and egg french toast sandwich. I would have to go back and try something else. There is only one visible outlet near a small table, however they have power packs if you ask. I ended up buying a scent I found that was great for a friend's upcoming birthday. Cool, laid back spot. Not sure I want to drive all the way into downtown to enjoy it but happy to add to the list.

I wanted to try a new place for lunch. I live by Tribe and have heard some really good reviews and decide to stop by and check out the menu. When I walked in, I noticed the beautiful decor, paintings. Moriah was very nice and took my order. I sat down and my order was brought to me. I ordered the jerk chicken wrap, which was soo good!! I got a half/half to drink, it was ok. I am really not a half/half fan, but I told my sister that I would be more open to trying it, so I did. I am definitely going back to try more items on the menu!

Visited Tribe Social for the first time today and I was pleased with my time there. A great atmosphere to get some work done. Environment was quiet and light but I do wish more outlets were available but certainly not the establishments fault. I had the Avo-toast with lox and the indigo-Thai tea. The toast was really good but would have preferred a runnier yolk (I'll ask next time) and the tea was refreshing but a bit sweet for my taste. Service was great! I feel like they may still be working out some kinks being a new restaurant but I will definitely be back.

I'm so glad this café is here. It's cozy, convenient, and the staff are always helpful. The coffee takes a little bit, but it's worth every single drop. I always go for the Caramelo and the MochaLisa, if you like lattes and traditional mocha go for it.

Food was great. Ambiance is a whole vibe. Carribean inspired menu with hands down best new coffee in the city! Great breakfast, lunch and everything in between. Black owned. Service was exceptional.

Such a lovely space! The art inside is so amazing! The food and drinks were so tasty! And the staff were the sweetest! Just in Baltimore for a layover and pick here to come into and I am not disappointed!

I went with a sweetened hot matcha latte. The pastry display was empty and I didn't ask if they had anything. The coffee dip is small, hosting about 4 small tables and 1 long community table. While waiting one lady said to her friends "the coffee here is fire", that got me excited My matcha was ready within minutes, first sip, it's warm and only okay. Nothing special about it at all, but it served its purpose. I plan to be a frequent visitor because I really, really like the feel of the place, it's close to my office and I want to try the "Fire" coffee. I believe her!

The coffee was good, but it felt more like a chain coffee shop than a specialty café. The syrups appeared to be standard rather than house-made, so it didn't have the craft coffee experience I was hoping for. During my visit, my iced latte had quite a bit of ice, and when the lid was put on, some of the espresso spilled over the sides of the cup. The cup was quickly wiped off and handed to me, which was a little disappointing. Overall, it's a convenient option if you're nearby and need a quick coffee, but I'd probably explore other local coffee shops first if I had the time.

When looking through the menu, I noticed the brisket panini had been removed. I asked the staff about it, but they weren't sure why it was no longer available. That sandwich was actually what I originally knew Llamas' Corner for after seeing it on TikTok, so I was really disappointed to see it gone. Hopefully they consider bringing it back! I also ordered two iced lattes, one with oat milk, boba, and caramel, and another with oat milk and pumpkin syrup. When I received them, both drinks had boba even though only one was supposed to. When I asked for the pumpkin drink to be remade, one of the baristas (the women in the pink long sweater) initially poured the same drink over and attempted to hand it back to me instead of making a fresh one (the bar was not busy or backed up btw.) When I asked for it to actually be remade, there seemed to be a bit of attitude. She did make a fresh drink after I specifically asked whether new espresso shots had been pulled. That part of the experience was disappointing and concerning because if someone asks for a drink to be remade due to an ingredient that wasn't ordered, simply pouring the same drink into another cup doesn't actually correct the issue. While boba wasn't an allergy concern for me personally, it made me wonder how a situation involving an actual food allergy would be handled.
